OTP AU
So, I thought of this great OTP AU which is literally based off of my life currently. (Expect you get to decide the ending)
Person A is staying in a country, trying to get citizenship and they meet Person B because their families know each other. Person B has been studying a language for years, the same language which is Person A's first language. Person A and B meet and they are some how set up where they have to teach a bunch of little kids this language as its apart of a small day care job. So Person B is trying their hardest to teach these kids and is doing a pretty good job. Person A helps along and helps B become more fluent while B is helping A by teaching slang, grammer, and things about the country. While this is all happening, Person B gets to see Person A and how great they are with kids and the same with B. Then B starts having a crush on A and the rest is up to you.
For those, like me, that like having little prompts, here are little things that you could add. (Again, this is what is happening to me, so this really can happen and is 100% accurate)
Person B has known Person A's extended family for years and is really close to the youngest kid who shares the same name as Person B, making them best friends. The kids favorite person is Person B. Since Person A is staying with their family, and is great with family and kids, now they youngest kid has 2 favorites, Person A and B. They get into little arguments about "who really is the favorite. "
Person B tries to learn the language since they love learning all languages, so Person A is teaching them slang terms and cuss words. This causes a lot of stupid jokes and whispers as the kids watch Charlotte's Web and having snack time so they can't her what the "big kids" are taking about.
Person A laughs at a video that helps teach the kids in daycare, because the man in the show said a slang term for boobs. Person B is done, but laughs anyways cause "wow, the more you know."
Person A is good at lots of sports, Person B is ok at some, but only good at 1 sport. This leads to long games with the kids where Person B is the 'monkey in the middle' and the kids keep throwing the ball to Person A, and they won't give the ball gosh dang it let me out.
Person A's family already being close with Person B. The kids love B, the parents think Person B is a great person, the grandmother loves her since she is trying to learn her language and is really nice and helpful. So the family already loves Person B, even before A and B knew of each other.
Person A teaches Person B a slang term for 'bro'. Later, Person B uses it to say bye, which the grandfather hears and starts dying of laughter. And won't stop repeating it, and almost cries laughing.
Person B is good at imitating accents and words, but Person A like to mess with B and say super long words or phases just to be mean.
Person B loves this fandom, but no one takes it seriously, until they meet Person A, and suddenly they are having a full conversation about it and Person B feels important and appreciated for once.
Person A and B make a deal to help each other with their own languages and try to help each other learn.
That is all. Thats all the important things that has happened to me. So add ideas if anyone has any.
