There is a music

That only I can seem to hear.

It's in the movement of pedestrians,

In the image of crows squawking

With their thick inky sounds

bubbling up and spilling over.

It's in the soft Melody of clouds

As they scuttle across the blue,

Changing shape and then

Disappearing

All together.

It's in the solitude of a snail

On the sidewalk,

In the garden,

That feels like the throaty hum

Of a harmonica.

There seems to be a Music

That only I can hear,

But only when I can't.
