There has never, is no and will never be a set definition for one's self. You were who you were last year, last week, yesterday. You will be who you will be tomorrow, next week and forty years from now. You are who you are today. If you were to gather all the persons that you were, are and will be at any point in your life into one room it would be like a meeting between strangers. You and I are constantly changing. There is no way to truly know who you are as a person when certain experiences define who you are at the present moment. So to spend your days trying to "find yourself" and telling the world you "know who you are" is a bit juvenile. It is possible to know what you like and what you don't but even personal preferences change over time. You will never grasp the very essence of who you are when something today will change the definition of who you are tomorrow. That's life. That's change. So instead of trying to define yourself you should take in as many experiences as possible and forget about "who" you are. The human being cannot and should not allow them self to be defined by one specific thing when complexities allow us to be so much more than what is readily apparent. You are nostalgic memories of days gone past coupled with layers upon layers of undiscovered mysteries still waiting to be experienced by an individual drifting through life as an unexplainable, undefinable you.
