Little digital art practice tonight

I chose to show the difference between a dark and light background just to see how different it looks.

I also did this on a gray background (a tip I learned online). It helped a lot with creating something that stands out against a white background and building up color rather than relying on the white that otherwise would peak through.

Any feedback, tips, and ideas are welcome

TADA! I was able to make another full image today and I even got some shading in it done!

Here’s a picture I made because I started playing Cuphead again! It’s me in a mix of my style and the Cuphead style. I think I should draw some art of the actual characters from the game, but for now there’s just me! I’m still stuck on Treetop Trouble D:
