I love how absolutely unhinged the master was this episode…he made small dolls out of people and taught them a lesson as if they could hear, he went all puppy eyed “you’re gonna die doctor 🥺🥺” as if it wasn’t his fault that was gonna happen in the first place, he somehow made an alliance with the daleks and the cyberman while dancing to rasputin, he sees kate and with the upmost disrespect says “YouR faTher waS an Idiot” just because the brigadier punched and knocked his ass out years ago 💀💀, he sees tegan and was like…how’s your aunt?? still a miniature ?? you keep her in a doll house ?? I remember killing her just because I felt like it…ACE HELLO how’s life after the doctor fucking left you?? I love Ian being at the companion group meeting because his experience with the doctor is probably the most different out of all of them “yes the doctor…he kidnapped me and my wife because we knew too much…I was susan’s teacher! what do you mean who’s that…that’s his granddaughter! I know a lot of people are upset at David Tennant coming back, but please consider this: the show lost a ton of viewers and this will bring some of those back, it’s gonna be the 60est anniversary special it’s supposed to be about nostalgia, the tenth doctor was sleeping during 80% of his first episode and he still made a huge impact so I’m sure Nucti will too, we don’t know the plot!!! I’m sure Russel will come back with a bang!!

Neil Patrick Harris did such a good job as the toy maker and I really loved this scene In particular just for the outfit and the makeup. He looked so good in this scene

i love the toymaker and the giggle and all but can someone who’s seen previous seasons confirm that i’m not crazy for thinking the whole interaction between the doctor and the toymaker is not an exact copy of the scene in the season 4 finale between the doctor and the master? like i swear some of it was nearly WORD FOR WORD
like as soon as the doctor regenerates as david tennent they just HAVE TO find the most fucked up man imaginable and beg them to run away and travel with them for eternity
