Shows to Watch this Summer: Duel
Can’t figure out what to watch this summer? Keep an eye out for my watch list!
First up we have Duel. Duel is perfect if you like action and drama without all the fluffy romance taking up your screen time. Personally, too many TV shows internationally are trying too hard to please those searching for a romance to view and end up missing out on creating unique characters and story lines. I need a break. Duel is perfect.
Duel: is an action drama about a police officer, Jang Deuk-Cheon with an ill daughter who is kidnapped after her stem cell treatment. When he chases after the suspect, he comes across two young men, Lee Sung-Joon and Lee Sung-Hoon, who are identical. Twins? Deuk Cheon gets pulled into this world of secret tests, organ transplants...!! Never thought I’d be pulled in by something like this but...I’m in it! The first two episodes play out like short films. They’re fun, nerve wrecking and intriguing.
