2/100 bicycle thieves (the cyclist was there, I swear)
This is my second day of the 3-materials-drawing-challenge hosted by @charlotte.durance, @kathryn_boyt and @naomitippingillustrator. We draw every day for a 100 days from life using just 3 materials and for no more than 30 minutes.
for this piece I used a pastel palette (which is unusual for me and felt a bit uncomfortable): a light salmon Copic marker, a light blue pastel pencil by Derwent, a deep blue Van Gogh oil pastel.

4/100 I saw it in a dream: there were abandoned stairs and violet and red colors were leading me somewhere but I couldn’t catch up with them

6/100 a nice try of civilization. it’s partly rainy today, so I hid at the balcony to draw. idk why the roofs make me so frustrated sometimes it could be a funny type of acrophobia

9/100 feel like drawing trees for a while. the funniest thing happened to me while I was drawing: I sat on the balcony to draw, made the first layer with a Copic, put it aside, and soon it was gone! I never left the balcony, I never heard anything fall, it was just gone. I’m not even angry with that, I’m just sorta confused and feel that my dead ones are playing some games with me (also suspecting pigeons as their crime partners (メ` ロ ´))

20/100 haha I’m literally dying of laughter because of this sketch, my character (not the prototype ofc) looks like she’s gonna eat her phone but! I love love love how the pastel mixed with the marker into the bright almost red color
if it wasn’t 3materialsdrawingchallenge (hosted by @/kathryn_boyt, @/charlotte.durance and @/naomitippingillustrator), I wouldn’t post it, I guess, but I have to play it right. the rules are: we draw every day for a 100 days from life using just 3 materials and for no more than 30 minutes.
