Playing the gx side of Duel Links when I’ve only seen like 5 episodes of gx is hilarious tbh. I’ll throw two random characters into a duel together just to see if they have any special dialogue and suddenly they’ll start ranting about the ~dramatic history~ I didn’t even know they had and preparing for the ~Epic Grudge Match of the Century~ I didn’t know they wanted. I’ll beat some smug white-haired anime boy and out of nowhere he’ll go “I’m so sorry…I failed you…Dad…” and I’m just sitting there like “???”
