This Is A Bit Late But Heres My Fitbit Activity From Yesterday. I Prefer To Keep My Eating Under 700

This is a bit late but here’s my Fitbit activity from yesterday. I prefer to keep my eating under 700 calories. ALSO ! I started my journey at 230 but i woke up this morning to 203. I was down to 202 before but i fucked up and gained alittle so I’m getting it together & hoping i can be outve the gross 200s by this week. 😩 send me good luck if you’re reading this.

A Fucking Catastrophe

I’m so pissed off....everything was going fine. I lost 4 lbs in a week. My hormones started regulating. All the symptoms of being a fat fuck started shrinking. AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN MY WEIGHT WONT MOVE !!

Started this page as a way to avoid friends/family/fans finding out about my ED. Been dating Ana and Mia for about 10 years, so I guess you could say things are getting serious. I'm a model and a vocalist and a guy who has relapsed more times than I can count. I don't hate myself, just my body. I take Adderall to stay creative and stay thin. Been dealing with it alone forever so it'd be great to meet other dudes in my boat. Hit me up about anything.

RULES

These are just rules for myself tomorrow, and I think it’ll really help if I STATE these:

-No matter what, under 100 calories.

-Coffee for breakfast, maybe tea. 0 calorie sugar is a MUST.

-COLD WATER BITCH WATER

-If feeling hungry, eat mustard. 

-If about to pass out, eat a pickle. A small one. They’re 16 calories each.

-Diet coke or pepsi zero for lunch.

-Take your pills. 

You binged, you can starve.
