Idk how to explain this but it's cute so okay

Pole-bear Withered Animatronic Redesigns: Part 2

Today, we have the spookmeister himself,
Withered Bonnie

Fitting with my Freddy redesign, I wanted to give Withered Bonnie a more retro, antiquated feel to his outfit. However, fitting with his general demeanor and design trends in pole-bear's works, I also wanted to make sure he kept a more fun and casual aesthetic as well. And you know what? Vests are amazing for that! I think his vest + arm garter combo give him a "Wild West bartender" vibe; this way, he doesn't look out of place next to Freddy, but he still feels like a bit of a free-spirited wild card compared to his grizzly companion. I did consider giving him darker pants to match his garter/buttons/shoes, but khakis just felt right.
As for his "withering?" I bandaged up his right hand, gave him a sock in place of his left shoe, and tore up the left sleeve to make it look like a cascade of wires.

And here's his face...kinda. Not really a face. I guess it's his head? There's not really much to say about a faceless bunny man, but he's here and ready to make face puns.
Chica's up next. :)

Today, we have the sneaky scarecrow (seriously, she never appears anywhere outside of the cameras until she's right in front of you)...
Withered Chica

For Chica, I immediately knew I had to give her a 1930s-1950s sort of aesthetic. That's just the time range I associate with retro diners. To match, I gave her a slightly fancier hairstyle than usual; Shirley Temple was a big inspiration there.
For her "withering," we've got the bandaged arm stumps. That was always something that bothered me about pole-bear's depiction of Withered Chica; they just gave her gray gloves, not fully committing to the withering like they did with Bonnie. I also included a couple scrapes on her legs and a bit of tearing in her clothes so the damage would be more uniform.
But what about her jaw?

That's where her bow comes in. It's a bandage keeping her jaw closed. She can still move her mouth a bit, but her head isn't going to suddenly break off into two pieces.
You guys know the pattern. Foxy's next.
More Pen Practice
I found a pen on the ground earlier today, and it looked like it needed a new home, so... š
Anyway, I wanted to test it, so I did some more pen sketches. This time, they're entirely freehand and entirely pen-based--no rough pencil draft. And of course, I'm also featuring my awesome ten-color pen from my museum trip last month.
Anyway, who did I choose to sketch?
Some of pole-bear's FNAF human designs. The classic four, of course. :)

The pen writes really smoothly (I just have a very rough/sketchy style). I like it a lot!
So yeah. This is just a little tribute to some of the most important fanart in the early days of the FNAF fandom. (I'm not kidding. These designs were everywhere back in the day.) It may be a bygone era, and there are some things that are definitely best left forgotten, but I'll always have these guys with me. They're really special to me.
Defcon 1 Boredom
I drew on the back of the daily checklist since today has been so slow. My drawings are kind of sloppy since they're freehand pen sketches (no erasing to correct small, stupid mistakes), but I had fun with them. :)

You get a peek at my idea of Withered Foxy, too!
Toy animatronic designs by pole-bear, Withered animatronic designs by me, inspired by pole-bear
Biblically Accurate Toy Chica
I watched Phisnom's Five Nights at F---boy's stream recently, and it made me really think of the sheer, iconic absurdity of the series. Hostile party hats, Toy Freddy having a kid with Splash Woman, Enragement Child...and of course, the move sets. These games just wouldn't be the same without the animatronics' goofy skills. Special mentions go to Caffeine Revival, Mama Bird, and all of Toy Freddy's skills. They're so weird. I love them.
Anyway, I realized that the names of all of Toy Chica's skills end with "Wing," so I decided to take it literally and give her a wing for each skill. It gave me something to do at work during my breaks, anyway. :p

Captions for those who need them:
Toy Chica, levitating and preparing to revive Mangle: Don't worry. I've got this!
Toy Bonnie: Is the floating really necessary?!
Human designs by pole-bear
OC #2, BOIIIIIIII
I made a FNAF-sona, mostly for fluffy self-ship purposes (I've come this far, I might as well try to be out and proud about it...in a community full of like-minded people, but I digress) but also as a cure for boredom. I'm still trying to finalize the animatronic design, but the human form was really fun to put together.
Anyway, this is Bubbles the Bear.

(Pardon the garish colors. I love my 10-color pen to death, but it isn't good at creating variations in shade or saturation.)
Bubbles was intended to be a sort of showtime/event announcer for the Toy band, but they were scrapped for being a bit redundant design-wise; Toy Freddy took precedence in the "brown bear" department. From there, they just sort of vibed in Parts & Service.
Are they haunted? Probably not. However, as per Fazbear Entertainment tradition, they do have a programmed personality. They were programmed to be kind and helpful, enthusiastic but not necessarily outgoing. After all, we don't want the announcer upstaging the performance. Offstage, they would have patrolled the arcade and party rooms to ensure everyone's safety.
Outside of their programming, Bubbles has become close with the original Fazbear band due to spending so much time in storage with them.
Especially Freddy.

While Bubbles and Freddy have their fair share of differences, they love each other to death and would do anything to make the other happy. They enjoy snuggling, stargazing, and playing board games together, among other things. Bubbles is the more excitable and easily impressed of the two; Freddy loves to play into this and effortlessly stun them with his suave, princely charisma. Bubbles can sometimes turn the tables, though, and charm him in their own unique way.
That's all I've got for now. Feel free to drop an ask if you have any questions!

Content warning, just in case: blood
Hey, remember how I said several months ago that I would share my idea of a redesign for pole-bear's Withered Foxy?
I finally did it...and added a bonus to make up for making you all wait so long.

But let's focus on Foxy first.

I took inspiration from Captain Foxy's design, particularly for the blue color of the coat. The elaborate shoulder pads are meant to be a reference to/evolution of classic pole-bear Foxy's shoulder pads, and his neck cloth calls back to classic Foxy's cravat. The huge hole in his stomach is represented by a bandage around his torso, and his exposed facial endoskeleton is represented by a torn left ear and a scar going down the left eye.
How about Goldie?

I wanted this Golden Freddy to look similar, but not identical to my Withered Freddy; after all, FNAF 2 is where the two gained some defining physical differences aside from color. To reflect this, I gave my Goldie an open jacket and a cummerbund around his waist. The purple in his outfit comes from Fredbear and Nightmare Fredbear, as does the white ribbon on his hat. As for the blood around his mouth and chest? Well, you know what happened at Fredbear's Family Diner in 1983.
This was fun! I'll have to do this again for the Nightmares and Funtimes.
I have to say, I'm a bit sad about this specific personality quiz being deleted from Quotev. I still have the link saved in an ancient email, and I was able to take the quiz up to last year, but it just...disappeared suddenly. Maybe the creator's account was deleted. I dunno.
Here's the (non-functional as of now) link: https://www.quotev.com/quiz/6159733/Ultimate-Five-Nights-and-Freddys-Personality-test
And a couple of screenshots of some results (my most recent ones, actually):

Do any of you remember this quiz?
I still miss it. It was (and is) nostalgic for me. If the creator deleted it and/or their account of their own accord, then I guess that's that; but if the website administrators wiped it and/or the creator's account for no reason, that's doubly sad.
Nothing I can do about it either way. I'm just mourning.
I mean, maybe we can archive the results somewhere if any of you are quiz result pack-rats like me? But I know that's a long shot. :/

This is my human version! Molten Freddy is a crazy mad boy. :)))))

My Ennard human version!!!

My version of human Freddy form Fnaf, it take me days to make him the way I like. I hope you like it too
