The previous band had just ended, causing the lights to flick on in a settle way signaling a break and to talk with friends. My friends energy and feet became tired and sore. They all decided to sit down on the floor the were standing on. I brought myself to a lower level when i noticed this picture. I seen the gate separating the crowd between under 21 and 21 and over. I noticed how the experiences are different on each side of the gate.

The first band performing appears on stage steps on with a particular swagger. The band sets up there equipment and gets comfortable. The keyboardist and drummer take off their shoes to become even more comfortable. The band gently puts their beers down next to them and begin to play, only stopping between songs to sip their beer. The environment was electric and so was the performance.

It was an unusual Friday being the superstitious 13th and having a full moon. I had climbed into the mountains for an hour or so to capture this unusual night. Arriving at the top of the mountain slightly woozy, i noticed the amazing landscape. An eagle then burst into the landscape and into the sky. I felt as isolated and free as the eagle.
