They danced until they went behind the curtains. Nobody noticed the two were gone which gave them real time to talk. She wanted a soul of her own to snatch without casino's oversight. He knew very well that women had a knack of being clever, however she could not find out he was a reincarnation of Alkamari. They huddled into a darker corner behind the curtains as she proceeded to pull out a metal Ace card. Sharper than a knife and the easiest way to accidentally cut off a finger he thought. He wouldn't be trying to make a scene in front of the world's deadliest casino with one of the best assasins being at work today for nothing.
"What makes you so sure you can have me? I never said I was gonna make it easy."
"I never said it was gonna be easy I just want a chance to get you alone."
"I don't want any trouble but I know what you guys do here. I came here for a reason and that's not to be abducted and buried." He smiled.
"I know. I didn't think you were gonna come and make a scene at the entrance with all that noise for nothing. You do seem to find yourself in a lot of depressingly deadly situations biker boy~" she said like she knew him.
"Only ones with you behind them~" he replies smugly

Okay so to explain the whole thing with Emo and Gam the best I can say is that they aren't the same person.
Realistically they probably would be but this is Faratholoriazin we're talking about anything can happen.
After Gammal absorbs Garred's soul (which ends up being half of Alkamari's reincarnation) the soul ends up with Gammal and after that a body of magic is formed for it. Now choosing a form for the soul would probably have taken up most of Gammal's magic if it wasn't so keen on looking like a twin of him. So for what would be at least a season's worth of content Gammal would be reduced to primary magic for that period of time(probably like a year on planet who knows).
The process used for making the body is scarily similar to that of the natural born skeleton ocs like Skull.
But before you jump around saying "wouldn't that make Emo related to Garred and Gammal making him a technical incest being?" Or "wouldn't that make Emo the exact same as Gammal making it selfshipping if someone shipped them?" NOPE. And here's why I love making no changes to my ocs original stories or designs unless it's absolutely necessary.
So as it may end up coming off as stupidly weird you are completely in the clear of shipping Gammal and Emo together. Emo is actually more related if not 100% related to the cursed symbol on Alkamari and his reincarnation(s). You could even go as far as saying he is the curse mark itself. So he is completely his own being/person. The only difference is that he has a body made of magic and can't really feel pain on his own. He's still clearly connected to Gammal in some ways(not sure what that'll be yet or if I'll use this concept) think of it as those soulbound Au things...But like...with a humanized curse mark.

In honor of Anti month, I crocheted a small Gerald. ❤️🎃 I’ve only completed him fix minutes ago but if something were to happened to him I would kill everyone and then kill myself.
