Psychonauts except Gisu carries around a recorder that has a laugh track on it and she plays it everytime someone says something serious
Gisu: Raz I'm so sorry. Your brother and I were doing an experiment and he... Raz: He what Gisu, holding up a fishbowl: he... he got turned into a goldfish 😔 Raz: WH Raz: NOOOOO 😭

Norma : I didn’t even bring you guys here with me-
Adam: [hands the phone to Gisu] It's your boyfriend, Dion.
Gisu: He's not my boyfriend.
Gisu: [into the phone] Hey babe.

*bangs gavel against desk*

Now imagine a cool villain that uses powerful Electrokinesis and is trying to manipulate the Earth's core for energy or smthing like that idk
Now imagine they target Gisu.
*Hits gavel against desk*

OKAY so my mind would not SHUT UP about this idea, so I apologize if the sketches are messy because I made these at like- 12:30 in the morning
So first of all, I love it when ppl come to me with oc ideas and I had so much fun drawing this character. I think this gal should be named.... Ellie with a last name that could be an electric pun or somthing (like Ellie Tronix) and she's about late 40s to early 50s. I wanted to give her a Mad Scientist feel, and since she uses electricity she's covered in a rubber suit.
I also thought she should be a rival with Otto because tbh she's basically a female version of Otto Mentalis, but more evil (and badass tbh/j) and also plot/motivation
I think it'd be cool if she was studying the electricity of the body and mind, seeing If she could find a way manipulate it. And what better way to get someone to help out other than infiltrating the Psychonauts themselves? Maybe she's going to use Gisu herself as a partner, or an experiment. Either way, it's no good. Perhaps she could move on to bigger things like the whole earth's core idea.
I think she'd be kind of teetering on the edge of a Saturday Morning Cartoon villian, but unlike my other OC Bianca, Ellie is much more of an actual threat.
