fanart of @rununcal's fanart of my AU design because I am absolutely insane abt it still. I cannot believe it is real and I am so grateful and so happy abt it still thank you so much for drawing my funny guy!!!! So I drew him in the same pose and I added a background and color cuz I liked it so much :)
I also gave him a bunny tail cuz it looked like he had one in the original sketch!! I thought it'd be cute (and it kinda mirrors Banban n Banbaleena's tufted tails as well as Nabnaleena's tailbone spikes)!! the background's kinda based on Banban 2's roblox obby room (not what it's called but it looks like a roblox obby so you know what I mean LOL), its what popped into my mind first (although the original sketch looked like he was on a stage) n I wanted it to be very extravagant.

Here he is Pre and Post Everything Going Wrong™️. This redesign is also sorta part of a rewrite I have that lives pretty exclusively in my mind bcuz I’m way too lazy to write it down and also my writing skills Suck.
Here’s some fun facts tho!
-In this rewrite the mascot experiments are not clay monsters brought to life, they are instead Sickeningly biological. Bcuz I think that’s super cool (euphoric bros rlly missed the BIGGEST body horror opportunity ngl)
-His mouth isn’t stuck like that he can move it freely, including his tongue. He just has a very Large tongue that doenst fit right in his mouth so it just ends up flopping out, making him look Very silly.
-his lab coat is a sort of comfort object for him, considering how he believes himself to be Uthman. I don’t know if it’d be sadder for him to have taken/stolen it after everything went to shit, or if maybe it was custom made for him after the whole Learning He’s Not Himself situation to try and get him to be cooperative
-his ‘horns’ are soft and emote like ears. They don’t have any actual hearing functionality, so he has like. Bird ear holes on the sides of his head that get hidden by his fur
-I don’t have it fully mapped out in my mind, but him losing a big chunk of his tail felt..on brand? Poignant? Fitting? Idk something abt it makes me sad and he is a sad wet cat of a man so I had to. He probably lost it the day everything went wrong in my rewrite, maybe an emergency door shut on him and cut his tail, maybe it got ripped off. Who knows…

I look inspo for the stitched-on extra sleeves as well as Syringeon's body from @faceeeeee again because their Syringeon design is just *chef kiss*, i love how expressive his new face looks and the way his body is draw! I especially took inspo for the stitched on extra sleeves because for my GoBB oc, Topsy-Turvy, Syringeon was the one who did their stitches and saved them from nearly dying after their 'accident'. And i think Syringeon just.. knowing how to sew, not just medically, is kinda sweet. Despite this man being a grouchy bastard. (affectionate)
I was worried that drawing his head would be difficult, but nah, it was all good lol. (Legs were a different story..)

Kittysaurus redesign!! Happy late birthday to Garten of Banban 4, I shoulda posted this yesterday but I was very sidetracked; I was too busy watching Ty Coker's birthday stream!! They r so cool and that whole multi animator project was so fucking epic I cannot believe I even watched that (ive also never heard The Court Jester before so Ty's Bittergiggle cover was my first exposure to the song LOL)!!!!!
Thoughts abt Kitty,,, She was synthesized with ostrich and cat DNA since obvs the banban scientists can't get dinosaur DNA lol! She was supposed to be a cute small character at first but I think she's entered a permanent(?) hellish state thanks to overconsumption of givanium. Like maybe she's the reason Queen Bouncelia hoards givanium-- she doesn't want anyone else to overdose.
When she was younger and a more manageable size, she was meant to be a companion for Bittergiggle & another more animalistic mascot like Opila and Tarta Bird. in fact, Kittysaurus used to feel somewhat of a kinship with the birds! They're all part ostrich after all, so even though Kittysaurus was half cat, a part of her recognized them as her 'flock'! She was designed to be friendly, approachable, and cuddly.
Things changed after her givanium binge. It was a whole barrel, and she lapped it up after it'd sprung a leak and spilled everywhere. You know those foam dinosaur toys that grow when you leave them in water for several hours? Imagine that with a living breathing being. She became far too large and strong for any of the staff to contain her, so they resorted to locking her in a spare storage room at the end of floor -3's employee exercise sector.
"Hellish" Kittysaurus has no sense of trust in any of her surroundings and doesn't even recognize Opila and Tarta anymore, and will lash out at them if given the chance. Her only friend and source of joy is Bittergiggle, who still cares for her as if she's a small cat. She trusts them and no one else, since they feed her and pet her and treat her with kindness. It is presumed that if she were to be drained of her givanium, she'd revert back to her original size. However, the thought of draining her is far from important in Bittergiggle's mind. They think she's fine as she is.
