for all those wc clangen bloggers out there, how do you come up with unique designs for each of your generated cats?

every design I've seen is so cool and I really wanna start up my own clangen blog, but I'm not very good at art and I'm worried that my kitties will look too similar to someone else's. and I dunno, I want my kitties to look cool but I don't know how to make them look cool and unique :(
