Sexual Predators In DCA and TSAMS Fandom
It has come to our attention that there have been serious and troubling allegations against Shattered-Sparks. Specifically, Shattered-Sparks has been accused of harming minors within this community. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of all members in this fandom, especially younger individuals who are particularly vulnerable. We are working closely with the victims to ensure appropriate measures are taken regarding their safety.
Despite Lux's claims that the victims are traumatized by each other instead of him, it's important to highlight the reality of the situation. All parties involved were actively engaged in a group chat where we not only discussed the issues at hand but also shared less serious topics like art, hobbies, and interests. This ongoing interaction demonstrates that the victims are not traumatized by each other, as Lux suggests. Instead, they have maintained open and supportive communication, contradicting his narrative.
Even though Lux hasn’t reoffended yet, recent behavior has raised serious concerns about the potential for future harm. Lux has made statements implying they expect to be on a document like this again, which suggests they have no real intention of changing their behavior. It's important to note that true change takes time—usually more than a year—and the last instance of grooming occurred less than a year ago. This short timeframe, combined with their concerning behavior, indicates that the risk of reoffense is still very real.
How did the model react to Roman retaliating against his parents? How did he handle that?

Circe pretended she was remorseful after the incident, that she'd end the relationship with their son once she had seen him out. Unable to bear losing their top model just yet, Mr. and Mrs. Sionis bought her lies and it was all Circe needed to enact the next stage of her plan. Roman hated his parents, she'd known for years but that night, his willingness to acquiesce to her words was the sign she needed to know he'd go to any lengths to please her and concocted a plan with him the morning after. The next night, the family home of the Sionis's burned down with his parents somehow having become trapped in the blaze. Smoke inhalation was thought to be the cause of their deaths, although their bodies had been burned too badly by the fire for pathologists to tell for certain. Circe provided Roman with an alibi and, although he had not been officially named as heir, ownership of Janus Cosmetics fell to him anyway due to being next of kin, a legal process that would be finalized by the time he was 18. Circe was very pleased with how everything had turned out, and while perhaps it happened a little sooner than she'd have liked, everything went according to plan, at least for a few more years until trouble hit Janus Cosmetics.
honestly, this has nothing to do with what i will usually post, but i wanted to say something. aaron taylor johnson was groomed. he was 18 when they first met, she was 42. twenty fucking four year age gap. now, im well aware that it is technically legal. but, eighteen still has the word “teen” in it. they’re still a teenager. vulnerable, young, and immature. your frontal lobe does not fully develop until 25.
age gap relationships are weird in my opinion, but that doesn’t mean they’re wrong. (most of them) however, in this case, he was 18. he was still incredibly vulnerable as a person and it’s just.. odd for a 42 year old to want to date a fucking 18 year old. is that not weird to you people? answer me this ; what do a 42 year old and 18 year old have in common? correct answer is NOTHING.

shared an account with a minor and allowed said minor to make sexually explicit posts. instead of telling said minor to stop, he addressed it very casually before allowing the behavior to continue
