going on a diet
I am going on a diet and I won't give up this time. School starts in a week and I need to at least have a flat stomach by then - at least flat enough to not show through my shirts lmao.
My plan is to drastically restrict my calories (under 500 cals, under 1000 if I REALLY have to) as well as work out daily (burning about 300 calories).
