If the thought catches your fancy: Eggsy /thinks/ Harry is interested in him, but something - their age difference, propriety, imbalanced seniority/influence/level within Kingsman - stops him from making any sort of move. Eggsy thinks that's a load of garbage, and sets out to woo Harry, instead.
By the time he’s officially a Kingsman, Eggsy has heard therule several times: A gentleman is always happy to serve. Ask him for help andhe cannot refuse.
Nothing there about refusing to serve yourself.
‘Cause the thing is, Eggsy knows Harry wants him. He’s never been more sure of anything in hislife. But for some reason, Harry won’t do anything about it. Whether it’s theage difference, the fact that he’s Eggsy’s boss now, or the twisted magnificenceof the scar across his forehead, he simply refuses to act.
Instead he stares after Eggsy with those amazing eyes,longing written all over his face. He maintains his grip on Eggsy’s hand just atiny bit too long when they shake hands. He makes excuses to spend time withEggsy, and then always leaves early, retreating to his office or his house onthat quiet lane.
It’s all bollocks, as far as Eggsy’s concerned.
He knows, though, that he can’t just come out and confrontHarry about it. For one thing, that wouldn’t be gentleman-like behavior. Andalso, he’s pretty damn sure that if he does, he can say good-bye forever to anychance of something between them. Break the bounds of propriety now, beforethey even begin, and there’ll never be anything at all.
So he’s got to do it proper, he decides. Call itold-fashioned, call it romantic, call it whatever. Just as long as at the endof it, he gets what he wants.

Who Says Romance is Dead?
It starts when Harry suggests an evening walk along the Thames.
“You romantic old sod.” Eggsy teases him over breakfast that morning.
“I just thought it’d be nice. We both have the evening off, I don’t have any outstanding paperwork, and everything has been so hectic with the move…”
“Harry. It’sa lovely idea.” Eggsy smiles.
*** “Thanks again for the flowers.” Eggsy grins, nudging Harry with his elbow as he unlocks the door.
“You’re welcome, love.” Harry smiles, heading straight for the kitchen. “Open a bottle of wine, I’ll get started on dinner.”
*** They curl up on the sofa after the plates have been washed and dried, snuggling under a fur blanket and feeding each other chocolate-dipped strawberries.
“What film we watchin’?” Eggsy asks when Harry hands him a mug of hot chocolate.
“I haven’t chosen yet, any requests?”
Eggsy hesitates. “Can… Can we watch Pretty Woman?”
Harry’s smile is blinding.
*** Eggsy straddles Harry’s lap, pulling his shirt off over his head and tossing it on the floor. Harry tuts and opens his mouth to chide Eggsy about creasing the silk, but Eggsy interrupts him with a strategic kiss.
Harry rests his hands on Eggsy’s waist, deepening the kiss.
Until JB jumps onto the bed next to them and starts yapping.
Eggsy huffs out a laugh and rests his forehead against Harry’s.
“You’re such a fuckin’ cockblock, JB.”
