Mix and Match Bless My New Year charm
Youâll Need:
A small bottle or a cloth sachet in your choice of color
A bit your hair or the hair of whomever you want blessed by the charm
Some type of marker or paint pen
Scratch paper and a pen
*Optional* An extra piece of small sized paper
In addition to those items youâll need at least one item off each of these lists. Use whichever one(s) youâd prefer and youâre welcome to chose more than one. I have tried to keep the lists down to those items you can easily find in your home, pantry, yard, local park, or grocery.

What youâll do:
Use your scratch paper to devise a sigil for âA Happy New Yearâ. When youâre happy with the results use the markers or paint pens to draw that sigil on the outside of the bottle or cloth sachet. If youâd rather not do that use the optional piece of paper to write the sigil on, roll it up scroll style and slip it into the container.
Place the rest of your items in your chosen container. If youâve chosen to use a small bottle or vial layer the items as decoratively as you can. Place them in whatever order youâd prefer. There is no rhyme or reason to their placement.Â
Once you have your items how you want them in the container seal or sew it up. If youâre using a bottle and would like a wax seal using a white candle would be a good option.
Once you have it sealed up. Hold it in your hands and concentrate on what youâd like to be blessed with this new year and/or the things youâd like to accomplish. Then say:
In this New Year, full of promise;
May friendship and love be ever in my life
Let me be blessed with good health and plenty of money
Let happiness by mine in spades
I will be blessed with luck and prosperity in all aspects of my life
2014 will be my year to shine!
Place your charm in the room in your home that you spend the most time in. You can either hide it or use it decoratively as your own preferences dictate.
Happy New Year everyone!

thought id share the cute interaction i just had w my bunny, i was laying down and he was sniffing my face, and then he realized my chapstick. its some herbal blend, so it smells a lil strong. he thoroughly sniffed my lips, before licking my lip ever so slightly, just to see what it tasted like. he did not like it
