So guys, in an article, Dean Deblois was reported to say this;

Let’s forget about the implications for a moment and instead focus on one particular bit of this statement.

“He isn’t in touch with his primal instincts for these love matters.”

But as his relationship with the Light Fury flourishes, it pulls Toothless away from human influence.

Toothless is not as in touch with his primal instincts as he should be because of human influence, because of Hiccup’s influence.

Now let’s take a look at Hiccup in Httyd 3.

Toothless’ influence cause Hiccup to study dragons, learn from dragons, and pretty much come as close to becoming an actual dragon as humanly possible. And all because of Toothless’ influence.

These two are becoming eachother. More human than dragon and more dragon than human.

Hiccup: “Heart of a Chief, Soul of a Dragon”

Toothless: “Heart of an Alpha, Soul of a Human”

These two are parallels of eachother.
