Those are such wise words there! I’m always hesitant to show the world my stories and ocs, especially on the Internet where I don’t have that big of a following and feel like everything is out to get me.

I don’t like to feel hesitant, I obviously WANT to share my ideas, but there’s always something in the back of my mind that’s saying “This idea won’t get very far, it’ll be buried under the millions of other art pieces out there” or “if you put your idea or ocs out there, someone will steal it.” And that’s what always stopped me from sharing unfortunately.

But perhaps one day I’ll finally be able to get that start. Maybe not now, maybe not even soon, but one day <:)

If you see a video on your fyp page, in youtube or whatever, and it has only few views, or you stumble upon some really small artist drawing smth that gets little to no likes- dude, just give them a chance. Really. I got so much happier when I stopped caring how much attention does something get.

Ideas don’t have to be noticed to be good. Be kind to them. Be the person that would let people know they can start- they might not know they already have.

There sure is a lot of shit in the world of different people. But starting a journey is something that everyone is capable of but only some are brave enough to do, and that’s beautiful when you have this little chance to catch a glimpse at a little seed that will, with time and patience, become a beautiful plant.

Besides you’d probably be pretty proud of yourself if one day you’ll open your fyp again and see that same person whom you gave a chance, and now they have a bigger audience of people like you who let them know someone believed in them. Like, they made it, buddy!

Isnt that beautiful, out of all things?

It's about working on yourself so one day you'll be unafraid to do the things that once scared you the most.
