Hoseok was terrified of snakes since he was a little kid, surprisingly enough he had decided to bring home a snake hybrid though she was much different than any other snake he'd seen before. Yes, you might have sharp fangs but you'd never use them you were too sweet with a heart too big. Your eyes sparkled like the night sky, you smile was soft and elegant, and the few scales on your skin were a shiny metallic. All the reasons he found you breathtaking.

You had easily adjusted to your new life with hoseok, how could you not he was more then kind, he cared for you more then ever and got you anything your heart desired. He would leave you home to go off to work and sometimes take you on special dates after. You got board quite easily during the day though, all you seemed to do was stare out the window counting cars that passed and occasionally watching tv, you weren't permitted to go outside when hoseok wasn't with you.

This day was different though, it started normal with hoseok wishing you well with a kiss on the forehead before heading to work but after a few hours had passed you noticed something when you looked out the back window. A bag of chips? You raised an eyebrow, just laying out in your backyard. You ran downstairs to the back door but it was locked, your tail rattled in frustration. You went back to the window leaning your head against it with a sigh, maybe...the window, you carefully tried raising the window and it worked!

You carefully climbed on top of the roof making your way to the edge, i wasn't that big of a fall it couldn't hurt you, you carefully jumped down closing your eyes for impact. You landed pretty harshly on your ass not very graceful but it worked. You made your way to the bag and you were right they were a full bag of chips, you opened them up shoving the chips in your mouth without a second thought. When you were done you were able to climb up the support poll and onto the roof, thanks to your snake abilities. You got rid of the evidence and decided not to tell hoseok about this instance.

You thought that it was a one-time thing but it quickly became a cycle with food showing up in the back yard every day. One thing you hadn't notice is the snacks seemed to move closer, and closer to the fence by the day. You had gotten confused looking around the yard, had the snacks disappeared? You questioned until the Shimmer caught your eye, it was on the other side of the fence, you carefully climbed the fence retrieving the snack "hey!" You're tailed straightened as your head snapped to the side seeing a man no older than 27 in front of you. "Do you like snacks?" He asked kindly. You nodded your head "i have plenty inside would you like to join me?"

You smiled with a nod before hoseoks voice ringed in your head. He had always warned you about other people especially strangers "something wrong?" The man snapped you out of your head. You shook your head following him inside, he had been so kind as to give you free snacks he couldn't be that bad, right? You followed him inside the dimly lit house, it was quite bare to be quite frank, not snacks insight. That's when your ears picked up the sound of a lock. You quickly turned around terror clouding your mind.

"You know I've always wanted a little hybrid like you" you backed up with every step the man took closer, you hissed trying to intimidate the man but he took no care to the sound. "Ah ah ah.." He tisted bringing something from behind him. A tranquilizer you panicked and made a run for the back door but you weren't quick enough and felt a sharp pain run through your neck before your eye sight blurred and you blacked out. You woke up on a cold floor with a pounding headache and a chain attached to your ankle.

Panic filled your body as the same man entered the room. "Eat," he said dropping a plate of greens, you hadn't seen food as disgusting since you left the shelter. "I need you in good condition to make some money off you" he was going to sell you! No, you couldn't, you belonged to hoseok. The man left and you quickly leap to the small window trying to pry it open but to no avail, the sun was still out meaning hoseok hasn't returned yet. Surely he would notice your absence and the open window straight away and come to save you right.

You spent the next few hours staring out the window watching the sun fall only a few more minutes now. When you saw the car pull into the driveway you banged on the trying to capture his attention but he was too occupied by his phone but a few minutes later he had rushed back out of the house holding his hair in a tight grip. He was in a total panic seeing him so stressed could bring tears to your eyes. He quickly disappeared down the street out of sight, where was he going?

By this point you were sleepy, eyes heavy and yawns escaping your lips, but you had to wait for hoseok. Suddenly a loud beeping filled the room, you covered your ears but it was too loud to drown out that's when you noticed a small red light in your jacket. What was it? A few minutes later the beeping had stopped and was replaced with a loud slam and screams before complete silence took over. "Y/n?!" It was hoseok, he found you! "Hoseok!" You yelled out loud footsteps were heard before the door was swung up and the man basically flung himself at you.

"You found me!" You said tightly hugging around him "of course i did, good thing that tracker worked" he whispered. "Tracker?" You questioned "nothing," he said picking you up. "Close your eyes ok" you nodded pressing your face into his shoulder. As he walked further into the house a strong smell hit your sensitive nose, blood. "Hoseok why does it smell like-" he quickly cut you off with 'shh' "it doesn't matter all that matter is that you're safe now, i made sure he could never take what's mine again, that's all."
