Tim, to acquaintances and people he just met: Damian’s my baby brother, and sure we tease each other a lot, but it's all in good fun.
Tim to close friends and family: Damian’s a pain in the ass half the time, but I love him dearly. I would die for him, and kill anyone who hurts him. He's brave and amazing and so so kind, even though he doesn't see it. He was dealt a horrible hand and deserved better. He fights to be the best version of himself everyday, to be free of his upbringing, and I hope he knows how proud I am of him. I wish I was half as brave as he is daily. I'm glad we're brothers in more than name now.
Damian about Tim: He's alright, I suppose. Kind of a loser.
Damian internally and to people he's close to: He's everything I'm not. Intelligent, loyal, resourceful, a perfect soldier. I see why Father chose him. He's kind. He's strong. He can get along with people effortlessly, and is a natural leader. He isn't broken or disposable or selfish like I am. If I turn out even a little bit like him, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. I don't tell him this enough, but I do love him. As much as I can love anyone. I hope he knows that.

AASOAF
Mariel: 7/10 Mariel grew up on a farm so she's pretty used to seeing creepy crawlies around. That said she can't keep her cool around them like she can with rodents and other types of pests so she is definitely the sort to be startled by one, and call for help if there is someone nearby. Otherwise, our little lady is bucking up and dealing with it on her own.
Axtapor: 10/10 A big part of Lizardfolk diet is eating bugs including roaches. While they aren't his favorite, he's known to indulge from time to time because the wings have a nice crunch to them *chefs kiss*. So he just manhandles them whenever they're around and down the hatch they go!
Fay: 0/10 Fay grew up impoverished in the slums of a place called Saltend and on more than one occasion discovered roaches in her bed, clothes, food, hair, blankets you name it. Safe to say she was traumatized after being surrounded by them for so many years. She is definitely calling in for backup if she sees one.
Wilkes: 10/10 Even though he's a Lizardfolk, he doesn't eat roaches. Rather, he despises them because Fay hates them so he's become quite the exterminator on her behalf. He can hit one from across the room with a throwing knife and has done so on many occasions. I should add, that he also doesn't let his adoptive parents eat them either. The Sikthax-Seymour household is a roach-free zone 😤

Hartim and Lexlar: 20/10 So these two are from The Oasis Heartlands which is mostly jungle ergo, LOTS of bugs to eat. They hunt bugs for fun and roaches are no different but they are a little bit more sadistic with roaches than other creepy crawlies. Lexlar will catch a bunch, enough to fill a jar, and then set them loose in an enclosed area, like a room for example, and let Hartim just go nuts trying to catch and eat them lol. Then the same thing vice-versa, Hartim will catch a bunch and release them for Lexlar. They claim it's a speed trial but they're really just playing with their food lol.

Just imagine:
It's still relatively new the 12 boys and Rise boys being thrown in the 03 lair with the other variants of themselves and their friends. A rather stressful meeting between the leaders of the clans has just ended, and an air of uneasy tension has filled the lair. It's been there since 12 Leo had stepped forward when 03 Splinter had asked all the clan heads to meet up in the dojo to talk about arrangements. And it's a tension that's been following him and his brothers and friends ever since he's stepped out from the dojo, having finished the small meeting. 12 Leo goes to make sure that the members of his family are settled into their temporary room, helping the Rise boys as well to get settled in. He feels their eyes on his shell yet he doesn't acknowledge it, not wanting to talk about just how stressful the entire thing was. It'd only be after everyone was settled in and fast asleep that 12 Leo, being careful not to bump into 12 Raph, 12 Donnie, 12 Mikey, 12 April or 12 Casey's bodies that laid spread out on the floor and bed, would sneak out of the room to get some much needed air. He quietly passes by the room next to theirs, where Rise Splinter, Rise Raph, Rise Leo, Rise Donnie, Rise Mikey, Rise April and Rise Cassandra currently slumber in. He makes his way through the strange and unfamiliar hallways.
12 Leo passes by the rooms where the Bayverse gang, 07 gang and 03 gang currently doze the night away. Not making a sound whatsoever. Silent as a ghost he finally makes his way into the living room, before making his way towards the other room that holds the water area, silently passing by the knocked out 87 gang. The sounds of the water soothe 12 Leo as he makes himself comfortable on the edge of the area, closing his eyes and just letting himself breathe and not think. To not think about the stares on his and his family's backs, to not think about the concerned and uneasy gazes the Rise gang showed them. To not think about the unreadable expressions on 87 Splinter, 03 Splinter, 07 Splinter and Bayverse Splinter's faces. He doesn't know how much time passes when the soft sounds of gentle footsteps come into the room. 12 Leo doesn't bother opening his eyes, the footsteps being familiar to him. He feels the person come closer before a soft voice speaks up from above him:
"Mind if I join you?"
12 Leo just let's out a small hum, still leaving his eyes closed as the person takes it as an invitation and sets himself down next to him. The two stay quiet for a long time, neither one saying anything. Instead taking comfort in one another's presence. After what felt like an eternity 12 Leo finally opens his eyes, dark blue hues meeting questioning but calm grey ones that belong to none other than his counterpart. The very first one he'd ever met and befriended before Rise Leo. 87 Leo doesn't say anything, just quietly watching 12 Leo, waiting for the right moment to voice the question that's been eating away at him from the moment 12 Leo had stepped forward. After a moment the older turtle finally feels the time is right for him to speak:
"He's gone isn't he?"
87 Leo doesn't beat around the bush, doesn't elaborate on who this he was. They both know exactly what he's talking about. 87 Leo watches as 12 Leo seems to stiffen for a moment, his hand clenching into a fist which trembled slightly giving away the answer 87 Leo wanted unknowingly. 87 Leo feels his throat tighten slightly, the answer tearing into him just as badly as it did to his counterpart. He's taken out of his sea of turmoil by 12 Leo's voice, soft and crackling:
"Yes......Fath-Master Splinter is gone. Shredder got to him."
87 Leo sucks in a small sharp breath, having caught 12 Leo's small slip up but not daring to let on that he'd heard. The older turtle felt a wave of grief hit him as he processed it, memories of the older version of his Sensei flashing in his head. He thinks about 12 Splinter and his kindness towards him and his brothers when they'd been lost from home, about how he'd helped them train and gave them a home to stay in till they could fix the situation that they'd found themselves in. He thinks about 12 Splinter and his sons, thinks about how close they all were and 87 Leo's heart twists in a sorrowful sympathetic understanding. 87 Leo doesn't say anything, instead letting his actions speak for him. With a gentle, comforting touch 87 Leo pulls his counterpart into a side hug, rubbing his shell in a gentle yet firm way. The unspoken words floating between them:
'I'm so sorry for your loss.'
If 87 Leo feels his shoulder get a bit wet, feels his companion's body tremble slightly in soft heart broken sniffles that only a boy who was forced to grow up and become a man too fast and who had his father torn away from him could give out, he doesn't mention it. He doesn't acknowledge it or say anything out loud, instead providing a steady and reassuring presence for 12 Leo to lean on. After all it was 87 Leo's duty as a leader to support the ones he loves........
Even if for only a brief moment.
