people saying that Jack would eventually forget Ianto because Jack is human and thus has a human memory doesn’t sit right with me. Jack will literally remember on his “death bed” to tell the Doctor about the Master existence; a thing that happened BILLIONS of years before. AND YOU WANT TO TELL ME that he won’t remember someone that meant the world to him??? Idk why you want to break my heart with your assumptions but y’all are on some hurt no comfort shit and I will not even think about the possibility of Jack forgetting Ianto.
