Being a great dad doesn't mean taking your kids to the park once and calling it "babysitting" while your wife does the rest of the parenting.
Being a great dad means finding a little girl in the aftermath of the apocalypse and taking it upon yourself to raise her the best you can even though your mind is decaying and there's no one to help you, but still doing all you can to make her laugh, putting on puppet shows for her, teaching her morality and fighting zombies to get soup for her when she's sick. Just watched the episode where Simon briefly regains his sanity. By GOD does it have me in shambles

edit/re-blog: so it turns out I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so i went back on this and fixed some timing issues and alignment issue i found with the original.
