I am asking you something" he said softly, trying to take a glance at her teary face. He looked at her with eyes full of concern "You don't need to think about them again, hmm? Tell me whenever they trouble you like this". She nods weakly. Flashing his gummy smile at her he picks her up. "Come let's go home". She nods and they go home.
She felt safe with him... comfortable with him.
Time passed and she kept on falling for him more as the moments passed. Little did the innocent Y/n know... she was just a bet for him. He cheated on her for all these years and when Xukun confronted her about this... she broke. She broke into pieces. Her heart was shattered in millions of bits.

All these memories of what happened yesterday were flashing in her mind as she kept on driving to the highway late at night when no signs of any creature were there.
Y/n stopped her car on the highway after chasing the moonlight. She picked her phone to see 20 missed calls from "The One ❤". Letting out a silent scream, she opens their texts and types....
"Dear Xukun,
You were there for me every time I was in trouble. Protecting me from the bullies looked like your duty.
I guess I troubled you very much all the years you dated me. Don't worry... I won't be there to trouble you now.

Looking at the 'send' button she shivers due to nervousness... but she had to click it after all and that's what she does. The text gets sent and to her fortune... or maybe even misfortune... You never know what it was but Xukun saw her text as soon as it reached him.
Getting panicked after reading the text he texts...

Tears fall down her cheeks as she thinks about all the events which took place yesterday at Xukun's house. She thought he was the one, the one she would stand before on the altar and say your vows, eyes sparkling, 'til death do you part. She let out a shout as she reviews seeing those messages, out within the open with nothing to stow away, they were sending to somebody else. Those intimate subtle elements and sincere minutes ,that she thought were hers and hers alone, were being shared with somebody superior looking, wealthier, and way better than her in all conceivable ways. With each single "I love you" she numbered, the cut in her heart burrows more profound, pushing until her heart parts into two.
Racing out of Xukun's apartment, the "I'm Sorry" and "You know that you are the only one I love" grabbed her by the wrist in the hope that she won't leave. The feelings Y/n had in her heart were telling Y/n to give him a second chance but the knife of doubts stabs her again. She doesn't know what to feel anymore. She wanted to go... go away from everything. She wanted to be alone.
As the song ends she exits the car in the heavy rain which made her tears unnoticeable and stands at the edge of the highway... admiring the scenery for the last time... Thinking about the fact that she is actually going where she always wanted to go all these years...
Y/n startles upon hearing her name from a somewhat familiar voice... him...
"Y/N!!" Xukun shouts making it easy for Y/n to hear and notice his presence. "Xukun... so you really came..." Y/n stares at him while smiling the sweetest smile... which was, unfortunately, fake. She lost her smile after yesterday. "Of course I would come... and what are you doing at the edge?". Y/n smiles sadly and chuckles... "You'll know very soon, Xukun" "What do you mean?" Xukun looked in her eyes confused. "Thank You Xukun for showing me your love.. Goodbye" she said with the sweetest smile she could fake and jumps off the edge.
Xukun stood there frozen, not knowing what he could do... now, could've done. He fell on his knees from disappointment and tears flow down his soft cheeks. "Y/N-AH!!" he cried and yelled, hoping for her to come back. But it was already too late for him to get his love back...
