it just strucks me suddenly the fact that i get to see the minotaur fight, the annabeth's signature line, the summer camp, miss sally jackson, the poseidon claiming scene, grover being accurately scared but brave lil satyr he is and percy is actually a twelve years old boy, on screen, and not on my mind when i read the book.

jesus i can't imagine being a long term percy jackson fan without getting seriously emotional from the first casting announcement of Walker to the completed trio.
