I’m trying to watch TMNT 2012 and this is what I’ve gathered so far.
Long Fic Musing
At some point I want to write long fiction like the ones I did for Azul and Rollo for most of the twst cast because I like thinking about where in the story they would have fallen in love with Yuu/how but eh
Originally I only intended to do it with ones I saw as having a bad/negative impression of Yuu at the start since that's interesting to me.... so here's a small handful of who I thought would be on that list?
Jade- says he originally found Yuu boring. I actually have like 2k words written for him where he made a checklist of things he thought about Yuu and went about collecting evidence to rule them in or out and ends up realizing how much he likes them on the way, but idk if I'll keep that set up.
Leona- he's hard for me to understand as a character since he doesn't interact with Yuu much... I could see it being a Darcy like situation though. I'd need to think about him more but I know he's on the list.
Riddle- I already know the set up for this one, it involves teaching him to cook and him wanting to apologize properly for what he said about Yuu before his overblot. Riddle doesn't seem like he'd understand what he's feeling at first and also would want there to be rules for it... which made me think about the rules of courtly love and save them on a file in my computer somewhere.
Idia- he doesn't have anything good to say about anyone... but he can also be really soft. I want to theme it around Orpheus and Eurydice since the story Idia knows about someone saving their lover from the Underworld has a happy ending while the one Yuu knows does not. So Yuu is more accepting of tragedy and sacrifice in love than Idia is.
Ace- his negative opinion only lasts a day, but I want to write him feeling like he friendzoned himself and lying about how he's happy with that and thinks love is lame like he doesn't want to marry them in the future. And how he wishes he could pu ch himself in the face for thinking negatively in the first place.
Inversely I also want to write one of these for Floyd, who has a posative (in his mind anyway) opinion of Yuu from the start but has massive problems communicating that to Yuu. I also really like the idea of him having a one-sided rivalry for Yuu's affection with Ace (who just sees Yuu as a friend and wishes Floyd would just. Ask them out already.)
I'll think about one of these after I finish Trey's fic... but that will be a long time out.
