Someone talk to me about Timothy Tyler Childers and the way he is never afraid to call a thing by name? The way his new video said “fuck homophobia and fuck coal mining and fuck everything you thought you knew about Appalachia.”

I could go album by album (song by song even), but I will spare you for now. I just love that he pulls no punches and does not waste a word. His music is fucking wild mountain spring water: crystal clear, ice cold, and rumored to have healing properties.
