About me!
My husband brought me to diapers years ago because he is DL and has been since puberty. At first I couldn't get much out of it, but I didn't think it was bad if he wore them. He then convinced me to wear sometimes some. In particular, before and after the birth of our child, I found diapers practical anyway and had become a little incontinent towards the end of the birth and since then. Over the years, it became more and more, so I have been wearing 24/7 for a long time with a few exceptions. I could live without diapers, but there would be one or the other accident from time to time, as you would expect.
I basically use the diaper for both and my husband is always happy when he can change me and I enjoy his attention when he does. For me, it is the changing itself that I like and that I do not have to go to the toilet alone. My husband is usually also using diapers up at home. As a little revenge that he is enjoying my incontinence, I make sure that he is now always padded in his work. He enjoys it a little when I "force" him to be padded; so now he gets a body and a diaper underneath.
We have a child together who goes to school and knows that I am incontinent and no, it is a normal child and does not wear diapers or is raised unusually, as we try to do this with sufficient discretion and offer a normal, caring environment for her.
I also use pacifiers and baby bottles from time to time, i.e. I give a pacifier to my husband or get a little bottle because they remind me of my childhood. I think it's cute if he wears it. I enjoy very much to have my husband nurse on me.
So I basically arranged my life with the incontinence, the desires of my husband and believe diapers can actually be enjoyable.

Hey this is really important!!!
As someone who has had bladder issues since I was little, I'd like to share what I do when leak to prevent rashes. ^_^
Obviously remove underclothes/pants that the urine got on and dry yourself off as quickly as possible with a clean, dry, towel
Grab a soft washcloth and get it soaked with warm water, then wring it out
Use warm, wet washcloth to throughly clean the area
Dry off with a separate dry, clean, towel
Then put on new undergarments and you're done!! :D

i think a lot of people who have never cared for a baby and have no conscious memory of using diapers or any other incontinence product don't realize that people really aren't supposed to be sitting in soiled pads/diapers for extended periods of time. like the point of the pad/diaper is to prevent the soiling of clothes and whatever else we might be sitting on, and to give us enough time to get somewhere where we can change.
if you sit in a wet/soiled diaper (or underwear) for longer than 2-3 hours, it starts to get really painful and irritate the skin. this can lead to painful rashes, which can get infected. this is especially serious because many people who use incontinence products are also immunocompromised, and infections from sitting or walking around in a wet diaper can become extremely dangerous very quickly.
this is why we need to amend the ADA's guidelines for accessible bathroom requirements to include adult changing tables. i'm very lucky in that i'm mobile enough to change myself in a stall, but many people who deal with incontinence are not, and need full assistance with changing. being stuck outside in a soiled product is painful and dangerous, and significantly disabled people deserve better.
