NieR:Automata iPhone 12 theme

I decided to do a Nier theme for my iPhone 12. Apps that I used: "Widgetsmit‪h"‬ and "Shortcut‪s"‬ (Unfortunately "Shortcut‪s‬" it is bugged because of iOS 14 so I wasn't able to modify all the apps that I wanted)
