Space station astronauts solve the mystery of a missing tomato

It's gotta be hard to lose something when you're swirling around the Earth on the International Space Station — right? Well, apparently not. A missing tomato sparked a lighthearted mystery for the astronauts on board the ISS – and it's finally been solved after months of accusations and intrigue.

SpaceX launches first Turkish astronaut aboard private European space mission

Axiom Space's AX-3 mission launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida on Thursday and is headed to the International Space Station with a four-person crew: Former NASA astronaut and mission commander Michael Lopez-Alegria, Walter Villadei of Italy, Alper Gezeravci of Turkey, and Marcus Wandt of Sweden. The mission was funded and carried out by the private sector.

This is so hilarious, but this would be absolutely terrifying. Also the fact that he got it on is crazy because every ounce counts when bringing stuff to space, yet he brought a whole ass gorilla suit.

Hubble Glimpses a Galaxy Among Many

Looking deep into the universe, the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope catches a passing glimpse of the numerous arm-like structures that sweep around this barred spiral galaxy, known as NGC 2608. Appearing as a slightly stretched, smaller version of our Milky Way, the peppered blue and red spiral arms are anchored together by the prominent horizontal central bar of the galaxy.

NASA astronaut films lightning from ISS

Astronaut Reid Wiseman posted a Vine from the International Space Station today showing lightning over Houston. Tornado warnings were issued in the Houston area earlier this afternoon but have since expired.

I love it when humans describe humans.
