Tw: Ranting about common practices of Black history Month. (Ig its common...atleast to me) It's kinda a vent but you know. It's gonna be touchyish. But I urge you to read.

I take issue with African-American people who use Black history month as a reason to be a bitch.

If it's a protest or a rally, I'm cool with it.

But if you're calling me racist because I call you out for being a bitch to the bus driver...that's rubbing off on the perception of this month.

This month is about the celebration of culture and of the movement towards African-American equality.

It just....idk as a white guy it feels disrespectful to treat other races discriminatory on a month about the battle for equality and the issues discrimination brings with it.

Like I get white people are awful but most of them are dead....I'm not a slave owner rebecca(fake name), you called the bus driver a bitch when she's trying her best.

Tl;DR

I love Black History month, but people use it as a crutch to be a bitch.....which ruins the reputation of the month.
