Jotaro - araki in an interview (the one he got so uncomfortable with he straight up said the following:) "jotaro isn't interested in women" which confirms he's not straight but that DOESNT MEAN hes homosexual. It could mean he's asexual or aromantic. However you can interpret that how you want.
Tizzano and the other guy from part 5 I forgor - it was hinted at by araki that they were married. I can't remember the source but something about being bound by spirit or something idk
Sorbet and Gelato - literally a gay couple. Flat out said they were in a relationship.

Jolyne - bisexual. Araki once said that he would have had no problem with anasui being a girl and that jolyne would be perfectly fine dating a girl.
