“… so? is that it?? he left you on read?” monoma was currently sat on your couch, his blonde hair was lying on his head like a mop and he still had his hero costume on, if he was caught in the wrong district at night, people would most definitely get the wrong idea about him.

“can you at least pretend to be interested?! i’m pouring my heart out here and you’re just making me feel like my conversation with him didn’t matter!” you shouted from the kitchen, your habit of baking whenever you were stressed was currently coming into play as you used one arm to stir the bowl of cookie dough together.

“i mean.. i think you’re being a bit dramatic. all he did was talk to you. that’s literally what any normal person would do.” he spread himself out on your couch, lying down as if he paid the bills.

“whatever, just say you hate to see me happy.” he heard the ding that signaled that the oven was ready from where he was reclined.

a knock was heard on your door, and you could hearing monoma groan as he lifted himself up off the couch, going to answer your door.

“what?” monoma said as he grabbed the door handle, hoping the person on the other side could hear him. he’d nearly shut it when he saw who was outside your residence.

“who is it, neito?!” you yelled from the kitchen, your visitors being able to hear your voice.

“just some solicitors! don’t worry, i’ll tell them to get lost.” he smiled, his pearly white teeth on display for the group to see.

they’d pushed their way past him, inhaling the scent of cookies baking as they took in your residence in all its’ glory.

japan didn’t have many gated communities, so for you to have lived in one was something rare. each house was about two stories, and for you to afford it on a streamers’ salary was insane.

“how the hell do you afford this by playing video games?!” bakugou spoke, breaking the silence that enveloped your home.

from where you stood in your kitchen, you couldn’t see who had entered until you heard his voice coming through your ears.

you’d quickly come outside, setting your timer as you very obviously ran outside, almost tripping over your feet as you straightened yourself up.

“hello everyone!” you smiled, a slight blush on your cheeks as you looked at bakugou.

“hey! we brought you some medicine for that wrist of yours. got it straight from a friend who specializes in medicine.” kirishima smiled wide, holding up a bag in one hand.

you’d grabbed it, mumbling a quick oh thank you as you stood there.

“so um, this is kinda rude but. what are you guys doing here?” you asked as they looked at you.

“well baku-.” kirishima began as bakugou subtly nudged him.

“oh. well we wanted to come see if you’d wanted to watch a movie with us.” he spoke, giving his friend a knowing grin as the latter glared at him.

“sure! i’ve got cookies baking and you guys can set up in the living room. neito will help you.” you smiled, and the group made its’ way to your array of couches.

tonight was going to be fun.

ok i know everyone's always like "bakugou is so the weeknd coded" or "bakugou def listens to pierce the veil".

however.

i like to headcannon that katsuki bakugou is actually a freaking classical music nerd.

before you start throwing tomatoes at me, i always imagine this little scenario:

katsuki bakugou is in his room, tensely studying (prob using flash cards because nerd), when all of a sudden, denki bursts into his dorm room.

"hey bakugou!! we're all hanging out for lunch today!"

...

"bakugou? can you hear me?"

katsuki sits in focus, his large noise cancelling headphones doing their job by cancelling out denki's voice.

when all of a sudden, denki sneaks up on bakugou and snatches the headphones right off his head. denki puts the headphones on his own head and starts listening, only to say...

"wow bakubro, i didnt know you were into... ballerina music?"

katsuki stands up and slams his hands onto his desk. he grabs denki by the collar, grabbing the headphones, and puts them back on.

he yells at denki,

"THIS IS VIVALDI'S FOUR SEASONS CONCERTO IN G MINOR DUMBASS. GET OUT OF MY ROOM"

I was curious about your thoughts regarding the sidelining of Kirishima/Bakugo's friendship post-Kamino and how Hori chose to highlight Deku's emotional state during the handhold rather than celebrate the connection between Kr and Bk. Do you think the growing distance between Kirishima and Bakugo since then has been intentional? Or are the rumors true that Hori reduced their interactions bec of how some were preferring their relationship over Dk/Bks?

Whew. Okay we all need to take a step back here lol. I'm going to say something I hope no one takes the wrong way, but it's important to understand.

Kirishima is not a main character. He is a secondary character, a side character. He's not a bit character or an extra. He's one of those characters who gets some decent focus for his growth, but the trajectory of his character arc is shorter than that of a main character.

I'm putting him in the same camp as Iida or Ochako or Kaminari or even Shouto on some level when I say this. These are all important characters, but when I call them "secondary/side characters," I'm referring to their functions in the story. You can divide the characters into tiers not based on their actual importance or excellence as characters but based on their functions. Izuku is the primary main character. He is the character through which the vast majority of the story is told. He is the lynch pin. There are other main characters who are more secondary in function to Izuku but still hold the story together. These are characters like All Might, Katsuki, and to some extent Shouto (so versatile!) and Tomura. It’s not as simple as just “main character vs side character,” but what I’m getting at is the way in which a character functions in a story varies depending on what type of character they are. Again, I don’t mean this in a disparaging way. Some of the best and most impactful and well-written characters in stories can be side characters or even bit characters. But their character arcs look different depending on which type of character they are.

Take Eri for instance. About 90% of her character arc is meant to be contained within the Overhaul and School Cultural Festival arcs. She’s still present in future arcs, but there isn’t much about her character that’s crucial to the developing story. She doesn’t have any personal growth questions to answer anymore either. But she is there to be cute and a nice window into the POV of the young children affected by the story. The story doesn’t need to focus on her, but it uses her as a quick window every so often to give us that POV or levity or cuteness.

I said all of that to say this: the lack of focus on the friendship between Kirishima and Katsuki doesn’t mean anything like what you’re all suggesting. The arc of their friendship was meant to serve its purpose in the story. The lack of focus on it means that the friendship arc has already occurred and done its job. Their friendship hasn’t changed or disappeared, it’s just not highlighted in the story because it’s not relevant to the current story--or rather it’s not AS relevant as other things happening in the current story.

So what was it relevant for? Well, it kind of ties into your question about the “Bakusquad,” which is really a marketing construct that stuck more in the west than in Japan. The thing is, small cliques within classrooms aren’t really a trope in Japan. Maybe they exist in real life, but that’s not the societal concept. Cliques in Japan are more like classrooms versus classrooms. You have your class you’re sat together with in most of your classes (with exceptions like some electives), and you’re treated like your class is your team that you’re a part of. The MHA story follows this trope. What you see from start to end is that Izuku and Katsuki are both struggling to become a cohesive part of class 1-A (both for different reasons). Kirishima is meant to be Katsuki’s initial entry point into class 1-A as a whole, where the whole class is a cohesive team and group of friends. Kirishima is the character who first takes the time and energy to try to understand Katsuki’s communication style. He bulldozes through Katsuki’s tough-guy posturing and makes that first important friendship connection with him to try to help Katsuki fit in. Their friendship is the rest of the class’ first window at who Katsuki is deep down, and they all slowly start to warm up to him and see through his bullshit. Kirishima is the reason Katsuki ultimately becomes one of the two central people holding the class together.

So I don’t see the lack of Kirishima in Katsuki’s story as a sign that something has happened between them. I see it as a sign that Kirishima has done his part helping Katsuki integrate into class 1-A. And just like with Eri, we don’t get any new development in their friendship because they’ve reached the endpoint of that particular story arc, and all we’re meant to get at this point are little nods here and there about the new homeostasis their friendship has achieved (e.g. Kirishima bantering with Katsuki while they force Izuku to take a bath). We’re also meant to take the presence of any in class 1-A as the presence of ALL class 1-A. So when Sero, Satou, and Mineta (yes, even him) visit Katsuki’s hospital room, they’re doing so on behalf of the rest of class 1-A who can’t be there right now including Kirishima. Class 1-A is splitting the work between all of them because there are multiple classmates in the hospital for them to visit and comfort.

Now, that’s not to say that people who enjoy Kirishima and Katsuki’s friendship should quiet down and be happy with that. If you like their interactions, you like their interactions. That’s totally reasonable for you to be clamoring for more interaction. I just don’t think we need to take what’s happening in the story to drastic conclusions about Horikoshi’s intentions. Ultimately, Horikoshi has to try to tell his story as efficiently as possible. He can’t depict every second of every character’s thoughts and actions, as much as we’d love for him to be able to.

And besides, whatever we’re craving more of is what fanfic is for!

You gasped as Katsuki's hands were just above your heart, what was he going to do?

He let out a slight snicker as he watched your reaction. His aggressive demeanor going away.

Were you really tense from all this?

His sweet, poor baby. He had to make you relax.

He held you close, and cooed as he caressed the back of your head with his larger hand.

He set you on his lap just like a baby, and slid his hand down your head to your shoulder as you closed your eyes.

You could feel his hot breath on your neck as he left a trail of kisses down your neck as your face went so red that it would put Kirishima's hair to shame.

He said, as you felt his smirk on the lower part of neck near your collar bone.

You squirmed against his touch as he bit down on your neck, leaving a slightly red mark in the outline of his sharp teeth.

He brought his left hand over your waist and just kept it there.

You had the urge to say please, go on and don't stop there but you could never say that.

How could you even say anything with air this tense?

Katsuki finally had enough of his teasing and and moved the hand on your waist lower and lower until...yeah.

You gasped and tried to get off, but he hold you even closer.

BNHA YOU’RE NEXT SPOILERS BELOW!!!!!

I watched the new MHA movie today, and it was SO good omg. The animation??? Bones actually cooked this time especially during the last 30-45 minutes. The fights were SO good, and had me audibly gasping in the cinema every time I saw one. Guilio and Midoriya’s dynamic OMGHH?? Guilio was SO funny and reminded me so much of shoto and lwk Rody too. I love how izuku keeps reaching out to everyone no matter what, and how in every movie he helps someone who’s in a dark place💔 But the fact that guilio kept using izuku as a distraction was way too funny.

But one thing I noticed was how much bakugo’s grown compared to season 1. Yeah he’s had character development, but it kind of felt like it only revolved around Midoriya and wasn’t something I really noticed. But after watching how Bakugo actually communicated with his teammates (when him and shoto were fighting the villains with teleportation and telekinesis quirks) And how he didn’t run back into the fights like he might’ve done in the earlier seasons. Like at the beginning of the movie when Dark mights quirk started absorbing everything and his team tried driving away even though he was against it, he still didn’t run into the battle. And the fact that he actually remembers his classmates names?? During the sports festival he didn’t know any of his classmates named, but now he’s yelling their names with instructions.

I might’ve started liking bakugo more after the movie.

i can’t stop thinking about beefy men so here’s me babbling 🫶

just imagine either megumi, itadori or katsuki bulking.

summer had just ended which you could tell by their physique, tan and shredded, you were already a couple weeks into fall. they had said they were bulking but you didn’t quite know what that meant. you did notice the increase in appetite however.

you normally served them seconds but this time you were serving thirds. you didn’t realize it until you had to buy groceries a little sooner than you normally do.

you notice he visits the gym 5 times a week and not 6 and the sessions are not as long. he’s not soaking with sweat when he returns and he’s definitely not as tired and sore from the sessions. you didn’t mind though, happy to spend as much time with him as you could.

but what you really noticed were the cuddles. he was so much more warmer than usual and his big arms seemed to be able to hold even more of your body, your upper half practically hidden away in his tank of an arm. you already struggled wrapping your arms around his thick torso, now you struggled just a tad more and the flesh where your arms lay is a little pudgy. you felt completely enveloped in his arms, like you were hiding beneath his skin. his little gut was so soft when you lay your head on it.

you were obsessed with him even more, if that was possible (it isn’t). and he could tell you loved it too. you would always ask for him to hold you, you would constantly wrap yourself around his arm, and you often asked him to take off his shirt so you could lay skin to skin with his chest. you would lay there and delicately trace the ink from his tattoo on his forearm, you would do this for hours too. all he could do was grin to himself, you were like a puppy with heart eyes following him around.

when spring rolled around he started cutting, you noticed quickly. you would constantly ask, “why are you not eating? is something wrong? does it taste bad?” with your sweet puppy eyes, adorable pout making his resolve crumble.

so he never really lost that weight, his arms were a tad squishy and he had a little pudge on his tummy but he didn't mind it one bit when you would practically drool anytime you saw even a glimpse of his happy trail and the beginning of the slight plump of his belly or the beginning of the swell on his bicep. you wanted to eat him and he gladly would let you.

People had always told Hizashi that he was good with children. Countless times throughout his life he had heard those words being spoken to him, whether they were from somebody close to him or not, they all seemed to share the same opinion.

Or five instances in which Hizashi Yamada was there for his students and one time in which he was there for his child.

Summary: Bakugou gets turned into a girl because of some random kid that you both had saved the day before. You show him how fun it is to be a girl and in other words your girlfriend.

It was a beautiful Saturday morning, sunlight carefully placed itself through the blinds in your dorm room and landed on the bed in which you and your boyfriend, Katsuki Bakugou lay in.

You were not in the mood to stand up yet, and Katsuki for some weird reason was yet to get up from the bed for his usual early morning run, but you weren’t complaining. With a small smile on your face you snuggled deeper in your boyfriend as you spooned him.

You moved your hand up a little into his chest to pull him in closer, but you realised that the lump that was once his chest had become considerably bigger. Out of pure confusion you squeezed it and your boyfriend woke up, feeling confused. As you sat up and took a good look at him. What was this beautiful woman doing in your bed? And where was your boyfriend?

“Uhm Kats? Is that you?” you said, your voice small from just waking up, you scratched your eyes to get the sleep out of your eyes, you felt like you were still dreaming.

“Of course it’s me, what kind of question is that?” he, well she said but her voice sounded more feminine and to you a little sexy. ‘It’s not fair!’ you thought to yourself. “You might want to take a look at yourself” you said while still mesmerized by her.

He sat up and took a look at the mirror that was opposite of your bed, and he couldn’t help but scream and scurry off your bed.

“Why do I look this way?” he looked at you as he asked as if you know, he was standing now and you could take your time to admire him appropriately, his body had noticeably reduced in size and he was wearing one of his black tank tops that made him look even curvier if you might say, he was in one of his boxer shorts and he looked noticeably shorter.

His hair for some reason no more spiky but sat beautifully on his shoulders and upper back, and he seemed like he had natural mascara, ‘Totally not fair.’ you couldn’t help but think to yourself.

Your boyfriend, was the most beautiful girl you had ever seen, as you were looking at him, well her, his hand began snapping in your face to make you concentrate on him, but you already were so there was no point of that anyways.

“Oh! I think it’s because of that boy we saved yesterday, he told me privately weird things happen when he uses his quirk this might be one of them.” You said shrugging as you continued to look at him.

You were no better than a man the way you watched him.

“Come back to bed, Katsuki. Let me see what we can do with this new body of yours as we still have it.” You said looking at him while licking your lips.

He blushed and although that sounded very promising, he couldn’t help but ask, “We have to find how to change me back first.” He said while looking away from you and going to look for something else for him to wear in your closet.

“He also said you would be fine in 24 hours but your very accepting of this, you know?” you said, shamefully watching him walk away. “Well sorry I also want to see what I could do now that I look like this.” he laughed as he threw his tank top that he had now removed at you.

“Oh, my boobs are bigger than yours.” He said before running into the bathroom to run away from you before you could do anything to him, but for some reason you didn’t you only hummed in agreement and he couldn’t help but roll his eyes. You were whipped but luckily he was to.

Both of you had now changed into your clothes. You wore a red, baggy Hawk’s merch and a pair of sweatpants that dropped from your waist, it was Katsuki’s before he became a woman, and it gave everyone a peak of your Calvin Klein boxers. You felt like the man in the relationship so you wanted to play the part.

He wore one of your black V-necks and a low rise jean to give a beak of the black thong he wore, courtesy of you but he wanted to whether it feels as sexy as it looks.

You two had woken up earlier than the others as usual. Since, you both were too lazy you both decided opt just eat cereal for the time being and then began discussing what you were going to do for the time being.

When everyone else had woken up they were met with a sight they were sure they won’t forget. Todoroki and Kirishima were the first to come to the common room that morning.

Kirishima was planning on making a protein shake he saw online and he wanted to try and make it earlier than usual in case he failed he didn’t want people to see or for everyone to know the reason the kitchen was messed up was his fault and Todoroki happened to know how to make it so he was willing to teach him.

So you could imagine the shock on their face when instead of them meeting an empty common room they found you manspreading on the couch and a really curvy woman straddling you as you looked at her all lovey-dovey as you massaged her waist.

“Y/N, definitely not manly!” Kirishima said after he had taken a picture and sending it to Bakugou. He was at loss for words, well Todoroki was by far worse since he couldn’t even form a sentence. He didn’t take you for a cheater. Definitely not you!

“What would Bakugou say when he comes back from his run and sees you hear partaking in scandalous activities with this stranger?” Todoroki said trying to fan himself so he wouldn’t faint from shock.

Bakugou couldn’t help but smile, his friends won’t let him cheat on you. At least that’s good to know, in case of future, hopefully it won’t happen in the future.

Before he could explain himself, they all heard a ding from his pocket. He took it out to see a picture of what was happening right now but he couldn’t deny, you both looked hot. He saved it and looked behind him and turned to see the look of shock on both of your friend’s faces.

“Bakubro?” Kirishima finally let out making eye contact with the red-eyed female, it was only him and Katsuki’s mother knew that also had the striking red eyes.

“Yes, dumbass?” he said now smiling, this was so funny to him, “Oh my Mother of all things Manly, Bakubro, you make such a beautiful woman.” Kirishima couldn’t help but say, his face was a little red.

“I know.” He said while smirking, he got off your lap then took a seat on the couch, then continued you two’s conversation on who was better, Hawks or Miruko. It’s obvious who was for who.

“This is so cool, do you mind if I write this in my notebook, Kachaan?” Izuku had said to your boyfriend once you had explained the whole predicament to the class.

Once again you were confused why they were all so accepting and understanding about this, you didn’t understand how they weren’t freaking out, if you weren’t his girlfriend you know you would’ve.

Bakugou simply swatted his hand at Izuku motioning that he could do whatever he wants. Before taking you by the hand and leading you outside the building completely. You were supposed to take him to your favourite record store today, and maybe buy him a Victoria Secret lingerie and maybe a dildo….

Night time had come and he was really happy to use everything you two had bought, and now you both were doing with your scandalous activities and both just finished showering now you were cuddled up reminiscing all the things that had happened that day.

From the group of boys that couldn’t stop gawking at you both, or Hawks asking if you were truly cheating on Bakugou because he was on patrol and happened to see you kissing a girl, or the matching press ons you both got but how you removed for Katsuki because you knew he wouldn’t want to stress himself doing that before he goes on his run tomorrow as a man again.

He had requested for you to spoon him again and you obviously complied, even allowed you to put your hand under his shirt, he smiled as he heard your soft breathing indicating you had fallen asleep and he knew today was a day to remember.

Katsuki Bakugou x Reader "could've said something"

Guess what! I have issues and crave comfort so HERE WE ARE AGAIN. (It's 11:48pm as of rn send help) (Just finished it's 1am and I fell asleep halfway through)

Your quirk: Light manipulation. You can move and summon light, light bending, summoning balls of light ranging from small particles to large masses

Bakugou was always a.. scary kid to say the least. You two grew up together and he had a soft spot for you to say the least. When you got your quirk it was a lot to say the least between shining light in your faces and burning holes places. Eventually you got the hang of it. It did however make you wary of when and how you used it. Katsuki on the other hand seemed to get how to use and control his right away. The two of you trained together and Katsuki taught you how to make explosions with the light you could summon. The 2nd year of middle school you had to move because of your moms job and as much as he made it seem like he didn't care he made a point to ask you to keep in touch.

It was the second semester of classes yet you were just now starting UA high, class 1-A. Your mom had decided that because it was a little too far you'd move into your old house and she'd find work elsewhere, UA was a top school how could you say no to that argument? Late transfers and acceptance was rare enough for a top school. But it also meant you get to see him again. You thought about calling him and telling him but you thought it'd be better to wait till you saw him in person, you were next door now.

Most of your stuff was in your dorm by now, having the first day before settling in was a true blessing.

It was starting to get dark and the stress of it all was starting to hit you, thinking of how much you had to catch up being in 1-A and all. You made your way up the stairs finding the roof door. Making your up you got a text:

Kat: Hey. You busy?

You: Never am

K: got a new person in the dorm next to me, if they are loud I swear I'll end them

Y: I'm sure you'll be fine, don't kill anyone please.

K: Not that I care, but you've been radio silence for a few days

Y: I think if you have to say you don't care you do. Sooo talk to me when you can process your emotions then maybe I'll talk about mine

"Everyone this is Y/N L/N, now be nice and be on time tomorrow" he said quickly walking away right after, a few people walked toward you to ask questions when they are all promptly showed away by the blond hot head. "The hell?! What the fuck were you just not gonna-" he was cut off by a hug. As he was debating on hugging you back you hear a girl's voice "GUYS THE NEW PERSON JUST HUGGED BAKUGOU!" the crowd of people grew and you felt a hand grab your wrist pulling you away. They all clump together continuing the conversation. You take the lead pulling him up the stairs onto the roof.

If anyone else had even remotely talked to him that way you were sure they'd be dust. But you cared about you too much to even yell at you unreasonably. Now at the top staring up at the cloudy dark sky you sigh mumbling to yourself "guess I'll make my own stars" you lied down on the roof making small glimmers of light float into the sky.

Not sure of how long you'd been out you looked at the time on your phone, bolting up at the time. Your new teacher Aizawa had instructed you to be in the common room by 7:30pm to introduce you avoiding using class time for it. It was 7:28. You bolt down the stars finding a room for people sitting with their teacher. You stand next to him with an apologetic face. You look around looking for something to focus on when your eyes land on blond hair and a familiar angry tone.

"Hi, I go here now. " You said with a smug look on your face you summon a little ball holding it for light between you. "Still gonna kill me if I'm loud?" You say in a teasing tone. You look up at him seeing a light pink on his cheeks. "I thought.. I wouldn't get a chance to see you again after I got kidnapped and everything. The least you could've done was say you were in town" he says a shift in his voice and body language making him self more guarded. "sorry I wanted to surprise you" you say wrapping your hand around his.

"I- I know we only ever all and text but I've missed you and being around you. A lot. "

"i missed you too. Ass hole."

"you love me"

He flinches at the words spoken feeling his grip tighten on your hand. Pulling you into a hug.

You woke up feeling like you had been hit by a bus and your phone buzzing on the pillow next to you. 2 miss calls and 4 text. From katsuki and 5 from your mom.

You called back your mom first only to be greeted by screaming asking why you weren't checked into school yet. Before you even thought of anything to say to here you felt a wave come over you lean down throwing up in the trash can next to your bed. you lean back over hanging up without saying a word to your mom. And text Katsuki you'd be late and you just overslept.

It was probably just you overusing your quirk again right? It had to be.

After a few painful minutes of getting ready, you walk into class not even bothering to apologize just slumming down into your slumming desk and placing your head down. Luckily for you your teacher was also late per usual. You hear Iida attempting to lecture you but before you could process anything your mind went blank as you put your head down on the desk.

You wake up to a hand lightly shaking you. Picking your head up, rubbing your eyes you see Katsuki "Damn you look like shit. Are you sure you should be here? " You roll your eyes standing up, feeling a wave of dizziness you grab the table for balance, holding yourself upright until it leaves. "Woah the hell happened" you look over at him saying nothing grabbing his hand and walk to you next class.

Training came around and the soup you had for lunch seemed to help a bit but you still felt shitty and like it was only getting worse. Pushing through you walked up to Katsuki pulling on his shirt feeling your body become unsteady.

He turns around seeing your unsteady form and grabs your shoulders. You feel your eyes get heavy and faintly hear the sound of Katsuki urging you to keep your eyes open.

When you wake up you are in Recovery Girls office with a towel over your forehead and your boyfriend on his phone next to you. "Katsu?" You mumble attempting to get up but ultimately laying back down because of the headache. "Dummy, you shouldn't have come if you felt this bad" you look up at him seeing the worry plastered around his face. "I thought it was gonna go away" you say shifting towards him. "Well it didn't and it got worse. You're going back to the dorms to rest idiot." Before you can protest he's picking you up and carrying you out of the room "katsu- put me down!" You say squirming around "absolutely not you'll fall over because of how weak your body is"

When you get back to the dorms and into your room Katsuki places you down on the bed leaving the room for a few minutes. When he returns he has a tray with a cup of medicine bowl and vitamin water. "Eat as much as you can but take all the medicine brat. " He says folding his arms looking away. You can still see a bit of worry on his face.

"Sorry if I.. Scared you. Kat"

"it's whatever just take care of yourself idiot.

You got off of work early and thought it'd be a good idea to order out for dinner and clean whilst you had the chance. Your job as a healer keeps you busy and your quirk: garden allows you to grow plants from the earth and your body and you mainly used to grow plants to help heal wounds.

Katsuki would come home wounded and refused help from anyone but you. Today however he seemed more needy and touchy. This happened when he was stressed and overwhelmed so you didn't mind this vulnerable and needy side of him.

He placed a kiss on your forehead and wrapped his arms around you kissing your neck and pulling you into him

" Hello to you do Katsuki"

"sorry, hi "

" It's fine something on your mind?"

"no just you"

He trail kisses down your neck sliding his hands up from underneath your shirt pulling it off and kissing you more pushing you onto the couch. "Fuck love, you make me feel so, . Calm, I hate it" he says kissing you and leaving a small hickey on your chest slowly moving downward. You let out a small gasp and wrapped your arms around him feeling him move closer.

He makes his way down kissing you and praising you for every noise you make. As he meets you waistline slowly pulling your pants off you push him off. "Wait, stop, just -" you stop, trying to catch your breath

"Hey, you okay? Was I .. moving too fast or.."

He says looking up at you

"No it's not you it's just that i- " you stop yourself looking down at the scars on your thighs made from thorn vines. He follows your eyes seeing the scars then looking back up at you.

Hey, did someone do this do you.

No katsuki It was me, so just stop and let me get dressed.. please.

You pull away putting your shirt back on and just as you try to walk away katsuki wraps his hands around your wrist.

"I can't.. heal you like you heal me. But I can help. I might not know how to comfort you directly but I can listen. I can hold you. So stop being so damn stubborn and help me help you damnit. "

You look over at him eyes wide but grateful.

It was a rainy day and you and Katsuki both had the day off. Katsuki's presence alone normally soothes your mind, but today the universe has other plans. You hadn't meant for him to see it, you had just wanted to get a book from the shelf, and your shirt lifted up just enough to be able to see the scar. A shitty reminder of being hurt by someone you loved and trusted. You froze, feeling his gaze on your back. Katsuki stepped closer, his expression unreadable. You felt your body wanted to run, not out of fear or shame but because you didn't want any pity he had to give. "Are there anymore? You never told me about this " he asks softly but yet you could still feel the emotions in his words. You felt his hands hovering over the scars, the warmth of his hands radiating onto your skin. "Who did this?" He asks his voice firm and is still calm when he does. "It doesn't matter it was a long time ago Katsu" His gaze softens but doesn't leave you. You knew he wouldn't push but you knew the thought of someone hurting you was hurting him. "I don't want your pity" you say before you are cut off "Scars visible or not are nothing, they don't define you"

"it was my fault, I didn't leave when I should have.." you said feeling the tears swell into your eyes. He pulled your towards him "You didn't deserve that regardless of if you stayed. Don't be stupid and blame yourself "

You could feel the tears falling and your throat cloging up, "I wish I had been there"

"well you're here now right?" He wraps his arms around you giving you a sense of safety and comfort. "Nothing will hurt you, no one will lay a hand on you as long as I'm around. I promise." He says followed by a quiet "I believe you"

He cups his hands around your cheeks kissing you softly on the forehead then on the lips. You closed your eyes feeling safe and comfortable. Katsuki made you feel safe and vulnerable at the same time and that's why you love him so much.

Okay but can we talk about the amount of electrolytes (sodium specifically) that Bakugo must need to consume to exist??

Weird thing to fixate on, I know, blame my degree, but think about this: His quirk relies on his ability to sweat, which means the more he sweats the more he can use it. The main thing you lose when you sweat is water and sodium, the longer you sweat, the more those leave your body, that's common sense. Sodium helps you retain water and maintain the fluid balance inside and outside your body, which is why you see it hanging out with water so much and why it's such an important electrolyte that gets lost easily. Yes, technically, you also lose magnesium and potassium, but you lose less of those in sweat than sodium.

Most people don't actually need to supplement electrolytes, even those who exercise regularly, (this is excluding those with illnesses, just considering the average person here), you can get what you need from plain water. Even some athletes don't necessarily need to, it tends to depend heavily on how long you exercise, which is why you see people who do ultramarathons or ironmans downing them. There's ways to test whether or not you actually need them, but suffice it to say, more often than not, just drinking normal water is perfectly fine.

But Bakugo?? There's no way that boy doesn't burn through sodium like it's a fucking competition.

See, the key to whether or not electrolyte supplementation is needed is often found in how long you exercise for, as well as the environmental conditions. Say, if you're exercising outside in the spring for like, thirty minutes to an hours, just water is going to be all you need. Contrast that with a hero course student who likely exercises excessively, multiple times a day, every day, and has a quirk that relies on sweat. That is a recipe for ✨disaster✨ and you know what I don't see on his, or LITERALLY ANY OTHER HERO'S, costume??

A WATER BOTTLE.

I don't care if it ruins the aesthetic you're going for, dude, get a freaking water bottle and some little electrolyte packets before you pass out. How have any of these kids not thought of having some form of water on them while hero-ing?? Like y'all gonna be out on patrol for HOURS without any source of hydration? What a great way to die!

Honestly though, how many times do you think Bakugo just keeled over as a kid? Like dehydration can be a sneaky little shit, and with a quirk like that I'm sure they became besties.

Honestly, I wonder if he does actually carry electrolyte drinks and packets around with him because of that. Like, Izuku had to drag his ass back home too many times while they were out playing as kids and he got tired of it so he spent forever researching different electrolyte brands and sleuthing out which had the best water to sodium to sugar ratio (because you do want some sugar in your electrolyte drinks, the sodium uses it as a quick transport to get where it needs to go) for optimal rehydration. And now he's like, hyperaware of the symptoms and anytime his classmates look even a tiny bit like they might be dehydrated he just storms up and starts throwing electrolytes at their face like:

"DRINK YOUR WATER YOU IDIOTS, DO YOU WANT SURVIVE THE FUCKING LEAGUE OF VILLAINS JUST TO DIE OF DEHYDRATION?? THAT'S FUCKING PATHETIC. SIT DOWN AND DRINK THAT BEFORE YOU PASS OUT, DUMBASS."

All while violently shaking a water bottle with the electrolyte powder to shove down their throat.

katsuki had been grumbling away in his dorm room all day. people noticed as they walked past, but they didn't say anything. they were too scared of him, afraid that they might get blown up by his quirk or even worse. nobody dared walk into katsuki's room, or even stay by his door for a second too long.

in reality, katsuki was acting like this because he was on his period. whilst being on his period, a massive amount of dysphoria just suddenly dropped it's load on him. it was always like this when he was on his period. he just always wished it would go away. too bad he wasn't on testosterone yet.

a knock was then heard on katsuki's door, followed by a voice. "hey, katsuki! open up!" [name] said on the other side of the door, being persistent with his knocking. he then groaned, getting ready to leave as his boyfriend wasn't opening the door. and, as if by coincidence, the door swings open and katsuki drags [name] inside.

"i guess it's safe to say you've started too, huh?" [name] said as he got dragged inside, a small chuckle following his words. katsuki just glared at [name] and lead him to the bed so they could lay down together.

katsuki groaned once more as he reached the bed. he wrapped his arms around [name]'s waist, pulling him close before resting his hands on [name]'s waist. the heat from his palms were soothing for [name]'s cramps. he was glad his boyfriend had his quirk at times, other times he wasn't so glad. such as the times where katsuki threatened to blow him up the last time he was on his period.

"this thing is so stupid. why do i have to have a stupid period when i'm not even a woman?" katsuki mumbled under his breath, clearly feeling frustrated and dysphoric about his situation. "sure, periods aren't what define a woman but whatever. this thing sucks, makes me feel like less of a guy." he continued to mutter, and [name] hummed along as he listened.

"at least when we both start going on t, our periods will stop. but, who knows how long that'll be." [name] responded, trying to sound hopeful but it was no use. katsuki still grumbled and moaned, even rolling his eyes at [name]'s comment. "yeah, and how long is it going to be that we'll be allowed to start?" the blonde boy huffed in response, a sigh escaping his lips.

the two of them stayed in silence for a little while, not saying anything. the sound of their breathing and slight shuffling around on the bed filled the room. that was before [name] decided to speak up once more.

"you know, even though we still get our 'shark week' every month, i still view you as a guy. even though we haven't started any hormone therapy or anything. you're still a man to me, and you're my boyfriend." [name] whispers softly, a small smile on his lips as he speaks. he wants katsuki to feel less dysphoric about his period, and reassure him at the same time. "plus, you're super manly." the boy chuckled, imitating kirishima.

katsuki rolled his eyes at [name]'s words. he really tried to hide how much they meant to him, but the small blush on his cheeks, the picking up of his heartbeat and the smile on his lips made it obvious that they meant a lot. "thanks, [name]." katsuki mumbles, pressing a quick kiss to the back of [name]'s neck. "you're.. manly too. despite everything, we're still guys aren't we, huh? just two guys who bleed out every frickin' month." he grumbled under his breath.

for the both of them, having their periods did affect them. they were both trans so when their periods came they doubted their identities. however, with eachother, they got through it. every month. they didn't give up on eachother, nor did they give up for what they stood for too.

"how about we go eat some spicy noodles? i have the ones you like in my room. we can prepare them in the common room." [name] said, detangling himself from katsuki to sit up on the bed and shake him. "we can't spend all day sitting here like grumps. we'll stick to the bed." he continued to mumble and shake katsuki.

"spicy noodles? tch.. you do know me, huh?" katsuki chuckled softly, sitting up too and placing a quick peck on [name]'s lips. "i guess we're boyfriends for that reason though, aren't we?" he hummed, a small smirk on his lips before getting out of bed and making his way out of his dorm. [name] followed close behind, seeming to be in a better mood than his boyfriend who had his hand stuffed in his pockets and was grumbling the whole way.

the two finally got to the common room. on the way there, [name] picked up the noodles from his dorm and started preparing them. katsuki started chopping up some vegetables to add to the noodles, as well as boiling an egg. once the noodles were finished, katsuki added his toppings and let [name] add some too. the two then sat on the couch together, eating their noodles.

"we're always here for eachother, aren't we?" [name] said softly as he looked at katsuki. "no matter what. i mean, our cycles aren't synced too so." he added, wiggling his eyebrows. katsuki immediately shoved [name]'s face out of his view so he could finish chowing down on his noodles.

a few others went down to the common room and got some food for themselves. they were talking in their own groups and laughing. kaminari and kirishima came up to katsuki and [name], grinning at the two of them.

"seems like bakugo finally got out of his room!" kaminari commented with a laugh. katsuki glared at kaminari and almost got ready to use his quirk on the other boy. "and he's not grumbling too." kirishima added with a chuckle.

[name] looked at the two boys before looking over at katsuki. he smiled and pinched his cheek, a little coo escaping his lips. "it's because of me, isn't it?" [name] said with a small smirk. katsuki almost blew him up too.

kirishima and kaminari decided to back off. they went over to other members of the class, occasionally looking back at katsuki and [name] with a chuckle.

"i love you." [name] whispered, ruffling katsuki's hair gently. "my handsome boyfriend, my manly man." he said, obviously teasing the blonde. katsuki just rolled his eyes and scoffed at [name]. "yeah, yeah. whatever. i love you too." he mumbled, eating his noodles.

the two of them then shared the same routine throughout their next cycles. comforting words, spicy food and laughs with their friends. it was perfect, and it helped both of them get their minds off of their period and their dysphoria.

-I think Bakugou’s dorm room would be freezing most of the time to stop himself from sweating excessively. He’d hate the feeling of trying to fall asleep sweaty. -If he showers in the morning he takes hot ones and if he showers at night he takes cold ones. -Bakugou doesn’t want people to know he’s a huge sap. He acts like he doesn’t care about the gifts he receives on birthdays/Christmas, but he keeps them all and makes sure they stay in good shape. -When he was a kid he’d try to sneak TV past his bedtime so he could watch the Adult Swim channel. He managed to get away with it a lot which started up his profanity. -Bakugou cooks dinner a majority of the time in the dormitory since he states ‘no one else is good at it’ or 'it tastes like shit when someone else cooks it.’ He refuses to cook breakfast though. 'Do it yourself.’

-Asui and Bakugou are constantly arguing since she’s not afraid to say what’s on her mind and call him out on his attitude. -Bakugou has been good at styling hair ever since his internship with Best Jeanist. He usually helps Yaoyorozu and Kirishima the most with their hairstyles. -Hatsume has unintentionally gotten Bakugou in trouble when one of her inventions explode and a staff member thinks Bakugou used his quirk on campus without permission/supervision.

-His love language is definitely acts of service: -He’ll make sure there’s enough coffee left in the morning so he’ll be able to pour you a glass. -He’ll occasionally cook your favorite meal for dinner at the dormitories or secretly work on a cute little bento with little rice ball characters to surprise you with during lunch. -If he remembered how much you wanted a certain snack he’ll make sure to get it the next time Class A needs to get groceries for the dorm. -He’ll subtly hold doors open for you and pull out your chairs if he can. -Since he goes to bed early, he sometimes misses a few of the night texts you send him ( if reader sleeps late ), but he’ll spend the first few minutes of his morning reading all the things you messaged him. -He’ll let you borrow his manga but you have to promise you’ll be sure to return it in pristine condition.
