thinking about gumshoe and edgeworth.....their relationship is so insane i love it. they trust each other. edgeworth trusted in his guilty verdicts because of gumshoe's work, and that trust meant so much to gumshoe. gumshoe colluded with the defense to save edgeworth. gumshoe is horrible at keeping secrets but was the only person in LA edgeworth was in contact with during his yearlong trip and managed to keep his survival secret for months. he gives edgeworth hugs. also edgeworth keeps cutting his pay for no reason. they both care a lot about each other and yet on the surface their relationship barely goes beyond the professional. gumshoe is the best man at edgeworth and phoenix's wedding im right.
