Ok so crazy theory/speculation but i think Shin and kanna's biological dad is the policeman from Keiji's backstory and their biological mom is Safalin.

Keiji was like 8-9 when he met the policeman and it's confirmed that Keiji is on his late twenty.

Shin is on his early twenty, so the times match (Joe has 17 so it can't be him)... And that's all you got? Welp no since there IS more proof. Shin means truth right? You guys remember when the policeman said that he wanted to name his son "a trustworthy name", well the name Shin matches perfectly THAT descripition.

I don't have a lot of proof on why Safalin is Shin and kanna's mom apart from the hair color and her trying to help Sara and the rest to escape but it could make a good plotwist since we don't have a reason on why Shin was brought to the death game even with his %0.00 percentage and why Asunaro wanted dead the policeman since they were definitily chasing him (I don't think Midori "killed" him just for pleasure).

Maybe the reason on why he left the police wasn't just for Megumi, maybe it was because Safalin had Kanna and wanted to protect her since he already had "lost" a son or maybe he didn't know about Kanna but discovered that Safalin was working for Asunaro and tried to escape (That would explain why they wanted him dead, he knew too much).

The policeman from Keiji's backstory is Sara's real dad.

I don't have a lot of proof apart fron haircolor and what Ranmaru said to Keiji:

"Are you the one who brought Sara here?"

Implying that Sara is here thanks to Keiji's wish.

Was Keiji's wish seeing the kid of the policeman for idk say sorry?

(There IS the possibility that the policeman got lied to that he was going to have a son)

(I liked better the theory that says is actually Shin the kid of the policeman but whatever all theories are valid until proven otherwise).

If the Shin is the policeman's son theory and the Keiji's wish was to meet the kid of the policeman theory become canon then is going to be hilarious to see their reactions.

A few sketches of stuff from a fic my sister and I are working on

Just a shitpost I made the other day and forgot to share here-

They’re Wizards :)

So I was just on a plane with nothing better to do, so I came up with some headcannons + doodles for how some of the YTTD cast would behave at the airport/on a plane-

At the airport:

•Alice is the guy who’s constantly double/triple/quadruple checking whether or not everyone has their passports and stuff.

•^This makes Reko’s favourite pastime pretending to lose her passport at the gate (giving Alice a heart attack lmao)

•Kai has everything one could possibly need at the airport. He has a book, snacks, sweets to suck on as the plane takes off/lands, anything you can think of, he has it.

•If they’re having food at the airport Shin’s the guy who’d go to refill his drink (and let the others know before doing so), only to return to the table to find the group left without him in the 30 seconds it took to refill it (this has happened to me multiple times :,) )

•I giggle at the imagery of Reko and Joe sighing once they make it to security before beginning the tedious task of taking off all their jewellery. And putting it back on after. (Before someone mentions it, yes I know that (where I’m from atleast) you don’t actually have to take most jewellery off for the security scanners, I just think it’d be funny)

•Gin has one of those suitcases that are designed so that you can sit on them while someone else drags it along and are usually designed to look like animals.

On the plane:

•Nao would probably either read or doodle the whole flight.

•Gin and Joe would definitely want to sit on a window seat when possible, and will always be staring out the window for take off and landing.

•Q-Taro usually tries to get the seat by the emergency exit for extra leg-room.

•Shin is probably unlucky enough to be stuck with a middle seat most of the time.

•Sara prefers to have an aisle seat, and spends most of the flight listening to music or sleeping.

•Joe would’ve downloaded movies and stuff to watch on the flight. I like to imagine he’d watch old Disney movies, and can be seen trying not to sob while watching Mufasa’s death lmao.

•Kanna doesn’t mind what seat she’s in as long as she’s next to someone she knows.

•Keiji would try starting a conversation with the stranger sitting next to him (except 9 times out of 10 the person would want to be left alone and the whole interaction is overall very awkward)

Bonus: They’d arrive at their destination and find that Joe’s bag had gone missing in transit. Lol.

I showed some of my friends (who haven’t played Yttd) some of the characters, and one of them said that Keiji looks like he lives in his car and I just had to draw it-

I’m back with some more YTTD Headcanons!

Here are the type of dice I think the main 12 participants (+Ranger as a bonus) would have/use while playing Dungeons and Dragons:

Sara: She’d have one ‘cute’ pair of dice, it’s probably pink and/or sparkly.

Mishima: He uses the practice set that Nao made while trying to make resin dice. She has offered to make better ones for him, but he likes the charm of the slightly deformed ones she made first (even if they’re accidentally a little weighted making the d20 land on 7 most of the time).

Joe: He has one set of dice, but it’s all mis-matched dice that he bought separately. His dice set is his pride and joy.

Kai: Just using the cheapest dice he could find, he’s just here to see what the game Sara’s been hyping up so much is like.

Alice: He’d have saved up to get a good, kinda expensive set of dice for himself that he really likes, but Reko stole them, so he’s stuck using digital dice on his phone.

Reko: Stole Alice’s cool dice, refuses to give them back.

Nao: She made herself some resin dice, maybe they have multiple colours swirling around in them, they’d be pretty cool.

Shin: Total dice gremlin, has a massive collection of all sorts of colours/materials/etc but refuses to lend them to anyone.

Kanna: Exception to the above Headcanon, usually uses a shiny green set of dice that Shin lets her borrow.

Gin: He uses cheap plastic red dice because that’s the only thing he could get, but he doesn’t care as long as he gets to play D&D and possibly stab something.

Q-Taro: He’d either have the plain cheap red dice like Gin, or as my friend suggested he’d have metal dice. Either option works.

Keiji: He has no dice of his own, meaning he just uses his phone instead. But unlike using digital dice like Alice does, he’d use a goddamn random number generator. It unsettles everyone else at the table every time, to the point where others have offered to let him use their dice whenever he has to roll. He will not yield with the random number generator.

Bonus: Rio Ranger has stolen a dice or two from as many different people as he can without them noticing, so his set is a mix of everyone else’s.

Yesterday I went roller skating with my friends (it was great fun), and it inspired me to come up with Headcanons for if some of the YTTD cast did aswell!

•First of all, Nao and Joe are both really good at it, they probably do it a lot as a hobby and can do some cool tricks without breaking their necks! :D

•Reko, on the other hand, is complete dogshit at it, she cannot go more than a minute without falling over.

•Sara, while not as bad as Reko, isn’t perfect at it, and gets embarrassed and/or frustrated whenever she falls over.

(I wasn’t bothered to make this doodle digital lmao)

•Sou, maybe being new to skating, makes sure to stick near a fence or wall to cling to if he gets close to falling.

•Kanna, also being new to it, feels no fear, and has a great time going fast and trying to jump and stuff, after all, falling over is a part of the experience. Sou gets a heart attack whenever she does this.

•Keiji would immediately fall over as soon as he has skates on and give up. He is doing perfectly fine on solid footing thank you very much.

I think you should make headcanons about the yttd cast playing Mario Kart

This is how I think the YTTD cast play Mario Kart:

(Spoilers for the 1st Main game)

Sara - Like most things, Sara gets super competitive when it comes to Mario Kart, and if someone beats her at it she’ll refuse to speak to them for at least a week. (And she sticks to it, even if it’s Gin). She’ll always play as Daisy.

Sou - He’s been playing the game almost all his life, and is a pro. Like Sara, he is really competitive and will most likely end up yelling if it isn’t going going well for him. I can see him playing as Shy-Guy.

*Sara and Sou will curse and insult anyone who passes them out

Joe - He’s pretty good at the game, and tends to get playfully competitive, but unlike some people (Cough cough Sou and Sara) he doesn’t curse anyone out while doing so. He chooses a different character to play as every time, but he’s particularly fond of Mario and Yoshi.

Kanna - She loves playing the game, though most of her experience of it is constantly getting her ass beat by Kugie, and unfortunately not much has changed when she plays with the others (Once again cough cough Sou and Sara) though she has gotten weirdly good at throwing green shells accurately. I think she’d play as Peach.

Gin - He gets so excited whenever they start playing, and he’s actually quite good at the game. Though he has started to take after Sara and Sou and will tell people to kill themselves if they wrong him while playing. He’d play as either Bowser or Donkey Kong.

Keiji - My guy cannot play this game for shit, whenever they play courses that you can fall off the edge of, that’s how he spends the whole race. Like everyone else would finish and would just be waiting a solid ten minutes for him to cross the finish line. Also he always plays as Rosalina, I just know he does.

Reko - Her and Alice have been extremely competitive at this game since the dawn of time, though she went a little easy on Gin and Kanna at the start, until Gin saw right through it and told her to actually try. She does her best to refrain from yelling/cursing at the two of them (she does slip up from time to time, but she does her best). But anyone else and it’s on sight, she is not holding back (ESPECIALLY Alice and Sou. She will bring up traumatic childhood experiences and every insecurity Alice has ever had just to throw him off during a race). She mains Waluigi.

Alice - Like almost everyone else on this list so far, he is also competitive, though when playing with ppl like Sou, Sara, Reko half of the time, and even Gin on a few occasions, he usually ends up losing, so he spends most of the time either screaming “fuck you” at anyone and everyone (except maybe Kanna) or muttering angrily to himself as he plays. I think he’d play as Dry Bones.

Kai - I haven’t played/seen his minisode but from what I do know abt him I doubt he had much experience with the game as a child, so he’s mostly new to it. I feel like he’s a quick learner though, and would be on the higher end of the cast in terms of skill. Unlike the others, though, he is completely silent as he plays. I get the vibes that he’d play as a Koopa Troopa.

Q-Taro - He’s not the greatest at the game, and has yet to win a race, though he blames it on the stupid shells, and makes sure to mention that at least he can play real sports (glance at Sou). He always plays as Bowser.

Nao - She’s alright at the game, like Joe she gets playfully competitive, and has accepted the fact that she almost always loses. She’d play as Baby Bowser or Wendy.

Mishima - Whenever someone asks him to play it with them, he politely declines, as he’s seen what that game does to the group. The only time he would play it is if it’s only Kanna, Nao and/or Gin (though he’s quickly removing Gin from that list bc the terrible swearing habit he’s developed). He’d either pick a random character or Lakitu when he does play.

Other related HCs:

-There was one time where Nao, to the shock of everyone (her included), somehow managed to beat Sou on Rainbow Road and has yet to shut up about it (This is a reference to something that happened irl, and like Nao I have yet to shut up about it).

-Sara and Sou, as mentioned, yell a lot while playing, but it gets so much worse when they’re playing against each other because they keep escalating the things they say to each other, attacking at each other’s biggest insecurities and stuff (Like Reko to Alice lol).

-Once in a particularly intense 1V1 race with Sara and Sou, Joe decided it’d be funny to unplug whatever console they were playing on before the race ended, just to see their reaction. And that’s how Joe actually died.
