Yttd Theory - Tumblr Posts
Ok so crazy theory/speculation but i think Shin and kanna's biological dad is the policeman from Keiji's backstory and their biological mom is Safalin.
Keiji was like 8-9 when he met the policeman and it's confirmed that Keiji is on his late twenty.
Shin is on his early twenty, so the times match (Joe has 17 so it can't be him)... And that's all you got? Welp no since there IS more proof. Shin means truth right? You guys remember when the policeman said that he wanted to name his son "a trustworthy name", well the name Shin matches perfectly THAT descripition.
I don't have a lot of proof on why Safalin is Shin and kanna's mom apart from the hair color and her trying to help Sara and the rest to escape but it could make a good plotwist since we don't have a reason on why Shin was brought to the death game even with his %0.00 percentage and why Asunaro wanted dead the policeman since they were definitily chasing him (I don't think Midori "killed" him just for pleasure).
Maybe the reason on why he left the police wasn't just for Megumi, maybe it was because Safalin had Kanna and wanted to protect her since he already had "lost" a son or maybe he didn't know about Kanna but discovered that Safalin was working for Asunaro and tried to escape (That would explain why they wanted him dead, he knew too much).
(REBLOGS ARE APPRECIATED!!!)
I have a feeling that Sue Miley is Gin's real mom. I mean look at them:

They are kinda similar (It will also explain why Gin is on the death game even if he is only 13).
(don't take this serious)
Even if she doesn't look too relevant, Anzu is pretty sus (at least for me) for these reasons:
1. She has a high survival rate yet aparently she always dies no matter what we do.
2. We don't know a lot of her backstory apart that she was "influenced" to be a clown (sounds kinda sus).
3. She knows the taste of alcohol? (That's also pretty sus especially since she is underage).
I have a feeling that she is actually a (surprise) floormaster or maybe even a traitor.
This isn't the last time we see Ranmaru and Hinako. Like i refuse to believe they would kill like that the most two interesting dummies.
Maybe they will come back depending on the route we are: if we choosed Kanna to live (emotion route) we will have Hinako back (and maybe we'll see more (as an ai) of the REAL Hinako Mishuku). If we choosed Shin to live (logic route) we will have Ranmaru back (since aparently crap always goes down on this route).
This would we posible thanks to Safalin (this is just a theory, a game theory) because she is being very cooperative, especially this last chapter.
If this theory becomes the truth, we'll we able to see more of their backstories and maybe confirm other theories (like the one that says Ranmaru succesfully uploaded the Evil Ai Joe on his body in the logic route and that's why he went all cray cray).
The policeman from Keiji's backstory is Sara's real dad.
I don't have a lot of proof apart fron haircolor and what Ranmaru said to Keiji:
"Are you the one who brought Sara here?"
Implying that Sara is here thanks to Keiji's wish.
Was Keiji's wish seeing the kid of the policeman for idk say sorry?
(There IS the possibility that the policeman got lied to that he was going to have a son)
(I liked better the theory that says is actually Shin the kid of the policeman but whatever all theories are valid until proven otherwise).
If the Shin is the policeman's son theory and the Keiji's wish was to meet the kid of the policeman theory become canon then is going to be hilarious to see their reactions.
Keiji when he realises he almost got killed the son of the person he look up to:
Shin when he realises that not just his sister is dead but also his dad and that his murderer was right beside him:
And is even more funny (and kinda sad) if the Safalin is Kanna and Shin's mom theory becomes canon.
Safalin, the person that knows everything, watching all this crap going down incapable of doing anything:
Safalin is Kanna and Shin's mom. Like c'mon, they are way to similar to not be at least related:

The eyes, the hair color, heck even some of the personality. How are they not related? (The real question here is who is the other parent).
The identities of some of the participants from the Hades Incident can be figured out if we see a little bit closer...
The man from the momeramdum: The hair style is similar and we can see he survived the 3 main games so it's possible that the man in the painting it's him but grown up (maybe that's the reason Asunaro is doing the death game, because they need a new leader).

One of the victims from the second main game (the man): Again, the hair style is similar but also the clothes. He also could be very useful since he is an engineer and maybe that's why he's described as "The man whose vision aligned more with her" as an important ally to escape.

One of the victims from the first main game (the best friend): The girl from the momeramdum is described as a 17-year old schoolgirl, she's probably wearing her uniform, so the same will be applied to her best friend. I don't think it's the same person since they don't have the same body type and the same hair style, but the similarities are there.

(Any relation between the 3 of them? Well... They're very close to THAT girl, that's from sure).
Now that I think about it, Nankidai has the chances to give us a prequel and sequel of YTTD, when he ends this one of course.
The prequel could be about "The Hades Incident", with the guy of the momerandum as protagonist. It also would explain about the origins of Asunaro and its motives with more clarity.
The sequel could be about ultimately ending Asunaro, with Ryoko as protagonist, since we probably we ain't going to see her in this game. It's also the perfect opportunity to add old characters we already seen, like Hana (from Nao's manga panel) or Stronghold (from Reko and Alice's backstory).
Now that I think about it, maybe the reason why Ranger likes to use the insult bastard that much is because everyone in the game *are* bastards.
Like, Gashu told us to question our upbringing and also, the majority (if not everyone) of the cast is either adopted (or implied they're adopted) or has one parent missing.
Maybe the "parents" are workers for Asunaro, and since everyone was raised to participate in this death game (proved by Ranger when he said Asunaro has been watching them since, well, forever), marriage wouldn't be necessary since it would only leave documents (proof of their existence) behind them.
