“can I kiss you, please?” the nervousness in his voice made you giggle. you nodded softly at his question, cupping his face and leaning in while closing your eyes. kaneki couldn’t help the feeling of anxiety rising through his body, he just didn’t want to disappoint you and thought you would leave him for not knowing how to start a makeout session when finding out he was a ghoul was probably worse for you. opening your eyes, you saw the worry covering his face.

“ken, we don’t have to rush things. I’m perfectly okay with- ""I want this but I just don’t want to disappoint you.” he finally confesses and you rub your thumbs on his cheeks to try and soothe him. 

“baby, you could never disappoint me.” he knew you would say something like that but he couldn’t help his nerves.

“how about this? i’ll kiss you first then whatever happens, happens.” you tell him as you release his face, he seemed to relax a bit and nodded. 

tilting your head up, you pressed your lips against his softly at first then pulled away and gave him a couple pecks. he wanted more, he couldn’t stop himself from running his hands down your sides and holding your waist, and it’s not like you were any better. pushing yourself against him as you wrap your arms around his neck. kaneki decides to take control, kissing you with more passion as pulls you onto his lap more. 

feeling his tongue run across your bottom lip surprised you but you didn’t hesitate to open your lips and let him in. you didn’t realize that you began to slowly grind against him, gripping your hips harsher and slowly moving you along. you kiss him harder, tugging on the ebony locks and pulling him closer if possible.

“wait, wait, wait.” he panted, pulling away from you and both chest heaving from the tension. his large grey eye was almost black from how dilated his pupil was and his ghoul eye was exposed. “let’s not get too crazy.” 

“i completely agree.” laughing at him because he still looked so cute, “so what now?”

“hmmmm, how about a movie?” he asked.

“sounds perfect.” you answer by giving him one last kiss.

AN ~ i decided to rewatch tokyo ghoul and fell for kaneki again...
