I think it was really audacious for Disney to really make an entire Obi-wan Kenobi series and not include any Satine Kryze content whatsoever :/
There were plenty of opportunities, and yet, nothing was included. You don’t think obi-wan had nightmares about her dying in his arms? Or that he’d dream about what his life could’ve been if she’d still been alive, now that the Jedi Order was no longer his life and he was free to love her?
I can understand not wanting to cast an actress to portray her younger self in flashbacks, and shots from TCW are not ideal because they clash with live action, but couldn’t they have used her voice as an echo like star wars has done many times before?
She was a big part of obiwan’s life and suffering. It’s a shame, really.

This just yet, please do. It’s very cool to see how Cody which a lot of us were expecting to have in the show was removed without much of an explanation. The idea was wonderful and all of the scenes too! But one point got me at the end. Everyone is focusing on the Cody bit but no one is talking about in the show the Grand Inquisitor wasn’t even supposed to appear. The writer even said ‘I don’t like people killing off characters to bring them back’ I’m paraphrasing here. Instead it was supposed to be a group of clone marshal stormtroopers and Reva was leading the Charge.
This is idea is much better and honestly why didn’t they go with this? I know Inquisitors kill Jedi but so do clones. It would make it a lot less muddled due to Rebels taking place afterwards and we could physically see the disconnect of Cody and the chipped clones. Alright Ted Talk over

Obi-wan was dead: to begin with.
Part two-
[eek, this is kinda iffy but part 1 left on a cliff hanger!]
“I know.” he admits, shifting in his seat under your cold stare.
“Sorry? Sorry?! It’s been ten years!” You burst, fist clenching at your sides in unspoken anger.
“Elora, I-“
You cut him off, raising your hand in a warning. In moments like these you wish you were born force-sensitive like the Jedi, so you could slap him from where you stand.
“Let me speak.”
He just nods silently, tensing as your force signature sends waves of anger and confusion crashing into his.
As the dust settled around you, coating your throat in a dry scratchy layer, you open your mouth to talk.
“Why?-” You begin, taking a breath to calm your rushing thoughts,
“Why didn’t you tell me you were alive? Why didn’t you come back? Why?”
He only looks up at you with guilt, brows furrowed together.
“I couldn’t, the council required I look over the boy, and with the Empire hunting down every Jedi I couldn’t risk finding you.” He explained, eyes searching your face for emotion.
“…the boy?”
His eyes flashed grief. The image stayed on his face for a moment before he composed himself. You suspected decades of training was to thank for his well guarded emotions, even if he was ten years rusty.
“Padmé’s child?”
His eyes answered your question and you asked,
“Is Padmé?..” Your heart sank to the floor.
Padmé, sweet, caring Padmé. Padmé who welcomed you into the Senate with a warm smile, who showed you the ropes and who fought for you.
“In childbirth, twins.” Obi-wan said softly, face matching yours with grief of a thousand mourners.
“Oh no,” you clutched your chest as his words came crushing down on you.
“Oh and Anakin, Anakin, it must of broke him.”
Kenobi’s decades of Jedi training failed him then and he broke. Tears brimmed his eyes, he looked up at you and you had never seen a more broken man.
“I failed him, Elora.” Was all he said, voice cracking. “He was seduced by the dark side, and I failed him. It was my fault. We fought, after General Grievous, we fought on Musafar and I left him there.”
He kept repeating the same phrase to himself

Over and over again.
“Oh Obi-wan” you croak,
“I’m so sorry.”
OBI-WAN KENOBI (2022) REVENGE OF THE SITH (2005)
Well, he says that Anakin is dead by his hand and seconds later disproves his own words.
He tells Obi-Wan that Anakin is dead but still calls/refers to Obi-Wan by his first name most of the time; not even Maul calls Obi-Wan by his first name. He even calls him Obi-Wan in ANH to both Tarkin and Obi-Wan, in ESB he does the same with both the Emperor and Luke and the same holds true in RotJ. He only refers to Obi-Wan by his last name once in the OT, in ANH, once in Rebels and a couple of times in the OWK series but when speaking directly to Obi-Wan he always uses his first name.
He tells Ahsoka that he destroyed Anakin and when she says that she’ll avenge Anakin’s death Vader, almost chidingly (disappointedly?), reminds her that revenge isn’t the Jedi Way.
He keeps spouting off that Anakin is gone/the name means nothing to him but he can’t bring himself to stand by those words as the first opportunity he gets he shows that Anakin isn’t as gone as he likes to claim.
Luke’s existence made it impossible to completely deny Anakin’s existence as the only way to keep Luke alive was to either betray Sidious and become the Sith Master or push Luke to take his place as the Sith Apprentice to keep his son safe.
Anakin has, and forever will be, a terrible liar.
Vader really sat there for 20 years saying shit like "Anakin is GONE" "You didn't kill Anakin Skywalker, I did" and "Anakin Skywalker was weak, I destroyed him" but the second Luke goes "Obi Wan told me you killed my father" he's like no omg ???? how could you think that :( anyway wanna rule the galaxy together as a father/son bonding activity
Hehe just rewatched Obi-Wan Kenobi. And he gives Leia the holster and she is disappointed there’s not a blaster in it and he says “you’re ten, Leia” and I just know he’s having a flashback to nine year old Anakin “accidentally” flying a Naboo fighter up to destroy the droid control ship.
