This drawing of Izuku was inspired by the art form of Kintsugi. For those who don't know, "Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art."

I know Izuku has a lot of scars, and every single one of them reprezents something important. Out of every single fight he came out more determinated to help, maybe a little broken, but always healing back up and coming back stronger then before!
