Can’t stop thinking about naruto being a complete mama’s boy, painting matching nails together, baking and sometimes blowing the kitchen up together, naruto wanting to dye his hair red but kushina saying he’s too young so she dyes hers blond instead so they can still match, drawing whiskers on mama like the ones he has, kushina buying him similar clothes to hers, naruto learning his shinobi skills from his mom I am in shambles
They are indeed a family! (＾ω＾)
Things I have a lot of feelings about: how Naruto inherited his mother’s face, her enthusiasm, her talent for trouble, and his father’s hair, his drive, his seflessness, while tying it all together with empathy and charisma that’s wholly his own

Was thinking about that “Naruto gets into cooking to feel closer to Kushina” post I made awhile back, and I was wondering who he’d go to, and I, personally, would go to Gai because I feel like he’d be so excited to teach someone cooking, and he’d be so patient too, and he wouldn’t look down on Naruto at all for not knowing how to cook anything besides noodles
And now I’m crying over thinking about Gai hand making Naruto a green apron with something about “the springtime of youth!” written on it, with an orange handkerchief, like the red one Gai used to wear around his neck, pushing Naruto’s hair back
(Because with the way that dude loves to share spandex outfits, you know he’d love to share cooking outfits too)
Just this adorable Gai-like cooking outfit that you know Lee would be hyped to get his own version of and wanting to join in the cooking lessons, idk just a lil outfit while he cooks that makes him look like part of Gai’s lil family, cause maybe he’ll never get to cook with his mom but he can still cook with his found family and friends
(And thinking of Naruto coming back to the village after training with Jiraiya and Gai gifts him a bigger apron)
