Random unfinished headcanon that got way too long for one of my stories.

Ted is gremlin and Andy is tol. He's, like, 5'3, and she's 6'2. She sometimes just picks him up. He turns bright red every time. His hair goes bubblegum pink, just like his daughter.

Actually, the first time Nymph's hair turned pink was when she was 1 1/2. It had turned a lot of colors before that, but not that exact shade of pink.

Andromeda got up at 2:00 in the morning because she was thirsty and she stopped by the nursery because she didn't see Ted.

Inside, he was just sitting there with Nymph resting on his chest and laughing. He was changing his eye color. She always adored that. Andromeda did, too. Her husband was beautiful.

So she walks over, a little bit annoyed that he's keeping Nymph awake, and he stands up, and he's staring directly up at her with his cute, bright pink eyes (I'm a simp if that was unclear), and she makes the split second choice between being mad at him and picking him up. So she picks him up because who could be mad at that face he spent hours designing?

And of course, his hair goes bright pink because this man is a SIMP. And Nymph is amazed because that color is beautiful on him, so she tries it out herself. And for a moment, they forget the war. They forget Voldemort and his Death Eaters. They forget the Black family. They forget everything but this moment.
