I always just assumed that Leila used magic to hide the color of her hair and eyes until she sensed Winter, a mage, nearby. Then she allowed her Eckhart eyes to show so Winter could be all, “My, what blue eyes you have my lady! In fact, they remind me of a certain noble family. Would you like to meet them?” And then Leila has her ticket to the duchy and the male leads to brainwash them.

I still find it funny that no one noticed that Ivonne might be the missing Eckhart girl, just because her hair was a little dirty/? Hahaha
