yes Hugh Jackman is hot! yes it is incredibly impressive and good for him that he was able to get absolutely fucking shredded again at 55! but in all honesty all I can think about during the explody shirt scene is how dehydrated he must have been to lose the water weight and how, when people don't understand that it would be unhealthy to maintain that look on a body long term, it just creates unrealistic standards?
