I listened to TMA 199 and 200 again and I’m mentally unwell about this again

Hi, so, weird thought. Spoilers for TMA Season 5 underneath, by the way!

Not really sure how this thing works.

Anyways, episodes like… 198-200, when the gang are trying to figure out what to do about the Horrors and going through their options. Jon’s choice, I think, maybe made him into somewhat of an avatar of the End? He was very clearly rushing things toward it, and he treated it—like Oliver Banks—like it was inevitable.

And maybe he always was… well, not always, but after Oliver woke him up from his coma. Yes, he fully became an avatar of the Eye, and that’s why he didn’t die. But due to who/what was the catalyst for him making that choice, maybe a seed of the End was planted in him. A seed that would only grow as he caused, well, the end of the world and then brought about the End of multiple Avatars.

I don’t know, it seemed like an interesting thought. Also Monster!Jon with skulls holding his many many eyes. That is all.
