Arthur being Max's little "brother" (obviously still a Leclerc but hanging around Max a lot) after Charles dumped Max to be together with Lewis in 2018. Then, in 2021 after the Silverstone crash, he decides that his brother is a fucking dumb asshole for not only celebrating Lewis' win (while he's in the hospital with Max, who lied to the media!) but also announcing their engagement. It's right on the same day that he dumped Max.
