If you're physically weaker he won't mind being your personal body guard if you have the power (like money) to pay him off. If you're just acting like a damn coward he won't care in the first place and he'll let you solve your own problems. But if you really need assistance (at some points he does understand that not everybody is able to protect themselves from others) and if he doesn't mind your presence, he'll be willing to kick someone's ass to protect you. You're just really bored at this point. Your life is just nothing but boring meetings when your parent/s company is in need for your assistance, you going to school to waste your 8 hours with your left energy, and everything just revolving on money which makes you mentally exhausted at this point.

Well, not everything is going to be that way when you met HIM.

You were a student from another campus next to that all boys-school. He was lost in his own thoughts when his assistant screamed for his name to get his attention and asking him if he's alright. Before that, he remembered when he was opening his eyes, he saw a striking face of a female with the familiar color of that specific scales and ear fins before it went away at that moment. He smiled as a warm blush covered his cheeks as he remembered that time when he was younger, he explained that he helped a mermaid-looking creature yet an attitude aggressive like a siren when it's injured yet his servants laughed at him. Now you're the one who rescued him when he needed help. It's unlike in your predatory nature but you've been curious about what he's being doing lately as he's curious about your well being. You often get excited when you see his ship, following the smell of the young man as you watch on the distance, wanting to know things about him. He just wants to experience living of the life of luxury, eating everything he craves for and sleep every time he wants with his family, not wanting to leave them out. He wants to feel peacefulness even just for once in his life but he knows that he needs to focus on his work if he doesn't want to starve for a whole week, a month rather than smelling the stench of the fish that he catches every time he went out for fishing .

He was overthinking again before he noticed a movement on the small body of water that he is near to. "Eh- Who's there!?" He asked as he sticks up his lamp up to see if there are any near predators in the place. He could be in danger. He was surprised to see a tail move upward as the creature swam deeper in the water. He has worked on big projects like mechanicals in big marine transportations that has been successful over the years for his age. Now he wants to explore what lies beneath the ocean.

He got curious when he read about a book related to hybrids of marine animals and humans, basically the mer-folk. He usually doesn't believe in fairy tales (often thinking it's dumb at times in realistic situations). But in terms of creating writing and his curious thinking getting in the way again, he can't help but to consider the possibility that the fish-people even sirens may exist. The past few cases of sunk ships have been very interesting for him nowadays.

He and his crew decided to have a short trip on the seas for him to have a break while secretly working on his research and investigation. Every island and shores have been discovered and dug to find artifacts yet none of it are a provable evidence of its' existence. He was about to give up when a singing voice is heard from the distance. He knew it was dangerous based on the novels that he had checked out, yet the sailors with their stupidity followed the sound and decided to catch whatever is moving under the water. He thought he was going to die when you approached the ship, but instead his weirdness got the best of him again as he ordered the fishermen to release you. It may be the dumb decision to let you go, but it's for the best for your and everybody's safety. He got a valuable evidence of your blood on the fishing hook that was used though.

But this behavior crosses the lines when he decided to sneak in the castle to see the beautiful ocean that he's been dreaming to visit. But for some unexplainable reasons the king decided to shut down the access of the place. Was it because of the irresponsibility of the people who dumps their trash and dirt into the ethereal place? Or was it because of the missing fishermen that has not yet found for almost a year now? Nobody knows the real reason if the higher ups won't open up about the issue.

Yet here he is now, feet feeling the warmness of the earthy-brown color of the sand as he admires the view of the horizon. It is beautiful, almost breath taking as if he is in paradise. But his moment was cut off when the guards noticed his presence on the abandoned place. "OI WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" Shit, he's been caught again. He knows that it's probably the time he face the consequences of his actions. But that feeling of adrenaline is getting him excited, again and again as it repeats the cycle of the feeling of a masochistic happiness that he can't explain. He can't let that happen. To be beheaded in front of the pathetic people around him. No, he will run. As fast as he could.

Running away with his swift speed, he managed to escape (once again) the higher ups as he hides on the unfamiliar cave. Laughing to himself yet keeping quiet to not have the guards' attention. He once again admired the beauty of the rocks yet keeping his guard up. He knows that it's dangerous because of what ever is lurking in the dark. And it seems that he is somehow right. He noticed a shadow of, a human-like form with a tail on the water? He can't be serious right now. That living-creature doesn't exist, right? You slowly rise on the water, eyes like snake keeping your attention to the unfamiliar man as he pleaded for his life. "Oi, I don't know what the hell you want but, I"M HERE TO STAY FOR A WHILE SO PLEASE DON'T KILL ME!" He winced as he has his eyes closed ready to be attacked. But as you got up and sat down on the rocky ground, you just kept your attention to him. Your pupils unusually dilating as you got curious about his presence which once again is unusual in your instincts as you attack other people. He heard on the gossip that mermaid-like creatures kills humans. Yet you just sat there, admiring his beauty as he did the same. If he isn't "normal", then he probably found someone like him too. Probably a new friend?

And there's a bit of a difference on their personalities too and how they treat women. Gapryong is a flirty type of guy, mostly confident about his popularity on his classmates (he's the type to pin you on your locker if he knows that you like him 💀✋). But Gapryong wouldn't push someone's limits though, if the girl feels uncomfortable about it then he'll genuinely stop. Gapryong may be sometimes competitive when it comes to playing sports since he's an athlete, but he has not only the physical feats but also the leadership skills which makes his fellow teammates look up to him.

Jinyoung on the other hand is a different type of book to read. Not only he is like a prince who popped out on a fairy tale but he's also super sweet and generously helpful to not only his female classmates but also to the men who gets a bit jealous on him too. He's also a fellow athlete and he mostly helps Gapryong in taking the lead to win the games. He's like the second leader and action taker if that makes sense.

But there's one attribute that they always share though. Despite their differences, they are willing to help others who are in need whether it's about the homeworks and lessons that they can't catch up with or whether it's about personal reasons. You may think that you're out of their league but trust me, they're actually nice and fun to hang out with. So take your chance 😉. Studying, eating on food stalls, playing athletic games, karaoke bars, literally anything is fun with them (imagine having a love triangle with them lol HLAK:DL:K).

He's fine with unpopularity with the girls, even enjoying it since he can focus on his studies without being disturbed on his study sessions. He'll be SUPER COMPETITIVE about it too, taking it to the next level. Whether it's recitations, performance tasks, the daily and quarter exams, homeworks, seat works, projects, he'll make sure he's number one and no one else would be able to take his place (even his friends which can be a turn off for them). He'll also be the type to cancel plans just for his academics making his gang of friends disappointed at times... But he thinks that having bit of fun at times is no problem so there will be times where he will hang out in food stalls with the group. Though he prefers hanging out in his place or in school.

Most of the students are super intimidated by him. He'll be the type to argue with the teacher when he notices his classmates score higher than him on essays... (The man won't catch a break 🙄). So the moment the teacher gave the exam papers all of his classmates would hide their test papers on their backpacks to avoid HIS confrontation like "What's your score? Let me see." (except for Gapryong, Jinyoung and Tom though lol).

He'll also sniff the chalk dust when he's bored (trust me, I saw the guys on my class do this lol). He's also the type to cuss a lot and raise his middle finger (especially to Gapryong, cussing Tom back) when there's no teacher in the class for fun but when there's a lesson he'll go from 👺😈🖕 → 😊🌸✨ (It's kind of funny to watch tbh). He'll also be the type to appear "dumb" to the other students but he's decently smart (along with his stock knowledge, remember he doesn't really study in the quarterly exams 🤷). He just don't want to be overly involved in academics as much as Charles since he doesn't want to pressure himself. Also the type to laugh at exams with Gapryong (even with Jinyoung and Charles when they make eye contact) because he knows he's going to fail for the first try and take a remedial test 😭🗿.

Him and Gapryong are also very close to each other (because they can be the dumbasses of the group). He's also the type to pass shitty projects to the teacher since he mostly doesn't care about his studies. If it weren't for his friends he'll be absent the whole year 💀✋.

Also the type to ask you out (as homies) every time but also depends on you to pay for the food 💀✋ (good luck to the people who's trying to save money). "Are you scared?" he teased as you lightly elbowed him on his shoulder, not having any intention of actually hurting him releasing a chuckle from him. His voice is so mesmerizing despite hearing in his tone that he may piss his pants if he ever rode the ride with you.

"Says the one who's hand is shaking." you teased back while licking your favorite flavored lollipop as he laughs with you before kissing your hand making you embarrassed. "There's lots of people in here!" you said in an octave whisper before him leaving a peck on your cheeks making your eyes roll in frustration mixed with happiness. Good thing you made it in time as you were now permitted to take a seat. Both of you even argued (in a comical way) which seats both of you are going to take as you don't want to be on the front row. "BUT DARLING! I don't want to!" you whispered as he's almost ready to laugh on the site if it weren't for the other visitors telling the both of you to move forward. "Well, we can go ba-" "HUSH! F-Fine, let's seat in the front." "YAY!"

Taking a seat and waiting for the others, you gulped as the guide instructor had fastened your seatbelts and telling some rules for all of you to have an amazing and safe experience. He noticed your sour reaction as he felt the same, he's feeling uncomfortable about riding the intimidating roller coaster. But both of you know that there's no turning back now. He held and massaged your sweaty palms to ease your guts and thoughts as you looked at him beside you. His smile and brown orbs being optimistic despite seeing the sweat that is rolling down his face. You were about to peck his cheeks again but the sudden yet slow movement of the ride made you surprised. After for a while it slowly progressed into the fast ups, downs, and twirls of tracks.

"FUCKKKK! BABE LETS GET OUT OF HERE!" you squealed and pleaded as you were now feeling sick. It was now the final drop of the ride. You and your boyfriend feeling nervously excited for it as your adrenaline is being challenged, you feeling dizzy as the exorbitant and high position of the ride made your acrophobia triggered as he was now laughing with the tears forming on the corner of his eyes. "WHAT THE HELL IS SO FUNNY?!" you hissed at him as he was now letting an uncontrol-able guffaw making the other passengers behind you let out small chortles and whispers about your humorous argument with your own boyfriend. You and him taking another turn of curls and loops before the ride finally slowed and stopped. But for you, you may not seemed to mind as you thought about it as normal. Breathing heavily, you locked eyes with his own brown orbs as you both counted together feeling the adrenaline rush in your blood, heart, and mind as he feels the same energy as you. The first hit was rough but not too forceful as you were both getting used to each other's touch. WE GOT 906!" you yelped as you shook him out of happiness as he cheered for your highest score, feeling proud that he managed to impressed his long-time crush even when he got a tough interior at times, you and him goofily cheering while holding each other's shoulders and jumping around like children. Now you both don't even care about the price you both received. You really love cherishing moments like this as he thought about a fruitful future with you even though it may not be obvious at times.

"Why am I wearing this again?" he raised an eyebrow to you as he pinched the furry and soft cat-ears headbands. Him tapping the small and golden sphere-bells attached to it as if he is a real life feline examining a new toy that he has 50/50 interest with. "You look so cute right now babe." you giggled as you snapped some silly pictures of him as you can see his face scrunch a bit out of annoyance. But *sigh* it's you who is messing with him, so he doesn't now if he has the right to be disappointed right now. And he's really weak to you (well if it's not because with the romantic feelings that is making his stomach feel butterflies). So making his partner happy for the date has no problem for him now. "Okay pretty boy, give me those cosplay ea-" "Never mind. I want to wear them." he stuttered as it made your eyes widened out of amusement. You never intended to push his boundaries as you were afraid to make him uncomfortable (and not to mention he's really frightening when he's irritated). But you are also excited to see this fun side of him in which he rarely shows as he is often serious and composed even when he's not out for work.

"Okay! Let's go to that ride!" you pointed at the Gyo Drop as you marched your way with him. Holding his calloused and scarred hands in a goofy manner as he still fixes his matching hair accessory with you (he's DEFINITELY FEELING IT).

"Will that be it?" the staff asked as you noticed his droopy eyes and hollow eyebags darker than an ebony bark. The poor guy must have been exhausted from work (you felt a bit guilty about it as the visitors, including you and your boyfriend are having a great time). "Yeah." "Okay, please take care of your personal belongings. The management has no responsibility of the damage of your belongings. Enjoy." After sitting down and securing your seats for a safe experience, you and your boyfriend waited for others for the ride to start. "Is your phone placed on your pocket?" he asked in a soft whisper as you nodded back in agreement. "Yes. Why?" "Dummy, I don't want you to buy another phone after you broke the last one I bought you." he huffed as you giggled back at his reaction. "I promise I won't." you genuinely promised back as he playfully rolled his eyes. "That's what you said." he replied back in a mocking and teasing manner. You were about to hiss at him back but then the ride started slowly ascending making him chuckle at your terrified and shaking reaction. Bastard.

"Oh no." you whispered. The view is so mesmerizing as you can see some bodies of water and the whole attraction with the eye-catching splash of warm and cool colors combine with each other as the sun sank down on the horizon. But you weren't feeling the enthusiasm as your fear of heights is getting on the way to enjoy the view and you are getting pissed off on your boyfriend as he teased you back with those annoying high pitched noise (which fails miserably with a voice crack) "Oh yes." "Screw yo- AHHHHHHHHHHH FLYING FUCK!" His frowning lips now curls into a smile as he laughs out loud at your reaction when the ride dropped off really fast and down. You are feeling the pressure as you thought of your insides curling and almost like flying around. "I'M GOING TO SHIT MYSELF RIGHT NOW!" you cried out loud as he even let out a cried out cackle, now he's not able to control himself from stopping. "DO IT!" "YOU LITTLE- AHHH DAMN ITTTTT!" you were cut off short again as the ride's movement turn fast and almost dropping down the ground making the other passengers either cry or feel the excitement rushing through their body and mind. Your reaction is a mix of that and your boyfriend is just sitting there. Enjoying as he is no near disturbed by the level of highness of the distance between the sky and ground. As much as you want to share those pretty chirps of laughter with him, you can't help but to overthink whether if your phone is going to get damaged again (Jay flashbacks xD), if you're even going to make it out alive after this, or if your boyfriend is even a human or a living cat as he was not scared of heights, like a cat with 9 lives.

After a couple (if not more) descending movements of the ride, you and your partner are now getting out of the seat. Him holding your shoulder for guidance as he can feel your own legs wiggly. Almost like a jelly-ace after you scared yourself from riding that enormous and huge tower. "Are you going to puke?" he questioned in concern but you can definitely see that annoying grin on his face. Unexpectedly, you hit him hard on his chest that has no effect on him, now making him release another bunch of irritating laughter with that damn husky voice. "SCREW YOU! I ALMOST DIED IN THERE!" "It's your fault. You agreed to go with me on the drop and now you're acting like this." His brutality kills you off at times. And now you're pouting at him with those doe-eyes. Damn it, he wants to kiss you right now. "ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW! IF I GET A HEART ATTACK, which I hope doesn't happens. YOU'RE GOING TO ACT LIKE THIS?!" You were scolding him more than his mother/guardian/master, not caring if others were looking at you. But with your silliness like this, he can't help but to pinch your cheeks in a soft but tender way as he kissed your cherry-coated lips. "Okay, I know you're scared. But let me make it up to you. I know a less scary chilly ride than that." he replied in a calm manner (as always) as you thought about your life-decisions deeply. He sighed as he grabbed your hand with you still huffing in disappointment (he's going to ride the French Revolution roller coaster with you, I...).

"Y/N! Over here!" your boyfriend for a year happily waved his hands up for you to take notice. Luckily, you made your way into your boyfriend who is much more taller than you. His closest friend/brother keeping his company as they both wait for your presence. "Sup guys. Sorry I was late." you apologized as his friend/brother chuckled, not minding his waiting turning having an overtime. "It's okay. I understand that you must make yourself neat and presentable for your anniversary date." he replied with a thumbs up for reassurance. "Yeah, it seemed like I'm racing against the clock this time." you bowed down to show respect even though you know his acquaintance mutually well. You being respectful to other people despite having to know them so well is one of the reasons that he loves you so much. "No hustle and worries. Bro, enjoy your date!"

His brother/friend has left the attraction even though you have insisted to stay with you for the day as you want him to ease his own mind. But as usual, he's out for business. And right, he understands that he need to set boundaries for his comrade's relationship. His not only friend but also whom he loves as a sibling. You even have a chat with the two gentlemen, sharing laughter at your partner about how he was confused to go on the date on his own that he even needs to use Google Maps. Good thing his bro helped him out and accompanied him or else he might have been lost at late for the date.

"Y-You look stunning today." you can hear your boyfriend mumble softly as he rubs his nape to ease his nervousness. It's not the first time that you and him have decided to spend each other's company and share your time for each other. But no matter how many times he experience having these kind of dates over and over again, he can't help but to admire not only your personality and looks but also how much effort you put to dress even though it's not even that revealing. "You also look handsome darling." You replied back as you give his lips a smooch before starting your official date. "Oh, honey let's try that huge roller coaster!" he pointed out, seeing sparkles bling in his brown orbs as you smiled back at him, feeling his enthusiasm.

"Tha-That was fun!" you giggled as he laughs with you. Feeling excited with trying the Flume Ride with him. "Honey, I think we might have bought extra clothes because we may et wet." he insisted as you chuckled before kissing his lips. "No worries. Promise, you're going to love it." Now sitting down with him, the ride started to move in a slow manner. You and your partner talked about your days and random funny events like how he accidentally puked on a buff and sturdy looking guy last time you and him went on a date because of motion sickness. And how you almost broke your phone from running away with him against the man. It was quite a scary experience, but also dumbly fun as you can laugh about these silly moments with him. You and him were so focused about chatting that you didn't noticed the ride going down fastly. "AHHHHH Y/N MY LOVE ARE YOU ALRIGHT!" he asked in a worried manner as you nervously chuckled. "BABE I'M OKAY IT'S JUST A RIIIIIIIII-"

The ride continued to move in high places, and with the force applied to it the water splashes on some part of your clothes and his top. But that didn't matter since you're both enjoying each other's time and company. He was right about bringing extra clothes for later on though.

It's quite surprising that you got to date this bastard despite your life styles being really different. The school management are super worried to hire you as a new pre-school teacher because of fresh gossips that you are dating a "gangster" or someone who is "involved with the mafia". But you proved them wrong with how effective your teaching skills are and how gentle and nice you are with children 🖤✨😇🥀.

If you asked him out to help teach the kids, he is really hesitant at first. Because he doesn't want to ruin your and his reputations, and second, he's really busy with business that he's handling, and third, he might accidentally hurt the kids and he may just cause you trouble.

But, if you really asked him to (with your help of course) he may accept the offer. Though expect him to have that poker face all the time 💀✋.

The children may have 2 reactions. First, they may get a bit intimidated and scared because of how muscular he is (like for example having LOTS OF TATTOOS AND SCARS) and most especially his death glares at times 😭🗿. And the other children will be VERY FUND OF HIM. They're so impressed with his tattoos thinking that those are cool body painting. Some may even tease you for bringing your future husband 😉. "WOW! YOU GOT COOL DRAWINGS ON YOUR ARMS MISTER!" a little boy with a bowl cut and a little girl with pigtails inspected his rather sturdy limbs while the other children "style and fixes" his hair with cute My Melody clips. "Thanks, I guess." he muttered while an another child approached him with a scared expression as she curiously asked "But I thought tattoos are bad? A-At least that's what my momma told me..." she mumbled as she was afraid to offend the scary looking guy. But surprisingly, he just sighed as he tried to explain the reasons about why he got those "offensive" markings on his body. "It's your decision in the future if you want to get tattoos or not. But you're still children. So that's the reason why your mom told you that getting tattoos are bad for your age." 🥺. You're literally going to smile as you get to see this soft side of him that he rarely shows.

He may not accept with playing hide and seek with the children since he's skeptical that he'll make some cry💀✋. But he will weirdly enjoy some calmer activities like drawing, painting, and he also doesn't mind if the little girls style him up with those fake make-up and hair clips. And playing toy trucks with the little boys, especially if you're with him enjoying this moment.

Despite his somewhat a bad reputation, he's mostly a fun and loving guy especially with those who are close to him. Whether it's you (his loving partner), his family and friends, he's willing to feel vulnerable for the people he loves 🖤✨. And that side of him is rarely noticed because of how some people are quick to judge at times...

You want help with teaching the children? NO PROBLEM. As long as he gets to spend some extra time with you (like some sort of a date), he can't take down your offer. And also bonus points is that even if he somehow has that love and hate relationship with kids, he may even bring some candies, plushies, and learning materials for the children not only to enjoy but also learn 🖤✨.

He's really going to enjoy playing hide and seek with the children especially at play time. He may go a little cautious though as he doesn't want to freak them out at accidentally hurt them (considering how strong he is). And he's going to have those little talk with the boys about their crushes, teasing them and laughing out loud about some silly stories the boys tell him. He MAY curse a little though, so you got to watch out for his language and scold him to not get in trouble. "And when I was going inside the school, I didn't noticed the door closed so I hit my head and got a REALLY BIG BUMP ON MY FOREHEAD!" A boy with crooked teeth exclaimed quite proudly as his fellow students cackle at his silly story with your quite gleeful boyfriend. "HAHAHHAHHA THAT'S FUCKI-" "OI! LANGUAGE!" "EEK I'M SORRY MY LOVE!". And he'll also blush a lot when the annoying brats tease him with you being his girlfriend. "I HEARD THAT YOU HAVE A REALLY HUGE CRUSH ON MS. He's also a bit hesitant at first especially if he's busy. But if you really need help then he'll come with you.

He may not realize it but he's REALLY GOOD WITH TAKING CARE OF CHILDREN. YOU NAME IT. Whether it's academics like spelling, counting numbers and simple mathematics, cultural subjects like music, arts, physical education, studying language, or reading storybooks and fairy tales he's going to be a really amazing teacher! (Zack and Vasco may have a hard time at spelling some words though).

It's no surprise that he's really gentle and nice with your students as he is aware that he is more physically stronger than them. So he's really cautious about it when playing hide and seek or tag because he doesn't want to hurt them 🖤✨🥀🥺. He'll also scold at them at times if they almost bruise themselves like a protective dad and like they are his own children 😭. "Hey, I told you to not run fast. You know got a bruise you see." he calmly scolded the little boy as you rushed in the scene. "DARLING WHAT HAPPENED!" you noticed the little boy sniffing, not because he was scared of your boyfriend. But because of the stinging pain of the small injury he got. "I-I ran a bit fast... I'm sorry Ms. Y/N." he apologized as you both sighed while your boyfriend patch up his wounds with the extra band aid he got on his pocket. "It's okay. Just don't run a bit too fast next time okay?" O-Okay..." He may not like wearing make-up and hair clips but if it's for the girls' entertainment, then he would have no problems with it (he's so considerate AHHHHHHHHHH I LOVE THEM SM). He may even brush their hair and even put some hair gel on the boys to boost up their confidence 💯.

I may sound emotional, but he'll also talk abut philosophic topics about life since he's really an empathetic guy you see. He'll talk about how the children should love their parents for their sacrifices, how much their childhood and innocence should be cherished while they are still kids, etc.. You may not expect it, but it may bring a bittersweet tears of joy on the children's eyes just because of how good of a person he is 🖤✨🥀 .

You've been friends with Daniel, the boy who was often picked on for being "unattractive" in your class. You were a bit hesitant to approach him at first since you're also afraid of being bullied. But despite your raging nervousness, insecurities, and fear you managed to befriend him and make him trust you. He felt so secure, and most especially loved when you're always with him. Whether it's hanging out in his rather small apartment, him teaching you how to ride a bicycle in the warm and calming scenery in the sunset, even singing with him was always so fun. You laughed and cried with him as he did the same. Both of you understanding each other's feelings, thoughts, and accepting each other's strengths and even each others' flaws. That makes him so beautiful and endearing. This developed a different kind of love in your side, but you were quite afraid of sharing that relationship with him since you were afraid of rejection and getting hurt again for a countless amount of times. It is really risky because if your built friendship would fall to pieces if he is not willing to put your connections into that level. Nonetheless, you were happy. Even if he can't reciprocate your romantic feelings.

Yet it hurts, it hurts to see him move away from a different city when he can't take the bullying anymore. Even though he wants to run away with you from that toxic environment of his middle school, he can't seem to convince your parent/s since they seem to be against with your friendship with him since he's viewed as unattractive. Even when you got to meet him after moving too, seeing him fall for another woman makes your heart wrench. The stinging pain of disappointment and heartbreak fills your feelings and intoxicates your mind. You've always felt like this. Despite having that happy-go-lucky vibe, you seem to be jealous about the other people who got more friends, who got a boyfriend, who is more successful and prettier than you. At least that's how you felt. Even though you seem to want to have your own time and space at times, making real friendships are super hard of you since you don't trust anybody. You want to feel vulnerable. But you fear of getting used and hurt again. Daniel was the only one who listened to you, loved you as a friend even at your worst and even if you make mistakes. But in your gut-feeling, he doesn't seem to view you as someone who he can share his future with. You don't want to put your only friendship in the line of ending the beautiful connection between the two of you.

And with your involvement with the gangs with him and with the return of Logan Lee, everything seemed to fell down. It felt like he already snapped, causing him to run away and leaving you a letter about how much he cared about you. How much understanding and patient you are with him even when he makes mistakes, for loving him for being him.

"Y/N I don't know how to tell my thoughts in the first place but seeing Logan back when I try to run away from my problems just kills me inside. It may sound selfish to you but I felt like a burden for you and especially my mom. But I thank you for being there for me in my darkest times, when you help me out from those bullies and you don't judge me by my looks. When we jam in my apartment, when we laughed out loud in and chase each other in the side walk, when you help me out in my homeworks, when you get slightly pissed off when I tease you but then you just laugh back. When we call each other silly names without actually offending each other, when we ate cheap but good fried chicken in the corner after my night-shifts, when we laughed and cried together at our own miseries and problems, even when I farted out loud in the class and I accidentally burped on your face you just genuinely laughed and you didn't got really angry me at all (though I know it smells bad but don't judge me haha). It may sounds cheesy and cliché, but all of these memories are so beautiful and cherishing to me. And it made me feel cared for so much and I do hope you feel the same way like I did. You're really a sweet and honest person. You may not see that for yourself since I know you are also going through the darkest moments of your life, but as your best friend I see the good in you even if you can't. You may get bullied by befriending me back in middle school, but you gathered up your courage just so I wouldn't be all alone and lonely not only during lunch time but the whole school year and summer vacation. You, mom, and our other friends made my depressing life better and see the shining light of it. I look up to you because of that. You really are my best friend, and I love you for that. Though, I just need time for myself now. Please don't look for me. The larva that waits for years to be reborn as a cicada decides to return back to it's shell and to not spread it's wings. I'm sorry".

You thought that you weren't going to see him again. Your eyes can't help but to pour out warm tears as your chest aches because of disappointment from yourself since you didn't protected him. That's why he ran away again. You've spent the night looking for him, even almost spending most of your money just trying to ride the next train stations just so that you can bring him home again. But no matter how many times you looked for him, you gave up by crying even louder at the place when you failed to look for him. "Stupid, stupid, STUPID!" you thought to yourself as your now bloodshot orbs can't stop crying as your optimism declines even more.

Days and even some weeks, he didn't came back even when you looked for him so many times. You even got scolded by your family for looking for him, them telling you to give him space. But no, you didn't gave up. You are getting really worried of him as you want to contact his mom and his other friends but you don't want to stress him out more if he ever comes back and confronted by random questions. Until in a chilly evening with you waiting on a train station, he finally returned. Your eyes widened at the familiar round figure of his making you shift your speed as you hugged him tightly as he also took notice of you with those exhausted brown eyes. "JESUS CHRIST DANIEL! DON'T RUNAWAY LIKE THAT AGAIN!" you cried out as he stuttered trying to find his words. But then again, he can't help but to finally pour his whole heart out as he cries even louder at your touch. "I-I'm sorry Y/N... I-I won't do it again..."

Even after that painful event, he seemed to be more distant from you making you feel unloved and isolated. And Big Daniel who befriended you first and who always helped and defended you, making you catch a small crush conflicting your feelings from Little Daniel didn't attend his classes for many months. It is making you so worried, what if Workers got him? A new hostage? No, that wouldn't happen. They are both strong in their own ways. Despite trying to keep yourself motivated, your current feud with the Workers made you also quit attending your classes as you tried to look for answers about Big Dan's disappearance, Jiho's Death, And most especially Little Daniel being super distant from you.

You were slumped on your bed as you were feeling lazy to clean up because of your patches from your previous fights. You, overthinking as your mind swirled with thoughts about the almost disbandment of Big Deal. You did see Little Daniel, Vasco, Zack, Jace, and more Burn Knuckles members but they seem to be super different especially your best friend. He became slimmer and even more charming as you couldn't keep eye contact with him or else you may melt on the spot there. But you got to focus yourself or else you may get beaten up by the other thugs in there.

Hearing the apartment doorbell ring, you groaned as you thought about who is outside your property at this hour. But it may be important as you decided to get up and approach the door. It's no surprise that it's just Little- no, it's just Daniel (who is now taller than you) having that cheeky smile greeting you at midnight holding a pack of your favorite fresh fried chicken where both of you used to eat and hang out. "Hi, I was wondering to stop by- wait your injuries." he was about to approach your wounds and bruises but you flinched. Not because of you feeling uncomfortable at his touch, it was quite the opposite but you didn't want him to worry about you too much. Now you are talking and brushing off the topic, cutting him off. "Oh-Daniel, hello too. What are you doing here late at night? Isn't it a bit dangerous?" you reminded him as he chuckles yet you can see the distress on his face. "I just want to check you and see if you are okay." he honestly replied as he made eye contact with you again with those tired but attractive eyes, making you blush even more as you looked away. "Okay, wait I think you should go inside. Make yourself at home, I guess." you, opening the door for him to go inside with him bowing down in respect and gratitude for your hospitality.

"I'm sorry, I didn't got to clean up the mess in the living room." you mumbled an apology as he shakes it off as he was used to living in such a messy place too. You accompanied him in your bedroom where it is much more organized and tidy. He placed the take out food on the small table as he sat down on the bed with you, trying to find his words about his sudden disappearance and start a proper conversation. "Y/N, are you sleeping lately?" he took notice of your building eyebags as you raised your eyebrows at him, thinking if it was an insult or if he is actually worried. "Of course I am." "Well, doesn't look like it." he remarked with a smirk as you rolled your eyes as he laughs, telling that it's just a joke. There is a few moments of thick silence filling the room before he broke the weird atmosphere building up between the two of you. "Y/N." "Yeah?" "I'm sorry if I was not able to reach out for you sooner. And when I ran away from home." he sincerely apologized as he cringed at his own words. He is here to check up on you and he is super worried that you are not taking good care of yourself. The messy room, your injuries, the lack of sleep that causes your droopy eyes, and most especially, the enervating look of your face are signs that you may be stressed from the sudden change of your environment and everyday life. And if it weren't so greedy, he also wants to ask you out to help him and join his new crew, Allied. But he didn't want to sound inconsiderate with your feelings with just randomly showing up at night just to ask for your help when even you are also beginning to feel exhausted with the chaos. "It's okay. It's because of Workers right?" "Yeah..." "Are you here for help?" Shit, you seemed to read him so easily with things like this. He rubbed his nape, feeling embarrassed by it as you genuinely chuckled as his shyness. "No need to feel shy Dan. I know you need help." you teased, poking his once chubby cheeks as he lets out a chuckle with you. Finally, you see him genuinely smiling and laughing for once after him being so agitated with the constant drama in his personal life and with the crews. "Wait, are you sure? I just think that it would be weird when I randomly popped up in your door to ask for sudden help and I think you're tired and... also your injuries aren't helping either." he stated as you can hear it in his voice like he was guilty for leaving you. Him remembering when you're questioning about his sudden disappearance as he sometimes calls you on the phone but he wasn't available to meet up with you because of his training with Gun as he opens up. "Hmm.... Yep. I'm always here to help you out, so no problema. More members, more power right?" you smiled as he sighs at your reassurance that you're okay with helping him out.

"Well if you don't mind asking, where is your first-aid kit and an ice pack?" he asked as your eyes widened at his sudden and random question. Ah, he's going to clean up your wounds and bruises. "Ah, no need Daniel. I just-" "May I? Please?" that puppy-eye tactic which he always use always have that effect on you as it seems like you can't do anything about it. Sighing, you instructed him that it's in the drawer in the living room and the ice pack is in the freezer. After some moments of him looking, he came back with the white plastic box and the cold bag. Him opening it and grabbing the fluffy pack of clean cottons and ointment.

"Come here now." he cooed as you felt the butterflies in your stomach feel stronger with his voice calling for you. You went closer to him and sitting crossed-legged. He poured the ointment on the cotton pad as he leaned closer to you. With the sudden interaction, you want to just close your eyes and die in the spot if he continued to occupy the left out space that is keeping you distant from one another. He gently pressed down on the purplish bruise as the first contact stings making you hiss in pain. "Shit, I'm sorry I-" "I-It's okay. Continue." your face scrunched, trying to ease the burning reaction of the healing chemical on your skin as he frowned knowing that you can't take it. "C'mon Daniel, I've been through this lots of times in middle school." you commented as he chortled again, remembering the time when you took the punch from the "All Mighty Logan Ass Lee" when he was bullying Danny. Though it made him feel guilty when you were getting hurt because of you trying to protect him. He tried to forget the awful memory as he poured more ointment on a new and clean cotton pad to distract himself from guilt as he cleans some of your wounds and bruises on the corner of your lips, your nose, and the corners of your forehead. During this process, you seemed to be lost in thought as you observed his face. His once button-like nose which you like to gently press was more slimmer, his cheeks that you missed pinching reminding you of soft marshmallows is now less visible and making his jawline pop up more. His pinkish lips where it reminded you of blushing roses was still the same, and his eyes looked a bit weary. A hint of eyebags was showing up in his under eyes. But it didn't made him less attractive. Despite his face looking more mature, behind that gloomy and dark eyes that Daniel whom you get to know was still there. His eyes reminded you of the night sky and the light behind his eyes reminded you of twinkling and sparkly white stars that stands out in the black sky with the hue of blue and indigo.

"Yo, Y/N" he snapped you out of your thoughts as you came back to reality. "E-eh..." "I'm done patching you up silly." "Oh I'm sorry!" you squeaked as you got off and keeping your distance from him as he releases another laugh, teasing you about what you were thinking. "I-IT'S NOTHING DUMBASS!" "Meh, you're literally thinking of someone else, are you?" "Sh-Shut up!" "I'm just kidding!" he laughed again as he grabbed the ice pack and he leisurely scooted close to you to not creep you which caught you off guard (in a good way). From what you can remember, he was never this close to you. Before he ghosted literally everybody, you often caught him looking at you then breaking eye contact. Which was weird because he often laughs at your silly face when you just randomly stare at each other especially at class. He also insisted to buy you take out even when he's saving up money for his mom's visit. You suspected that he likes you in that way, but you don't want to repeat that mistake of judging other people that they are romantically interested in you but in the end your deduction is wrong and your feelings get hurt. He's probably just being nice? Right?

After helping you out with your bruises, he spent the rest of the night with you. Both of you chomping on the warm and tasty food that he ordered. He's even nice to give you the two other chicken drumsticks since he said that "he's in a diet" as you teased him that he only wants you to make you fatter as he chuckles at your joke. You and Daniel continued to chat about what happened to each other. And you can feel the heat on your cheeks rise up as you can feel him staring at you enjoying your meal with a smile. He stated that he was training with Gun to bring down Workers. And from the looks of it, he may be hiding a secret from you. You confronted him about it since you promised to each other that you won't hide secrets from each other in furtive. But you chuckled at the thought of it. You and him are still people with your own lives. And you respected his privacy as you don't want to push his boundaries and make him feel uncomfortable around you. But he just nervously laughs about it as he asks why did you move out. You were a bit hesitant to open up at first. But you trusted him whole heartedly as you told him that after your interaction with the crews, you felt like a disappointment in your own family for being a disobedient daughter.

"Remember when I was on the news? Yep, that's their boiling point. We had a REALLY huge argument. And I kinda snapped, soo..." you told him in between bites of the spicy chicken. "Anddd... Guess what?" you smiled at him, almost trying to be funny but this time he felt pity and sadness on your current situation as if he was on your shoes. Ad he can definitely see it in your eyes that you're trying to hold back the tears that threatened to fell down on your cheeks as you continued to laugh as if you're not in pain. "So... did you got kicked out or you ran away from home?" he asked as he has his full attention to you and lending his ears and focus, him always listening to your random rants. But this time, this certain issue is way too serious because it's deeply affecting your physical health and mental and emotional well-being. "Hm... I guess it's a mix of both. I packed all of my shit up. Clothes, my phone, laptop, personal things, heck even some CD's and albums and left at 2am and stayed in a motel for a while since I'm a broke-ass who don't have a single penny. Good thing the grandma who handles this old building was considerate enough to let me stay in here even though I have a REALLY BIG DEBT here. Kinda funny right?" you chuckled as you licked the sweet and hot sauce on your fingers and in the sides of your lips as if you are forgetting that the bruise is not yet fully healed.

"*Sigh*, dumbass use a napkin. You ain't a little kid anymore." he joked as you slightly elbowed him not wanting to hurt him before he grabbed the tissue on the plastic bag and handing out to you. You cleaned up and sneezed and he pointed out on the sides of his own mouth, signaling you that there's still sauce left in your mouth. "Y/N, the other side." "Oh, this?" "Nope." "Here?" "Ju-Just give me the tissue." he stuttered as you gave him the napkin as he scooted close again. You feel very shy when things like this happen. When he takes care of your bruises, and now when he's helping you clean up your mouth. "Stay still dummyhead, let me just-" he was cut off when you accidentally burped on his face. Fuck. When was the last time you didn't embarrassed yourself in front of everybody? Especially with the person whom you considered your best friend and your long-time crush.

"AHAHAHHAAHHA! WHAT THE FUCK!-" "SHUT UP YOU KEEP GETTING CLOSE TO ME IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT!" you slightly kicked him in his legs as he continued to let out dying wheezes and cackling about the unintentional action of yours. "DID YOU EVEN BRUSHED YOUR TEETH THIS DAY?!" he mocked while having that shitty grin in his face that made the heat in your cheeks spread up into your ear, the red tint of your cheeks now being more visible as he continued to laugh out loud. "SHUT UP! I DID AND MY BREATH JUST SMELLED LIKE FRIED CHICKEN!" you continued to rant in an octave whisper as you don't want to wake up your old neighbors and curse at you again but his chirp of laughter isn't helping you to control yourself. You then continued to let out guffaws with him as you forget about your problems with him as he felt like dancing in Cloud-Nine. It's been a while since he let out a bunch of silly laughter like this, especially when he's with you. *Sigh*, now he wants to hang over for the rest of the night and have a sleepover with you.

This men would definitely get worried when your tummy started aching. He would offer you a massage if you like to! And he would place lots of kisses on where it hurts so bad to calm you down. He'll also buy you your favorite snacks and sweets to satisfy your cravings (and other personal needs). But if you want space because of your mood swings, he would leave you for a while even though at times he would come out as clingy but he will definitely make sure that you are eating and sleeping well. If you accidentally stained the bed and your clothes, no worries he'll genuinely wash up the mess even when he's tired since he doesn't want to make you stand up especially if the pain is stinging you right now. He might also insist to watch your favorite movie or television series or taking a walk at night to sweeten up your mood though.

He would panic because he doesn't know what to do

They would rush in your room the moment you called on them to massage your body if you asked for their help. He feels like he's doing a terrible job at taking care of you right now, but trust me he'll be super gentle with you. The way he touches you and asks you if you're feeling well sends those familiar butterflies in your stomach. He'll be the type to search at Google at first how to take care of a girlfriend who's going through a period lol. He'll also insist to wash up the sheets and your clothes if you accidentally stained on it (He may get a little disgusted or weirded out at first at touching the- y'know but he'll get used to it. These men is too hard-working). If you asked him to buy him some extra necessities and toilet trees, he may panic and ends up asking the cashier for those stuff because at the end of the day he's still a man who's trying his best. He'll definitely cuddle with you if you asked him to. And if you don't mind, he'll ask to have a piece of your favorite candy even if he's in a diet while preparing the pillow fort to set up the mood and make you feel special.

It doesn't look like he cares at first, but he's pretty concerned when you're having mood-swings

He may seem distant as your boyfriend, but he has his own ways in expressing his love for you. It may seem different or weird, but it's just him being him. Since he's mostly busy he expects you to know your schedule when the visitor comes. But if you accidentally stained the bed, he may get a little bit pissed off or disappointed at first since he's tired from work. But he doesn't want you to make you feel belittled and ashamed for having the time of the month, so he will just brush it off and comfort you that's it's okay and he'll wash the sheets on the laundry and your clothes so you don't have to do it and get exhausted. He seems to know what to buy when you ask him to buy your necessities and cravings. If you asked him to cuddle or watch a movie with him, he'll tag along with it. Though if you want space he'll give you your own time.

Would piss the hell out of you but he actually cares for you lol

I just feel like he would make those goofy ass face and corny jokes. It's just him trying to lift up your spirits but it just ends up him getting annoying and funny which leads to comical arguments lol. He would also be REALLY CLINGY which is somehow confusing for you even though he's always been like that. Kissing you on the cheeks down to your neck on the bed is his favorite pass time, so he'll definitely do it on your mood swings to break the tension between the two of you. He may get a little bit hesitant to wash up the clothes and bed sheets if you accidentally stained them leading to another dramatic argument between the two of you. But he gets the job done anyways. He would also somehow force you to go shopping at 12am to buy on convenience stores to binge on your favorite junk food and staying up at midnight to watch horror or action movies.
