╰┈➤✎˚₊·𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘: Almost everyone in Twisted Wonderland has heard of the Ainfeld case, which sparked the interest of a lot of students at RSA. It all started when Joyce started messing around with spirits, trying to find a way to bring his father back home. After a while, strange things started happening in their home. Onbjects moving on their own, books scribbled with senseless words and phrases. It then escalated when Joyce started waking up with bruises over his legs, and sleepwalking from his bed to the living room. He also started having weird dreams about a black haired woman. The final straw was when the entity destroyed Joyce's room, all the while trying to kill Joyce's sibling. They called two known paranormal investigators, who at first didn't believe Joyce. Things only escalated as Joyce was then possesed by the demon, and had to be saved by Loreline. Before the demon exited his body, he told him their name. Leaga.

Joyce is an incredibly shy person. He doesn't like talking to others, and often stumbles over his words. He is very hardworking, always strives to be the best, often locking himself in his room to study. He prefers staying alone most of the time, sulking in their pessimism. He has a hard time trusting and opening up to others, and the smallest remark can make him retreat into his shell. He is very paranoid about people spreading rumors about him, hence he often listens to private conversations from others.
He is also very altruistic, always looking to take the blame and open to helping others. He can be reckless sometimes, especially with his new-found interest in Demonology and the paranormal.

𖤐"Crooked Hell" is Joyce's UM. He can reach out to the ghost of specific people, and they can use him to speak to the world. In return, Joyce can borrow their magic skills for a limited time. He develooed it after the Ainfeld accident.
𖤐His hair was originally dirty blonde, but it turned black after he was possesed. He tried to dye it blonde again, but it didn't work
𖤐He hates all Terrovania students. Thinks they are all the same and is very rude and disrespectful when interacting with them
𖤐 His father left them when Joyce was 3, and he still hopes that he'll return one day. Joyce has tried contacting him using his UM, but failed.
𖤐Thanks to his accident, Joyce can perfectly distinguish demons, demon faes and ghosts from regular humans and faeries.
𖤐He often talks about Leaga, and it's very obvious he loathes her with all his being. When he found out she was in Terrovania, he immediately tried to get to her.

✿Her UM "Ghosts of the past" allows Loreline to communicate and share memories with the dead. She uses it for her cases, and sometimes it causes her panick attacks as she experiences everything in a first person perspective.
✿Lory created the Demonology Club , and both Joyce and Ben are in it. They are very organised and meticulous , but Ben's easygoing nature helps make it fun.
✿She dislikes Terrovania students, mainly because of all the unease she feels when she sees a student. She is certainly sure that all of them are as evil and wicked as Leaga.
✿Often uses her walking stick to jokingly hit Joyce or Ben on the head while she scolds them

He is very determined , and it's very hard to cchnage his mind on anything, really. He cares deeply about his dormmates, although he can come off as rude sometimes. He is as reckless as Joyce, if not more. He often gets in trouble because of his impulsive nature and he fiercely owns up to his mistakes. He stands up for everyone in his dorm, and can get very childish when he's being lied to. He can't keep secrets well, he is a chatterbox, and not very hard to gain his trust. He's easygoing and friendly when you approach him.

✦࣪ Unlike Joyce and Lory, he doesn't dislike or hate Terrovania members, he finds them interesting and means no harm to them.

𖤐Joyce really likes Lee, he sees her as an older sibling of sorts and enjoys spending their time with them. He likes helping her whenever he can because he thinks she's incredibly cool thanks to all the reckless things she does and how she enables him. He would ask her to avoid talking about the Ainfeld case around him.
𖤐He mostly avoids Edgar, since everytime he teases the Demonology club it brings Joyce back to the time when no one believed them, so he makes sure to never ask him anything. On a side note, Joyce sometimes uses his UM to prank Edgar, of course without revealing himself.
𖤐He considers Alyssa one of his closest friends, he likes the attention he gets from her and appreciates that she tried to help him. He gets a little bit too clingy to her, though, uses his UM to try and impress her.
𖤐 He doesn't mind Jennifer avoiding him, but if he ever gets the courage to speak to her Joyce would offer to let her speak to her boyfriend again. Aside from that he leaves her alone, watching her from afar as he is very curious about them.

✿ Definitely coaches Lee on her duties, going as far as scolding her if she does anything dangerous. Showers her with gifts and offers to tutor her. Whenever Lee tells her that she can handle herself Lory scoffs and reminds her of her most recent misdeeds.
✿ Loreline doesn't really care for Edgar's opinion, she heard that many times over her life. Although she takes offense when he makes remarks about the Ainfeld case specifically, since Joyce and Benedict almost lost their lives. She does accept his help from time to time.
✿ Loreline also finds Alyssa compant pleasant, she tends to offer her take on things or her UM to help her with cases. She likes hearing her talk while she goes about her day, maybe she'll ask her if she'd like to go investigate one of Lory's cases.

✦ Out of the three, he is the one who spoils Lee the most. He likes to compliment her a lot and praiser her recklessness. Like Loreline, he offered to show her how they investigate paranormal events in their job.
✦one of the few things that really anger Ben are either people lying to him or accusing him of lying. Hence why he doesn't like Edgar, making passive-aggressive comments about him when he can.
✦He isn't very close to Alyssa, but he appreciates her for helping Loreline. He still admires their work and wouldn't mind having her with Lory and him on a case.
✦He tried to talk with Jennifer before, but since they avoid him and the Demonology trio he now waves at her every morning.

He likes Eliott, sees him as a big brother of sorts and looks up to him. I can see Joyce slipping up and calling "brother" by accident. He's happy they didn't know about the case, and is very curious about Eliott's background himself so he asks some questions from time to time. He also appreciates him when Eliott tries to help them with standing up for himself, also because he isn't pushy about it.
Joyce is a little scared of Jolene, even when she is just playing with him he is afarid she will scratch/bite him, but he does pet her when she's in Eliott's arms.

She finds him very interesting, not only because of his experiences. She likes to listen to him work, and is more than happy when he shares his experiences and listens to hers. Lory will also tease him when she hears a smile in his voice, and gifts him whatever he needs to thank him for helping her out.
Since Loreline is a cat person, she would love Jolene! Definitely buys her snacks whenever she can and pets her a lot.

The feeling is mutual. He doesn't like Eliott, not only because of his attemot to murder him (yeah Ben is very dramatic abou it) but also his grumpy behavior. Definitely tries to get him out of his room a lot more. He can tolerate him because both Joyce and Loreline like him, although he tends to act a little more childishly around him.
Unlike Lorelina, he's more of a dog person, and doesn't like to interact with Jolene. He will give her some food sometimes, but doesn't like to play with or pet her.
