Summary: Little things Lorenzo does to show y/n how much he cares

w/c: 1069

Lorenzo Berkshire, the charming and enigmatic member of the Slytherin crew, had always had a knack for reading people. Yet, when it came to Y/N, a girl who seemed to shine with an inner light, he found himself captivated. Unlike many others at Hogwarts, Y/N was genuine and kind, navigating the social landscape with refreshing authenticity. Lorenzo admired her from afar and, over time, felt a growing desire to show her how much he cared.

The Care Package

One day, after overhearing Y/N mention her struggles with schoolwork, Lorenzo decided to help. He discreetly gathered a selection of books and notes that could aid her studies. Alongside these, he added a few of her favorite snacks—a small detail he had picked up from observing her during meals.

That evening, Y/N returned to her dormitory to find a basket waiting for her. Inside was a note written in Lorenzo's neat handwriting:

"For the times when things get tough. Take care, Y/N. - Enzo"

Y/N felt a warm flush spread across her cheeks as she read the note. She had always seen Lorenzo as the laid-back, cool member of his group, but this thoughtful gesture revealed a depth she hadn't expected. It was a small act, but it showed that he had been paying attention and cared about her well-being.

The Potions Class Incident

During a challenging Potions class, Professor Snape assigned the students a complex potion requiring precise timing and careful handling. Y/N, who generally enjoyed Potions, found herself unusually nervous, fumbling with the ingredients. She glanced at her notes, trying to recall the exact sequence, but her anxiety clouded her memory.

Lorenzo, at the next table, noticed her distress. He watched as she hesitated, holding a vial of powdered unicorn horn uncertainly. Understanding the importance of timing, Lorenzo quietly tapped his quill on the edge of her table, a subtle signal they had developed for moments like this.

Y/N looked over, catching his eye. Lorenzo gave a slight nod, glancing at the clock. She understood and added the powder just as the potion turned the right shade of blue. Lorenzo continued to help subtly, passing her a vial of powdered moonstone when she realized she was running low and mouthing a reminder about the temperature adjustment.

As the class ended, Professor Snape evaluated their potions. He paused at Y/N's cauldron, inspecting the brew with his usual critical eye. "Adequate," he muttered, a rare compliment from him.

Relieved, Y/N turned to Lorenzo as they packed up. "Thank you," she whispered, her eyes filled with gratitude. "I was so nervous."

Lorenzo smiled, a warm, reassuring look in his eyes. "You had it. Just needed a bit of confidence."

Y/N couldn't help but smile back. His quiet support had been comforting, making her feel seen and valued.

The Herbology Lesson

Later, during a particularly tricky Herbology lesson, Y/N struggled with a difficult plant. Lorenzo, who had a surprising knack for Herbology, noticed her frustration and stayed behind after class.

"Need a hand?" he asked, offering a friendly smile.

Surprised, Y/N nodded. Lorenzo patiently guided her through the process, showing her the correct technique. Under his calm guidance, the plant responded, and Y/N felt a wave of relief and accomplishment.

"Thanks, Lorenzo," she said, grateful for his help.

He shrugged modestly. "Anytime. Can't let you struggle alone."

As the days passed, Y/N couldn't help but notice all the little things Lorenzo did for her. He'd save her a seat in the library, offer to carry her books when they were headed in the same direction, and even conjured a small bouquet of flowers during a particularly rough day. These small acts of kindness were so thoughtful and consistent that she found herself wondering why he was doing them. Was it just his nature, or was there something more?

The Astronomy Night

Knowing Y/N's love for the stars, Lorenzo planned a special surprise. One clear night, he invited her for a walk. They ended up at the Astronomy Tower, where he had set up a blanket and a small telescope.

As they lay under the stars, Lorenzo pointed out constellations and shared stories. His effort to create this moment touched Y/N deeply, revealing a thoughtful and caring side she had come to cherish.

"Lorenzo, this is wonderful," Y/N said, moved by his gesture. "Thank you."

He smiled, his eyes reflecting the starlight. "I wanted to do something special for you. You deserve it."

Y/N felt warmth spread through her. She hesitated, then asked the question that had been on her mind. "Why do you do all these things for me, Lorenzo?" she asked softly, turning to look at him directly. "You've been so kind and attentive... it's more than anyone's ever done for me."

Lorenzo paused, his expression thoughtful. He met her gaze, his eyes sincere. "Because you matter to me, Y/N," he began, his voice gentle but firm. "I've seen how kind and genuine you are, and I admire that. I wanted to show you that someone appreciates you for who you are, not just for what you do or what house you're in. And... because I care about you. A lot."

He paused, gathering his thoughts. "I know I'm not the best with words or grand gestures, but I believe in showing my feelings through actions. That's why I wanted to show you how much I care, in my own way. Whether it's helping you in Potions, making sure you have what you need, or just spending time together like this. It's all because I want you to know you're special to me."

Y/N's heart fluttered at his words. There was a sincerity in his voice that made her believe every word. She felt a mix of emotions—surprise, joy, and a deep warmth she couldn't quite describe.

She reached out, taking his hand. "I had no idea," she admitted, her voice soft. "But... I'm glad. I appreciate everything you've done. It means more than you know."

They sat there, hand in hand, under the vast night sky. Lorenzo's quiet, thoughtful actions had finally come to light, revealing the depth of his feelings. It wasn't about grand declarations or dramatic actions; it was about the little things that showed he genuinely cared. And in that moment, under the stars, Y/N realized just how much Lorenzo meant to her, too.

The Hogwarts library was immersed in a deep silence that afternoon, interrupted only by the soft rattling of the pages being turned and by the occasional echo of the steps of some student lost in the distant corridors.

You were absorbed in a book of Advanced Potions, your eyes running through each line with the determination of who knows that the exam was approaching quickly. Every detail seemed crucial, and you did your best to memorize them, ignoring the environment around you.

Next to him, Lorenzo kept his eyes fixed on his own notes, although his mind was far from the words scribbled on the scroll. From time to time, he threw stealthy glances at you, admiring the way his eyebrows arched in concentration, his lips slightly furrowed as you absorbed every piece of information. The quiet environment and the proximity of you began to mess with Lorenzo's thoughts in a way that he could no longer ignore.

As the minutes dragged on, Lorenzo, unable to resist, slowly leaned closer to you, until your shoulders touched slightly. You noticed the movement and gave him a look from the corner of your eye, capturing the little smile in the corner of his lips, as if he knew exactly what he was doing.

- It seems that this book is gaining all your attention today. - Lorenzo commented with a playful tone, the soft voice breaking the almost reverent silence of the library.

Without looking away from the pages, an inevitable smile began to form on his lips.

- Maybe because he is more interesting than you think. - he replied, his voice still full of concentration, although you were very aware of the heat that emanated from his proximity.

Lorenzo laughed softly, leaning a little more until you could feel the slight touch of his shoulder against yours. The proximity, once comfortable, now seemed to carry a different tension.

- Maybe I should try something else to get your attention - he said, his voice low and loaded with a veiled promise.

Finally, you raised your eyes from the book, finding Lorenzo's intense gaze fixed on you. The silence between you seemed to amplify the tension in the air, making the proximity even more electrifying.

- And what do you have in mind? - he asked, the voice coming out a little lower than usual, with a touch of provocation that you usually didn't use, but that escaped in moments of boredom and curiosity.

Lorenzo's smile widened, and you could see the answer shining in his eyes before any words were even said.

- Something that not even this book can compete. - Lorenzo's voice was a little louder than a whisper, while he leaned even more towards you.

A quick smile appeared on his lips when he felt his gently touch the exposed skin of his neck, depositing light kisses and subtle bites that sent chills all over his spine.

- Enzo, no! - You protested, but the smile in your voice betrayed any attempt at resistance. - Not here...

Although you loved to feel his touch, the fear of being caught was very real. Even if the library seemed empty, there was always a risk. However, this danger seemed irrelevant, even exciting, to Lorenzo, who saw there a perfect opportunity to provoke you.

- Don't worry, it's just the two of us here. - Lorenzo whispered, while his eyes, those beautiful and bright eyes you loved, fixed on your face. At the same time, a familiar hand slowly climbed up his left thigh, sending a heat wave all over his body.

Lorenzo's malicious smile conveyed all the confidence he had in doing that, and you couldn't help but smile back, convinced.

Upon noticing his curious and interested expression, Lorenzo took the opportunity to pull her into his lap. Your legs were now on each side of your boyfriend's hips, and the surprise of the movement made you let out a light and a little loud laugh, which he soon tried to contain. His arms automatically wrapped around Lorenzo's neck, while his hands slid under his skirt, pulling it closer, while his mouths were in a kiss loaded with intensity.

- What if we get caught? - you interrupted the kiss with a whisper, a mischievous smile still playing on your lips.

- If we are caught, nothing happens to us. - He responded quickly, returning to capturing his lips with an anxiety that showed how much he wanted that.

Lorenzo's answer was not totally wrong. Your families would certainly be enraged if they knew, but in the end, it would be just an embarrassing incident that you would quickly overcome. The excitement of the moment, however, made any risk even more irresistible.

Initially, you imagined that it would be just one more of your hookup sessions, this was very common. You have already done this in broom cabinets, empty classrooms, in the dormitories themselves, but this rarely evolved to sex. Generally, it was a way to provoke themselves until they could do what they really wanted.

And yes, Enzo planned that. He loved to provoke you, and if he got up now and left you there, it would be something really good for him later, after all, you would be more thirsty than ever for him. However, your beautiful boyfriend just didn't take into account that maybe he couldn't control himself as much as he would like with you on top of him.

You weren't so innocent, you knew what he did and liked it, so much so that you did the same with him. In this case, you decided to do the same.

While his lips were still connected, his body took the opportunity to roll his hips against Lorenzo. The bulge under the fabric of his clothes was already visible and easily noticeable for his intimacy. Thus, a slight roll of his hips made him moan low against his mouth and try to hold his body, almost like a reprimand.

His hands in the middle of Enzo's brown hair, combined with you down his lips around his neck, while pressing even more, were leaving him completely out of control.

- Y/N, stop! - His voice was clearly tense, his jaw locked to the point of hurting if he was biting something.

However, you didn't stop. Your warm breath kept hitting his skin, when you laughed in dissimulation. Until your lips went up to Enzo's ear, making it clear that you wouldn't make it easy.

- What are you talking about, love? - He takes a deep breath when he hears his voice whispering and his slightly long nails going down his chest, belly until he reaches the leather belt around his hips. His movements were precise and slow, his voice came out at the right time. - I'm not doing anything...

He didn't answer, he just let the excitement take over his body when he got up with you on his lap. Quickly, he sat you on the table and the books they were studying minutes ago, ensuring that he had control over you again.

An even more provocative smile formed on your lips when you saw him so possessed by you. But when he noticed his expression, he held his face a little stronger just to look deep into his eyes and say something with determination.

- I think you'd better not make noise, dear.

His heart accelerated in adrenaline when he felt two fingers invade his folds, which, at this point, were already a mess from all the friction.

His eyes rolled and Lorenzo seemed to have fun with it. Your back arched against the book shelf behind you, while your lip was bitten in an attempt not to let any noise from your voice come out.

Enzo's face was buried with slightly more sloppy kisses and bites on his neck while he was still working on you. His breathing against your skin made everything warmer, making you squeeze unconsciously.

- What happened, love? You don't seem so saure right now. - The smile in Enzo's voice was clear.

At another time, you would certainly not come close to your orgasm just with the penetration of your fingers. But now the situation was quite different, the fingers were not yours, short and boring, they were Enzo's, and they certainly went further and without hurting you. You weren't in your room either, alone. Lorenzo was there to say all the dirtiest and most beautiful things you've ever heard.

The combination of all these things made you get closer and closer to the edge. Struggling not to make any noise while he insisted on pushing you to do this.

However, even if he tried too hard, not even Lorenzo could restrain himself from seeing that whole scene. In addition, his legs trying to pull him against his body were a clear message of what you wanted from him.

And so, in a quick movement, he undid the belt and buttons, moving the clothes away only until necessary to be able to connect with you. Your eyes followed his movements since the fingers you were loving came out of you to speed up the process of removing clothes.

Your legs opened more automatically to receive him, which made him smile in response.

When their bodies finally meet, their eyes roll once again. This time, with the feeling of being even more stretched, while Enzo uses his neck to curse the way you squeezed him.

In a short time, the movements began to get a little faster and terribly torturous for you, after all, not making any noise was almost impossible at that point. His hands squeezed the tip of the table, while Enzo worried about holding his hips to keep it in place.

Small droplets of sweat were already visible on Enzo's forehead, who kept the rhythm perfectly at the point where you needed it. Her breathing was uncontrolled and too noisy, which made Madame Pince hear and decide to go find out.

Luckily, she came slowly and from afar, giving Lorenzo time to take you before she even arrived, seeing how you looked even more beautiful now. Tired and relaxed, in addition to being completely filled.

Your senses quickly captured the loud noises of the librarian's heels, making you jump off the table while fixing your skirt and shirt, while Enzo packed his clothes too.

The woman arrived sneakily, finding you both a little tired, but nothing that looked like a few kisses.

- I'm already closing the library. - Her voice came out cold and suspicious.

- Oh, of course, we were already leaving. - Lorenzo's charismatic kindness certainly helped.

You just nodded with a light smile, putting your things together and heading out of there next to your boyfriend, with slight laughs about what had just happened.

Meeting You After The Breaking Up || Slytherin Boys

Blaise Zabini

Everything seemed different now, as if the weight of the pain had finally decreased. When you and Blaise broke up, it seemed that full happiness would never be possible again. After all, his relationship had been the foundation of everything, the center of his life. But time, always relentless and mysterious, brought with it subtle changes, and the wound that once seemed unbearable was now just a scar that you had learned to carry with dignity.

Although your feelings for Blaise have not disappeared, nor have it turned into a grudge, that desperate need for him was no longer part of who you were. The beginning of the breakup was cruel, with the pain throbbing with every memory and the longing seeming unbearable. But, little by little, you learned to navigate through these emotions, until, suddenly, you felt... well.

In the month before the summer holidays, you skillfully avoided each other, almost as if you both knew that the simple act of seeing each other could reopen wounds still in healing. His gaze never found yours, and you kept your distance, building your new world without it.

During the holidays, you rediscovered yourself. He went out with friends, laughed at silly things and realized that life was taking its course. Maybe Blaise was right in the end. Maybe you weren't really made for each other as you imagined. And now, back at Hogwarts, you were there, sure of yourself, without worrying about whether he would notice your presence or not. That kind of thing didn't affect you anymore.

But Blaise couldn't say the same. Seeing you so serene and radiant, without a shadow of sadness, brought you conflicting feelings. Part of him rejoiced to see her move forward, but another part, darker, carried a growing regret. He began to question whether he had made the right choice.

Draco, sitting next to Blaise in class, noticed his friend's lost look, the attention he clearly did not devote to what was being said. Curious, he followed Blaise's gaze until he found him fixed on you, laughing next to his friend.

- Oh, so she's the one occupying your mind? - Draco commented with a provocative smile, seeing Blaise's expression close. - What is it? Are you already sorry? Just wait until the other boys start approaching her...

Malfoy let out a low laugh, but Blaise felt the blood boil just imagining such a scene. The simple idea of someone else approaching you was unbearable.

- Shut up. - Blaise replied between his teeth, unable to disguise the discomfort it caused him.

Draco Malfoy

He knew he was going to see her that night, he was prepared for that. What he didn't expect was to find her so quiet, completely oblivious to her presence at dinner. The vision of you, so serene, messed with him in a way that he was not prepared to admit.

In recent months, Draco had gone through a whirlwind of emotions and, in a moment of impulse, ended your relationship. For you, it was a shock at the time, an unexpected pain that seemed difficult to heal. However, over time, things began to fit together, and you finally reached a point where, although there was still love for him, you would no longer insist on something he himself did not believe he was able to maintain.

So, on that Christmas night, a date that always had a special place in your heart, you appeared next to your parents, radiant as always, radiating a beauty that made it seem that every detail of what you wore had been made exclusively for you.

Your smile illuminated the room, instantly attracting Draco's ocean eyes to you. He couldn't look away, even while you, unrelated to him, greeted other people around him.

- Aren't you going to talk to her? - Narcisa's soft voice, who always had a special affection for you from the beginning of her relationship with Draco, interrupted her thoughts. She noticed her son's fixation on you and decided to intervene with a slight smile and a question that brought him back to reality.

- Oh, yes, of course. At some point in the party, for sure. - Draco replied, a little clumsy, looking away at the glass of champagne in his hands, trying to hide the discomfort that grew inside him.

- Do you miss her? - The mother, always direct when she wanted something, was not intimidated by asking what she knew that was bothering her son. Draco, however, avoided answering, pretending not to hear the question. He knew the answer very well, but admitting to himself was a battle he was not ready to face that night.

Lorenzo Berkshire

The theater was crowded that night, as always happened in the traditional year-end ballet performances, which marked the beginning of the festivities for the most traditional families. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, with the murmur of the conversations being muffled by the soft chords of the orchestra that began to tune its instruments. Lorenzo Berkshire, sitting next to his parents in the cabin reserved for the family, seemed quiet, but inside, a growing restlessness took over him. He knew you would be there, like every year, and no matter how much he had prepared for the inevitable encounter, nothing seemed to relieve the tension he felt.

Months earlier, Lorenzo had ended your relationship. It was a difficult decision, which at the time seemed to be the most rational. But as time passed, the certainty he had began to fall apart, and with every event his family attended, where he knew you would also be, the regret grew.

When the theater lights went out and the curtains opened, Lorenzo finally saw you. You were in a box on the other side of the theater, almost facing him. The distance, even with the twilight that dominated the environment, he noticed every detail: the brightness of the elegant dress you wore, the way your hair was delicately stuck, and the discreet smile that appeared when the music began to fill the environment. He could barely concentrate on the presentation, his eyes constantly deflecting to you, who seemed so close and, at the same time, so inaccessible.

― Will it continue like this all night, Enzo? ― The soft but authority-laden voice of Charlotte, his younger sister, took him out of the trance. She was sitting next to him, and looked at him with a mixture of curiosity and concern.

Lorenzo disguised the discomfort, adjusting in the armchair.

― I don't know what you're talking about, Charlotte.

She let out a slight sigh, crossing her arms and casting a penetrating look at her.

― Of course you know. I saw how you were watching her. You haven't taken your eyes off her since the lights went out.

He looked away, focusing for a moment on the ballerina who performed a grand jeté on stage.

― It's not that simple, Charlotte.

Charlotte, always perceptive, leaned slightly towards her, keeping her tone of voice low so as not to disturb the other viewers.

― Maybe it's not simple, but staying here mulling about it doesn't help at all either. You still like her, Lorenzo, it's obvious. And, from what I see, she also looks different... distant, maybe. Maybe she misses you too?

Lorenzo frowned, feeling a twinge of irritation mixed with the weight of guilt. He knew Charlotte was trying to help, but his words only amplified the confusion inside him.

― Charlotte, you don't understand. There are things that can't be solved so easily.

She watched her brother for a moment, noticing the resistance in her eyes.

― I'm not saying it's easy, Lorenzo. But what if you keep waiting and lose the chance to reconcile? What do you have to lose?

His sister's insistence irritated him, and Lorenzo closed his eyes for a second, trying to control the discomfort that consumed him.

― I already said it's not simple. ― His voice came out firmer, almost sharp, while he kept his eyes fixed on the stage. ― It's not just going there and talking to her.

Charlotte raised her hands in a gesture of surrender, clearly realizing that she had pressed too much. She knew that Lorenzo needed time, but she also knew that he was hiding behind his own stubbornness.

Lorenzo didn't say anything else, he just gave a short nod, turning his attention to the presentation, although his mind was far from there. He knew that Charlotte had touched a sensitive point, and it irritated him more than he was willing to admit. As the ballet continued, he continued to watch you from afar, unable to decide whether or not to try to regain what he had lost, even if the simple idea of taking action made him uncomfortable.

Mattheo Riddle

Your relationship with Mattheo has always been a sensitive topic for you. The constant comings and goings gave the impression that everything could be just a bad phase, something that would eventually be solved. However, there came a time when you decided it was time to put an end to everything. When Mattheo announced that he wanted to finish, you made it clear that, this time, there would be no turn. He, as always, doubted the seriousness of your words, but this time you were determined.

His family, who never approved the relationship, practically celebrated the breakup. For them, Mattheo has always been a problem, and the prejudice for the fact that he is half-blood and does not have the wealth that his family valued only aggravated this vision. They often tried to push her to "good pedigree" boys, something that always irritated Mattheo deeply. Jealousy has always been a constant among you, but after the end, it seemed that this feeling had become even more difficult to deal with. Mattheo's anger at his family's behavior was only the trigger for something that was already worn out.

Months passed, and over time, you finally realized that the relationship with Mattheo was anything but healthy. It was then that you began to consider giving Lorenzo, the boy your mother loved, a chance. Initially, he thought he would be just one more, but to his surprise, Lorenzo was kind, interesting, someone who easily drew laughter from you, even if, deep down, his heart weighed every time he flirted with him.

It was in one of those moments, while you and Lorenzo enjoyed Saturday at Três Vassouras, that Mattheo saw you again, after so long. He was accompanied by Theodore and other friends, unconcernedly entering the scene, until Theodore, upon seeing you, stopped abruptly.

― Maybe we should go somewhere else... ― The boy suggested, almost in a whisper, turning to Mattheo with a worried expression.

― Why would we go? ― Mattheo replied, frowning when he noticed the tension in his friend's voice. ― What's going on, Theo?

Before Theo could make any excuse, Mattheo ignored his warning and advanced, looking around the bar until his eyes finally found you. There you were, laughing carelessly at something that Lorenzo had said, without noticing Mattheo's presence. The smile on his face, so natural and sincere, cut Mattheo like a knife. The shock and fury mixed inside him, feeding an anger that he could barely contain.

Without saying a word, Mattheo turned around, quickly leaving the Three Brooms. His friends followed him, all in silence, while the fury pulsed inside him, ready to explode at any moment. Every step away from the bar was a painful reminder of what he had missed - and that, perhaps, he would never have back.

Theodore Nott

His relationship with Theodore Nott has always been intense, but at the same time, marked by a depth that few understood. He had a peculiar way of showing affection, usually through subtle gestures and contained words, but that for you have always meant the world. However, this intensity also brought with it difficulties, especially the fact that Theo has difficulties in expressing his emotions openly. It was this emotional block that, in the end, wore out the relationship.

When you finished, Theo didn't try to stop you. He simply accepted, with that serenity that has always characterized him, as if he were waiting for it. And maybe it was. You felt a squeeze in your heart when you saw that he wouldn't fight for you, but you knew you needed to move on, even if it meant leaving without looking back.

After the end, you struggled to focus on yourself, to distance yourself from the shadow that the relationship with Theo had left. It was difficult, but little by little, you started to rebuild your world, to smile again, to feel pleasure in the little things. And it was during this process that you started going out with Adrian Pucey, a Slytherin boy known for his charm and skill in Quidditch. He wasn't the kind of person you imagined being, but Adrian managed to make you laugh and forget a little about things, something you didn't know you needed until that moment.

You two started to meet more often, and one day, you met Adrian in the Peacock Patio, one of the most beautiful places in Hogwarts, surrounded by old trees and fragrant flowers. The place, with its quiet and cozy atmosphere, was perfect for a casual encounter, and you sat on one of the benches, talking and laughing, while the light breeze shook the leaves around.

Without you noticing, Theo was passing by, coming back from a study session at the library. When he saw you next to Adrian, the world seemed to stop for a moment. Theo stood still, watching the scene with a dark look. Seeing you with someone else, laughing and looking so comfortable, caused a painful tightness in your chest, something he didn't expect to feel so intensely.

Not far from Theo, Draco Malfoy appeared, immediately noticing his friend's discomfort when following him with his eyes. He let out a heavy sigh, immediately understanding what was happening.

― Do you want to go for a walk? ― Draco suggested, trying to get Theo out of that uncomfortable situation.

― No, I'm fine. ― Theo replied, his voice low and loaded with conflicting emotions. He knew he should move away, that staying there would only do the worst things, but his feet seemed stuck to the ground.

― Look, it's not easy, I know. But staying here will only get worse, Theo. Come on, we can go to the Astronomy Tower or something. ― Draco insisted, his voice was serious, but with a touch of empathy.

Theo hesitated, his eyes still fixed on you. He knew Draco was right, but there was a part of him that couldn't move, as if he were waiting for a signal, anything that gave him a reason to believe that there was a chance for you to look back. But you were completely involved in the conversation with Adrian, the light and carefree laughter filling the air.

― Right. ― He finally gave in, his voice cold and restrained, forcing his feet to move. With one last look in his direction, he turned around, following Draco away from the courtyard, while trying to push to the bottom of his mind the whirlwind of emotions that was consuming him.

While walking, the silence between them was heavy, but Draco did not press. He knew that Theo needed time to process everything, and deep down, he hoped that his friend would find a way to deal with it without destroying himself inside. For Theo, however, the sight of you smiling with another had opened a wound that he was not sure how to heal.

Tom Riddle

The Hogwarts library was a place you've always loved. During the quiet nights, the bookshelves loaded with old books and the smell of aged parchment brought you a sense of peace and security. It was there, under the soft light of the candles, that you spent much of your time, especially after breaking up with Tom Riddle. Diving into the books was a way to forget what you two had been, or perhaps, to remember without the pain that accompanied it.

The relationship with Tom was an enigma that you were never able to solve completely. He was cold and always kept an emotional distance that left you with the feeling that he was never truly present. Still, there were times when you felt that something deeper could exist behind that impenetrable facade. It was this mystery, this insatiable curiosity, that held you to him for so long. But Tom's coldness ended up becoming unbearable, and when the decision to finish was made, he accepted with a calm that hurt more than any argument could have hurt.

Now, in the loneliness of the library, you followed your nightly routine. He leafed over a book, his thoughts wandering between the words and the memories he tried to leave behind. She was so absorbed that she did not notice the tall and slender figure that positioned herself in the shadows, a few meters away.

Tom Riddle has always been an observer, someone who analyzed everything around him with almost frightening precision. He had been there for longer than you imagined, just watching in silence. The dim light of the candles did not fully reach the place where he was, keeping him hidden, but his eyes shone with an unusual intensity as he watched you.

He hadn't come there by chance. In recent months, Tom had returned his thoughts to you more often than he would like to admit. It wasn't longing, he said to himself, but a persistent curiosity. The breakup meant nothing to him the moment it happened, but now, seeing you go on with your life without hesitation, dedicating yourself to studies as if he had never existed, you messed with something inside him that he could not name.

For some time, Tom stood still, his eyes following his every move. He knew he shouldn't care. This kind of attachment was useless, a weakness that he despised in others. Still, there he was, watching you with an intensity that bordered on obsession.

Finally, he decided to get closer, not to talk, but to feel his presence more closely. Every step he tood was silent, calculated, as if he feared that any noise could break the charm of the moment. When he was close enough to see every detail of his concentrated expression, Tom stopped. There was something about you, a serenity, a silent force that he had not noticed before.

You didn't notice your presence until you felt a slight change in the air, a shiver that ran through your spine. Raising your eyes from the book, you felt like you were being watched. And, for a brief moment, his gaze found his, hidden in the shadows. But in the blink of an eye, Tom had moved, disappearing between the shelves without a trace, like a ghost.

Even without seeing it, you felt the familiarity of that presence, and a discomfort that you thought you had overcome returned to your heart. The mystery that Tom represented was still there, no matter how far away you tried to get away. And that night, as he closed the book and left the library, you knew that he was also trying to understand something that, until then, he believed he was incapable of feeling.

Blaise Zabini

Blaise has always been firm in keeping the unwritten rules between friends, especially when it came to you — your best friend's sister. For him, you have always been untouchable, a constant and familiar presence, but nothing more than that. Or, at least, that's what he liked to believe.

In recent months, however, Blaise has noticed a change. It was nothing obvious, nothing that could be noticed by others, but he knew that something in his perception of you was different. At first, he dismissed these thoughts, attributing them to boredom or lack of other distractions. But after that summer, things started to get out of hand.

Every time you entered the Main Hall, your heart accelerated slightly. Every time you smiled, he found himself trying to repress a smile too. He tried to ignore this, convincing himself that it was just a passing phase. But the truth is that it was increasingly difficult to take your eyes off you.

Theo, always observant, didn't take long to realize. He was next to Blaise during dinner at the Great Hall, when you passed by them, happily talking to another colleague. Blaise followed his movements with his gaze, almost without realizing it.

- Dude, you're playing with fire. - Theo commented with a tone that mixed provocation and warning.

Blaise looked away from you quickly, frowning.

- What are you talking about? - he replied, trying to sound indifferent, but the irritation in his voice was evident.

Theo laughed quietly, taking advantage of the situation.

- It's no use pretending you're not looking. If I realized, imagine what Draco would do if he knew you were drooling over his little sister.

Blaise felt a squeeze in his stomach and threw a fulminating look at Theo, who only intensified the mocking smile.

- Shut up, Nott. You don't know what you're talking about. - Blaise replied, the voice rougher than usual.

Theo raised his hands in a gesture of surrender, but the mischievous glow in his eyes made it clear that he was far from stopping.

- Relax, Blaise. I won't tell Draco... - He pauses. - yet.

- There's nothing for him to know because there's nothing going on, you hear? - Blaise countered, more to reaffirm this to himself than to Theo.

- Oh, of course, as if you could disguise it so well - Theo provoked, giggling.

Blaise squeezed his lips, holding his anger. Theo was right about one thing: if Draco was suspicious, things could get ugly. But he was not willing to admit anything, not even to himself, much less to Theo.

Draco Malfoy

Draco Malfoy has always valued control. In his life, everything had place, everything was in its proper course. But when it came to you, Blaise's sister, this control seemed to fade like sand between your fingers.

Since you were younger, Draco knew that there was a barrier between you that he could not cross. You were the sister of your best friend, a constant and close presence, but always out of reach. However, over time, he realized that he couldn't help but observe you. There was something about you—in your way of speaking, in your laughter—that attracted you in a way he couldn't ignore.

In recent months, Draco's desire has intensified, becoming a constant distraction. He found himself looking for you in the Great Hall, his gaze often capturing yours in furtive moments. What annoyed him the most was that he knew he couldn't give in to this feeling, but, at the same time, he didn't seem to be able to control himself.

That night, in the Slytherin Communal Hall, you were sitting with Pansy and some other friends, laughing and talking about the events of the day. Draco was on the other side of the room, with an open book in his hands, but his eyes were more interested in you than in the printed words. Blaise, who was always around, got up to talk to another friend, leaving Draco free to observe you without being noticed.

Pansy, always attentive and shrewd, soon noticed Draco's look and couldn't help but smile at herself. However, contrary to what he feared, she didn't say anything at that moment. Instead, she kept talking to you, as if nothing had happened.

Later, when everyone started getting ready for sleep, Pansy took the opportunity to talk to you. As you went up the stairs towards the dormitories, she threw a fun look at you.

- Did you notice that Draco didn't take his eyes off you tonight? - she commented, a mischievous smile playing on her lips.

You frowned, surprised.

- Really? No, I didn't notice - she replied, a little disconcerted.

Pansy shook her head, as if she thought it was funny in her innocence.

- Yeah, he was practically devouring you with his eyes. When Blaise left, then, it seemed that he could finally look without fear of being caught. It's almost cute, in a strange way - she provoked, laughing.

You laughed along with her, finding the idea completely absurd.

- Draco? Interested in me? He is the last one I would imagine - you said, still laughing, but with a small seed of curiosity planted in his mind. - He certainly sees me as a Pans sister. Don't make things up.

Pansy shrugged, smiling as you arrived at the dormitories.

- That's what we're going to see. - she joked.

And with this idea, you said goodbye to sleep, but Pansy's comment still echoed in your head, making you think of Draco's every look in a different way.

Lorenzo Berkshire

The party was at its peak, and Lorenzo Berkshire was distracted watching you from afar. The sparkle in your eyes and the way you animated the environment were impossible to ignore. He tried to stay involved in conversations and follow the party, but his thoughts were on you.

Mattheo, a close friend of Lorenzo's, noticed the prolonged looks and approached with a mischievous smile.

- You are very focused tonight. - Mattheo commented, with a light and provocative tone. - Theodore knows you're keeping an eye on her?

Lorenzo turned his head to Mattheo, forcing a smile.

- No, no, no. It's nothing like that. I'm just admiring the party.

Mattheo raised an eyebrow, visibly skeptical.

- I know a look of interest when I see one, and yours is certainly one of those. - Lorenzo felt a tightness in his chest when he heard Mattheo's words. He tried to focus on something else, forcing a nervous laugh.

- Don't worry, Mattheo. It's just your impression.

Mattheo shrugged, but the playful look still remained on his face.

- Of course... - Riddle pretends to understand.

While Mattheo walked away, Lorenzo tried to ignore the weight of the words and the feelings that were growing inside him. He turned his attention to the party, trying to be distracted by the music and the conversations around, but the mind kept coming back to you.

The night passed in the midst of laughter and conversations, but Lorenzo could not get rid of the feeling of restlessness. The confidence Theodore had in him, believing that he saw you as a sister, made the situation even more complicated. Lorenzo knew he needed to deal with his feelings with caution, but the challenge of maintaining the balance between his emotions and friendship was increasingly difficult.

While the party continued, Lorenzo wondered how much longer he would be able to hide his true feelings without affecting the relationships he valued so much. The night was far from over, and he knew that the situation would require more than a simple distraction to be resolved.

Mattheo Riddle

The party in the Slytherin Communal Room was in full swing. The soft light of the afternoon filtered through the windows, casting a cozy glow on the leather sofas and armchairs. The air was full of laughter, snacks and a touch of smoke. The theme of the night was quidditch, and the discussion was boiling.

Mattheo Riddle was in a corner of the room, trying to focus on a conversation with some colleagues. But in fact, your eyes didn't stop deviating to where you were. You, with that radiant smile and the typical energy of the parties, were surrounded by friends, discussing a recent quidball game. Theodore, your brother, was next to you, laughing and passing you a cigarette.

Mattheo watched the two with a mixture of frustration and fascination. Every gesture of his, every laugh, seemed to increase the internal turmoil he was trying to hide. The attraction he felt was not only emotional; it was something much more palpable and difficult to control.

While the conversation was going on, Mattheo got up, claiming that he was going to get a drink, but in fact, his steps took him to the group where you were. He tried to join the conversation as naturally as possible, but his forced smile and the gaze fixed on you made it clear that he was struggling with his own feelings.

You noticed your arrival and smiled.

- Matt! Come here, Theo was saying that Wood cheated in the last game. - Mattheo approached, trying to get involved in the conversation.

- Typical Gryffinories.

Theo, relaxed and with a cigarette between his fingers, took a quick look at Mattheo. He didn't seem to be very worried, thinking it was just the typical enthusiasm of the party.

While the conversation was going on, Mattheo did his best not to let his feelings shine through. I tried to have fun, laugh at the right times, but I couldn't help how your eyes fixed on you. Every move of yours, every laugh, was messing with him in a way that he preferred not to think too much.

When the party was at its peak, Mattheo realized that Theodore moved away a little to talk to other friends. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Mattheo got closer to you, trying to look casual.

You were distracted in a conversation, but you noticed when Mattheo approached. His gaze met his for a moment, and the smile you gave seemed light and welcoming, but to Mattheo, it was loaded with a tension that he was trying to hide.

- Having fun? - he asked, forcing a smile. You smiled back, with a mischievous glow in your eyes.

- Yes, and you? Are you enjoying the party?

- Always. - Mattheo replied with a cheeky smile that made you smile in response.

As the conversation continued, Mattheo struggled to control his emotions. The proximity to you and the festive atmosphere only increased the intensity of what he felt. He knew that, despite his feelings, he needed to respect Theodore and the limits that were set.

When Theodore returned to the group, Mattheo walked away, trying to distract himself with other colleagues and regain his composure. The unrequited desire, the desire to be closer to you, remained a well-kept secret, a flame hidden under the surface of friendship.

Theodore Nott

The afternoon flowed serenely in the Hogwarts library. Theodore Nott, with his gaze fixed on a volume of Potions, used the book as a shield to watch you from afar. Every time you moved, Theodore's attention deviated, despite his efforts to focus on the words.

You were a few meters away, absorbed in your own studies, and Theodore found himself struggling to maintain his composure. The library, usually a place of tranquility, seemed smaller and more charged with the implicit tension of its presence.

The relative peace was suddenly broken when Lorenzo Berkshire entered the library, his gaze firm and determined. He approached Theodore's table with a decided step. Theodore, visibly surprised, almost let the book slip out of his hands.

- Theo, do you have a minute? - asked Lorenzo, with a voice that did not admit refusal.

Theodore raised his head quickly, trying to hide the momentary panic.

- Of course, what do you need?

- I need that reference you mentioned in the Potions class. That book of rare ingredients. - Lorenzo took a significant look at Theodore, who already seemed nervous. - Do you remember where it is?

Theodore made an effort to keep calm, adjusting the books on the table with an almost clumsy speed. - Oh, yes, I... I think it's on the shelf in the background, near the old parchment.

While Lorenzo was talking to Theodore, his eyes noticed that you were a few meters away, watching the scene with a slight curiosity. Lorenzo, noticing his presence, paused and looked in his direction.

- Oh, are you here? - Lorenzo asked, with an expression that mixed curiosity and suspicion.

You raised your eyes, a little surprised by the interruption. Your answer came out a little without patience when you saw that it was your brother who interrupted you.

- Yes, Lorenzo. Just studying for the next test.

Lorenzo made a quick nod, but his gaze remained on Theodore for a longer moment than usual. Theodore forced a nervous smile, his expression trying to reflect normality as he struggled to stay focused on the book.

- Yeah, so... as I was saying - said Lorenzo, turning to Theodore with a slightly more direct tone - Can you help me find that book?

- Yes, of course. - Theodore replied, his voice a little tense. - Let's take a look.

Lorenzo took one last look at you before walking away with Theodore. The slight tension in the air seemed to have affected the dynamics between the two, and their presence had somehow become a piece in a more complex game. Lorenzo's presence and the look he had thrown at you had left a mark on the environment, and Theodore wondered how to maintain the balance between what he wanted and what was expected of him.

With Lorenzo and Theodore out of sight, the library returned to its silent routine, but the episode left a slight sense of discomfort for the two friends.

Tom Riddle

Tom Riddle had always known what he wanted and, most importantly, what he needed to achieve his goals. Since his first years at Hogwarts, the young wizard has demonstrated an unusual talent for manipulating the will of others, dominating colleagues and teachers with his charm and sharp intelligence. However, a sense of restlessness began to haunt him, something he had never experienced before.

This feeling first appeared during a meeting at the library. Tom was looking for a rare book about the magic of darkness when he saw it - you, distracted by your readings. There was something in his presence that challenged his usual composure.

You were the sister of Jonathan Blackwood, one of Tom's closest friends. Jonathan was a talented and respected wizard, whose family belonged to the elite of pure bloods and the witch high society. The wealth and influence of the Blackwoods were remarkable, and Tom knew the status of his family well, but always saw it with a mixture of interest and distancing. Jonathan and Tom met at Hogwarts through common interests in advanced magic, and Jonathan became a key piece in Tom's ambitions.

What began as an unpretentious curiosity about a friend's sister quickly turned into something deeper. Tom was intrigued by his presence, a combination of beauty and intelligence that seemed to contrast with the coldness and ambition he valued. The fact that you were also part of the witch elite only intensified the complexity of your feelings, creating a tension between the desire to get closer to you and the fear of complicating your friendship with Jonathan.

As the days went by, Tom noticed that his interactions with you became more frequent and less planned. He found himself thinking about you more than he would like to admit, in every stealthy look and every shy smile you offered him. His mind seemed to wander into his conversations, as if his presence were a constant shadow, interrupting his thoughts.

The feelings that Tom began to experience were something he couldn't control. At a time when everything around you was precisely planned, the confusion about you looked like a black hole in your ordered world. Your desire to keep your distance and preserve your image of coldness began to disintegrate whenever you were around. The desire to get closer to you and understand the complexity of your feelings was something he was not prepared to deal with.

Tom tried to use his usual manipulation to understand and control this new disturbing feeling. He tried to examine his own thoughts and rationalize why you seemed to have this powerful effect on him. But the more he tried, the clearer it became that his control was failing.

This platonic feeling grew, challenging his ability to manipulate and control not only others, but himself. Tom found himself faced with a paradox: how could someone so skilled in dominating others not cope with something as subtle as his own emotion? It was an internal struggle between the desire to get closer to you and the need to maintain absolute control over your life.

L.B. || I can love you even in the dark

Summary: Lorenzo loved you, always. Even from a distance, even watching you happy with someone else. Warnings: a little sad, but very romantic.

Requests are open!

L.B. || I Can Love You Even In The Dark
L.B. || I Can Love You Even In The Dark
L.B. || I Can Love You Even In The Dark

Lorenzo fell in love with you the first time his eyes crossed. The memory of that moment was as vivid in his mind as when he began to attend Malfoy Mansion at the age of six. He and his brother, laughing and running, disputed the attention of the adults, but Lorenzo always had a watchful eye on you. He and Draco competed not only for the future power they both knew they would have, but for the little antics of childhood - like stealing your toys and running away through the property, with you running after them, laughing and complaining at the same time.

There was something about you that Lorenzo couldn't explain at that time, a feeling that disturbed him and confused him. In childhood, the feelings seemed simple and fleeting, but what he felt for you was an exception. It was a love that was not easily extinguished, despite its youth and innocence. Even if he didn't admit it to anyone - maybe not even to himself - he knew that that feeling was deeper than anything else he had ever experienced.

Adolescence brought distance and insecurity. Lorenzo was selected for a school of magic different from his and Draco's, facing a new world alone. While you and your brother were surrounded by friends and adventures, he felt isolated, away from the comfort of established friendships. He felt a twinge of envy, not only for the company you had, but for the very feeling of being so far away from you.

For a while, Lorenzo tried to convince himself that his feelings were just childish nonsense. But this illusion didn't last long. Everything fell apart when he saw you again, next to Theodore Nott, at a formal dinner. The connection between you was impossible to ignore. Lorenzo noticed the silent understanding and affection that were reflected in every look exchanged between you. Theodore's reserved smile opened more easily in his presence, a reality that Lorenzo faced with a mixture of pain and resignation.

Lorenzo tried to resume childhood friendship, but something was always out of place. Despite the efforts, he felt that Theodore was always the only one you really had in mind. The confirmation that you were together was a devastating blow. Lorenzo tried to move on, starting a relationship with Amélie. She was kind and charming, but in many ways she reminded you in a disturbing way. The similarities were so many that he couldn't ignore, making him miss something he should never have lost.

That year's Christmas was especially painful. Lorenzo decided to take Amélie to dinner at Malfoy Mansion, trying to overcome what he felt for you. But seeing you and Theodore together, your determination faltered. The way his eyes shone next to Theodore made Lorenzo realize the truth he had avoided: he still loved you, and that would not change.

As you moved away for a breath of the brightness and bustle of the party, Lorenzo was leaning against a column of the pergola, contrasting with the grandeur of the illuminated garden. The discouragement in his posture was palpable.

- So, did you decide to take a break from the competition of those who have more confidence in the Dark Lord? - He raises his eyes, forcing a small and tired smile. His expression softens when he sees you, and he responds with a forced lightness.

- In fact, I needed a breath away from the bow ties and the conversations about the last carriage model. - You laugh, and Lorenzo watches your laughter with a nostalgic glow. - I've always liked the way you laugh. - he says, his voice softening.

- It's good to know that I can still bring a little light to such a boring party. - Lorenzo smiles back, but the lightness soon gives way to a shadow of concern when you ask.

- How are you? - You stare at him, and he responds with a forced smile.

- I've been better. - He confesses, and you, with an expression of surprise, ask:

- Amélie?

Lorenzo's expression changes instantly, and he lowers his gaze, loaded with sadness.

- Actually, we're done.

The concern becomes evident in his gaze, his cheeks blushing slightly in shame of being so intrusive.

- I'm sorry, Lorenzo. I had no idea, I didn't want to remind you of something bad. - He shakes his head, trying not to look more dejected than he already is.

- Don't apologize. I wasn't exactly the ideal boyfriend. - You stare at him, skeptical of his words.

- Don't be so hard on yourself. I really don't think that's true. - Lorenzo looks at the ground, his sadness reflected in the party in the background - the exuberant flowers and the stone paths now look cold and distant.

- It shouldn't be easy to have your boyfriend in love with someone else, should it? - The silence that follows is deep and painful. You feel the weight of the words, and Lorenzo finally breaks the silence, his voice almost a whisper.

- I tried to forget you, really. But somehow, you always reappeared in my mind. It was like I could never get rid of you, no matter how hard I tried.

Your heart squeezes with sincerity in your words. You respond with a soft tone, tears starting to form.

- Enzo, I... I don't know what to say. I'm sorry. - Tears start running down Lorenzo's face. He asks, with an almost imperceptible tremor:

- Do you really love Theodore?

You hesitate, the weight of truth pressing every word. Finally, answer sincerely.

- Yes... I love it. - Lorenzo closes his eyes for a moment, the visible pain on his face. He then asks, with palpable despair:

- How much do you love him?

You take a deep breath, the tears falling freely now, and respond with total sincerity.

- I love him with all my heart.

Lorenzo hears his words, the weight of acceptance mixed with a deep sadness. He closes his eyes, one last look at you full of pain and resignation. The sadness on his face is even more evident under the lights of the party, creating a cruel contrast with the visible pain.

- That's all I needed to know. - he murmurs, his voice almost inaudible.

He turns and begins to move away, his heavy and slow step, as if carrying an invisible burden. The last time you see him, he is moving away by the illuminated trail, his tears mixing with the humidity of the night. The silence of the garden becomes even deeper, wrapped in a palpable sadness, as you watch Lorenzo's departure. The moment marks the end of a painful chapter.

After that devastating night, Lorenzo's life plunged into a spiral of desolation. The colors that once gave liveliness to your world now seemed to fade. Each day seemed to drag on, and the feeling of loss became more intense with each step.

Voldemort's return brought a wave of terror that swept the magical world. The Berkshire family, traditionally aligned with the diners, had made a critical decision: they did not seek the Dark Lord after his fall and did not encourage Lorenzo to join him. When the news of the return came, the family immediately fled, fearing Voldemort's revenge, and handed over valuable information to the Order of the Phoenix, in an attempt to redeem themselves and protect what was left of their integrity.

During the hunt, Theodore Nott was assigned to find the Berkshires. Despite his mission, Nott demonstrated a remarkable behavior of humanity. On several occasions, Lorenzo crossed paths with him during the escape. Nott seemed to deliberately choose to ignore Lorenzo, offering him opportunities to escape, as if he wanted to spare the Berkshires because of the feeling of friendship that still remained between you.

With the end of the war, the magical world began to rebuild, but Lorenzo's life went on at a fast pace. The sporadic news about you and Theodore, who were on the run and missing, came to him as distant echoes. This news built an almost mythical scenario, where you became urban legends — often mentioned, but rarely seen.

As if fate wanted to play with cruel irony, Lorenzo was summoned to assume a position as a teacher at Hogwarts. The invitation seemed to fulfill a childhood dream, but instead of excitement, he found a feeling of disconnection and disconnection. Hogwarts, now marked by the scars of war, seemed like a distant and almost unrecognizable scenario.

Lorenzo had spent years refusing the invitations of Hogwarts. He always claimed a full schedule or lack of motivation, but the truth was that the wounds of war and the pain of unrequited love were still very fresh. The anguish of an unresolved past seemed impenetrable, and he hid behind excuses and reticence.

But something has changed. In a moment of hopelessness, he finally accepted the invitation. It was an opportunity to turn the page, to reinvent yourself. However, while crossing the magical portal to the 9 ¾ platform, Lorenzo found a vision that made his heart squeeze with unexpected pain. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of the station, he saw you and Theodore with an 11-year-old girl. Theodore was lowered at her height, with an expression of tenderness that Lorenzo would never forget. The girl had the delicate traits inherited from you, but with Theodore's slightly lighter and wavy hair. She walked away, smiling, and went to follow her cousin, Scorpius, to the entrance of the train.

Lorenzo's heart broke when he saw that scene. It was a cruel reminder of everything he had lost, of how life went on without him, while he remained trapped in the labyrinth of pain and loss. Theodore's genuine happiness with his daughter seemed a cruel reflection of his own sadness. He wanted to rejoice in his happiness, but the weight of his own pain was overwhelming.

With an almost superhuman effort, Lorenzo got on the train before you turned around. He forced himself to look away, his chest heavy with a mixture of pain and resignation. Every step towards Hogwarts seemed like an additional weight in the heart, and the castle, although familiar, now looked like a labyrinth of nostalgia and unresolved suffering.

As the days passed and Lorenzo began his classes, he dedicated himself to work with an almost obsessive intensity. Every moment away from contact with your pain seemed like a little relief. But, inevitably, he couldn't help it. He watched Isabella Nott through the corridors, a constant and painful presence that incessantly reminded him of you and Theodore. The resemblance to you was a cruel echo of the life he had lost.

Finally, the day came when Lorenzo had to face his pain in a more brutal way. When making the call for her first class, the name "Isabella Nott" appeared on the list. The pain was almost physical, as if his heart had been spiked by a sharp blade. Her name resonated with Theodore's inheritance and the memories of a love that never materialized. The sound of the name "Nott", her look, in the same color as her eyes, with Theodore's countenance, were a painful representation of what Lorenzo had tried to bury.

Just as Severus Snape carried a deep and unrequited love for Lily Evans, Lorenzo carried a love that seemed uncompromising and unattainable. Every step at Hogwarts, every moment watching the little girl, was a constant reminder of the pain he had carried for so long. His journey was marked by a constant internal battle, a persistent shadow that seemed to have no end.

With a deep sigh and a crushed heart, Lorenzo realized that, although he had received a new chance with the work at Hogwarts, the emotional scar he carried would not disappear so easily. Life was a cruel combination of redemption and torment, and he wondered if he could ever truly free himself from the emotional burden he carried.

There were those who believed that you had been completely consumed by love, that your vision was clouded by passion. The professors viewed you with a mix of pity and curiosity, and the other students thought you were just another victim enchanted by the web woven by Tom Riddle. To many, you were the typical young woman captivated by the beauty and charm of a boy shrouded in mystery—an innocent girl who, fascinated by his enigmatic aura, had let her own feelings drag her into his orbit.

But this view did not do justice to your true essence. If you were merely a young woman attracted by Tom’s allure, you would never have approached him with the determination you showed. Tom had always been an enigma, a mystery that inspired adoration from many but rarely unconditional loyalty. Girls dazzled by his magnetism offered to follow his dark paths, some even willing to commit to their own shadows to gain his favor.

What few understood was that, in truth, Tom was drawn to your own inner darkness. In you, he saw an even deeper reflection of his own complexity. Your ability to project a seemingly innocent façade, combined with a hidden depth, made Tom fascinated by something he could not fully illuminate himself. While Dumbledore struggled to understand the dark layers of Tom, you seemed to possess an even more impenetrable darkness, a latent force that you revealed only when you wished.

When Tom first saw you in the Restricted Section of the Hogwarts library, his initial impulse was one of alert and defense. You were surrounded by an aura of mystery that defied any attempt to categorize you easily. Your presence was a break from expectation in a space Tom considered his absolute domain. He entered the Restricted Section with the confidence of one who holds all secrets and mysteries within reach, but you, with your almost challenging indifference, immediately destabilized that balance.

Initially, Tom saw you as an imminent threat. Your carefree posture, your eyes that shone with an almost provocative intensity, and the way you moved with a grace that mixed disregard and challenge were enough to make him feel unsettled. The way you handled the books, the way your presence seemed to fill the environment with a palpable tension—this was a direct challenge to the control he so carefully maintained over his life and interests.

The initial irritation gave way to a growing frustration. Tom began to feel an unsettling sense that you were not only defying his authority but seemed to evade his attempts at manipulation. Your ability to remain aloof from his advances provoked a mix of growing frustration and fascination. What began as an irritating intruder soon became a captivating enigma.

As the days passed, Tom started to notice your presence with an unexpected frequency. In corridors where he had never seen you before, in moments of quiet where he expected to find you—you seemed to be always there, like a shadow moving with disturbing precision. It was as if you were aware of his intentions, or perhaps even provoking him deliberately. This constant feeling of being watched, of every step he took being followed, began to turn into a disturbing obsession.

Then, on a particularly quiet night, Tom decided to follow you. His instincts told him there was something important to be discovered. He trailed you through the castle’s shadows, alert to every movement you made. With almost predatory precision, he watched as you walked with deliberate calm towards the Black Lake, a place Tom knew to be a refuge of tranquility and mystery.

Upon reaching the lake’s edge, Tom hid behind a tree, his gaze fixed on you. He prepared to wait patiently, determined to understand what you might be planning. However, instead of being surprised by some secret plot, you simply waited for him at the lake, as if you had been expecting him all along.

The moon’s silvery light illuminated the lake and reflected in your eyes as you slowly turned towards Tom’s hiding place. An enigmatic smile formed on your lips as you spoke, your voice soft and direct cutting through the night’s silence.

— You know, Tom, you’re not very subtle for someone who prides himself on his cunning. — Your voice was a mix of challenge and knowledge, as if there was an intimacy between you that only you could understand.

Tom emerged from the shadows, his face a mask of curiosity and a touch of frustration.

— And I expected you to be occupied with something more... significant — he replied, the irony in his tone hiding a spark of frustration.

You laughed, a soft and almost melodious laugh that echoed in the quiet night.

— There’s nothing more significant than what is already happening, Tom. You follow me with a disconcerting frequency. It’s almost as if you’re searching for something you don’t know you’re looking for.

Tom looked at you with a piercing gaze, his mind boiling with a mix of emotions. Your presence, which had once irritated him, had now become a central focus of his attention, a mystery he felt an urgent need to solve. The feeling of being observed, the sense that you were always a step ahead—this all contributed to a growing obsession that began to shape his perception and actions.

As your friendship with Tom Riddle solidified, it developed into an intriguing complexity, marked by an aura of mutual distrust. Initially, your relationship was characterized by cautious respect and incessant curiosity. Tom, with his reserved nature and sharp mind, kept a calculated distance, while you, with your intelligence and charm, projected an aura of mystery that was not easily penetrated.

Frequent meetings in the library, surrounded by piles of books and ancient tomes, were the main setting for the evolution of your relationship. The interaction between you was full of subtle provocations and exchanges of looks laden with unspoken meanings. Even when working together to unravel complex spells and enchantments, there was a palpable tension that always lingered. Tom seemed always on the verge of revealing something deeper, while you remained a step ahead, your presence challenging and enigmatic.

One particularly quiet night, after a long and exhausting study session with Professor Slughorn, the dynamics between you shifted significantly. The library was enveloped in a tranquil twilight, illuminated only by the soft light of candles and moonlight filtering through the windows. You were alone, surrounded by open books and scattered notes, immersed in a discussion about a complex spell you had studied.

It was in this intimate setting that the tension between you finally found a more concrete expression. Tom, with an expression that combined curiosity and desire, approached you. His normally calculating and distant eyes were now filled with an intensity that could not be ignored. Without a word, he leaned in, and his lips touched yours in a kiss that began softly and hesitantly but soon transformed into something deeper and more passionate. The kiss was a milestone, a silent acknowledgment of the feelings that had built up between you, a confirmation of a connection that went beyond friendship and academic admiration.

After this moment, your relationship transformed into something more intense and romantic. The physical and emotional closeness that developed between you began to shape a complex dynamic. The bond you shared deepened further with the introduction of Professor Slughorn, who became a crucial mentor in your magical explorations. Slughorn’s guidance was essential for developing your skills but also became a starting point for a growing curiosity about advanced and eventually dark magic.

You and Tom began seeking Slughorn’s help more frequently, drawn by his vast experience and knowledge. Slughorn, enchanted by the potential both of you displayed, agreed to mentor you, providing access to rare tomes and teaching complex spells. However, this mentorship began to focus on darker aspects of magic. Your dedication and enthusiasm for these studies were apparent, and Slughorn started to notice that your interests were veering towards darker practices.

As you and Tom delved deeper into these studies, Slughorn’s influence, though initially beneficial, began to show its consequences. The professor started to feel the weight of his responsibility. The guidance he had provided, combined with your ambition and curiosity, led to deeper involvement with dark magic. Slughorn found himself regretting his role, realizing that his mentorship had somehow facilitated your inclination towards dangerous practices. The guilt of having contributed to this dark path became a heavy burden on his conscience.

Your presence, now marked by an intense romance and a joint quest for dark knowledge, did not go unnoticed by the other students and the faculty. Gossip began to spread through the school like wildfire. Girls, many of whom had watched you with a mix of envy and admiration, now whispered about your relationship with Tom. Your transformation from a popular and kind figure into someone involved in a tumultuous romance with an equally intriguing figure caused a frenzy among the students.

The buzz about your relationship and increasingly dark studies began to attract the attention of the professors. Dumbledore, with his perceptive gaze and constant concern for the students, began to watch you with caution. Other professors also started to keep a close eye, worried about the influence that your intelligence and fascination with dark magic could have on Hogwarts' balance.

As time went on, the future awaiting you and Tom Riddle began to unfold with disturbing clarity. The intense relationship and the pursuit of dark magic you fueled were set to trigger a series of events that would forever alter the fate of Hogwarts and beyond. The growing influence of Tom, now accompanied by rumors of followers emerging in a sinister manner, indicated the beginning of a dark and dangerous movement. The weight of guilt fell on those like Slughorn, who had contributed to this trajectory, lamenting the influence they had wielded and the consequences now unfolding. Your transformation from enigmatic students to leaders of a dark cause not only defied established norms but also signaled a future full of conflict and challenges, where past choices and mistakes would become integral to an increasingly dark and unpredictable destiny.
